Feature Requests

Now the tool is mostly based on getting some basic notifications.. and is very strong at doing stuf from the mobile.. But i really am missing some piecharts and graphs with historical data of everything that can be monitored like.. CPU trends Memory Trends Disk usage Trends Mail Queue Trends SQL deadlock trends.. just to name a few.. you catch my drift..

It would really be nice for when you are at the system level.. i can just select a script (let say cleanup Temp Files) to just run quickly on this system.

When trying to run batch scripts on Pulseway 4.9, AVG flags up on the remote computer that this is trying to run. You then have to jump on the PC to allow it. It would be good if Pulseway has the option to specify the locations of the bat files i.e C:\BAT\AUTOMATION_0CEE_4E433_DSFSD.BAT etc We could then exclude this folder from the AV software to stop getting this false positives.

At this moment I have to specify username and password and URL to connect... At this moment i use the admin account for this. Whenever i decide to change the password everything will break! Other solutions just specify a unique code to connect and don't have anything to do with username and password..

Now we have to set it manually per system. With the new reports.. you just want that data!

Now it only states vcenter alarms.. or is this a typo?

Next to Goto System, I would like to see Goto Services which takes you straight to the services of the system.

Hi, It's my first time posting here, so hopefully I got the format correctly. When you have all your monitored system grouped, and you are able to do a mass windows update, It would be good to be able to run a terminal command on all the monitored systems at once. This would be extremely handy when doing mass rollouts or simply needing to run commands on all systems quickly. Thank you, Tim

It would be nice to be able to specify GB or MB when monitoring for free diskspace or free memory. Because now.. for example.. when i have a system with 16GB of memory and use the 10% setting i would get an alert when there is still 1600MB of free space.. which is more then enough. Same for Harddisks.. a 500GB harddisk would still have 50GB free with 10% and 25GB free with 5% I would just like to set a treshold on 2GB freespace.. for all systems.. for example..

It would be really nice to get an alert when the windows DHCP scope is almost full.

Hi Again, Could we have an option to order by severity in both the windows 10 app and the dashboard. We have the dashboard up on a big screen in our office, it would be good to see critical and elevated first, then everything else. (i know you can make it display only critical, but this is no good) In summary, we just need an order by option. Kind Regards, Tim

I'm loving the ShadowProtect integration, but I was wondering if it would be possible to the same sort of integration for ImageManager (also made by StorageCraft, the developers of ShadowProtect)? It's great that I get notifications if ShadowProtect backups fail, but I'd love Pulseway to be able to monitor my ImageManager replications as well.

Possible to select certain services to monitor via Group Policy? For example, include the StorageCraft service in group policy, and any server included in that policy would automatically have that service monitored.

It would be nice to see some basic mobile device management features for iOS and Android in pulseway Options: Ring device in max volume, Locate Device on map, Factory wipe device when it's next online, Lock Device, Unlock Device, Require screen lock, Remove screen-lock, and possibly capture from camera on invalid unlock code... Hi, It would be great having full access to a linux machine (where promox is installed), the same way windows machines have remote management. Maybe you can offer a temporary connection with user, password and port, in order to connect through ssh using that machine as a tunnel. The web terminal is a good thing, but it is limited and it can't run programs like nano or vim. Thanks. Great service guys. I really love pulseway

Hi! As far as I know, all major monitoring systems have the ability to customize graphs... Because a picture is worth a thousand words, a screenshot of my installation of Zabbix. It's by far not as pretty as pulseway but the ability to customize the timeframe of the graph is sometime I frequently use. Would it be possible to create an extra menu item called "Graphs" When we click on that, I'd like to se a list of devices I'm monitoring in the middle pane. Clicking on a computer would then give me all the sensors that have (historical) data in the right pane. Ofcourse, clicking on a sensor opens a graph with a customizable timeframe so that I can see…

Any idea when the Remote Desktop comes for Mac? So that we can control the Windows Systems via Pulseway Etc.? Remote Desktop can now only be controlled via Windows.

I feel like I'm missing something super simple here, but... Could an extension to the "restart" functionality be added so we're able to restart at a designated time or date? I know this can be done via schtasks or via PowerShell - it's not the point. It's a relatively simple function that I would imagine almost every MSP would use at some point. Previous RMM applications we've used have had this functionality too, and we're really missing it!

Hi, it would be cool, if I could change the Pulseway Agent settings of a computer, even if the computer is offline. I had the problem yesterday, that I made a typo. The customer closed office, and all the clients where offline. I had to wait till today in the morning, to be able to fix the type. Thanks, Christian.

As I'm creating tasks, it's woefully lacking any reference as to whether a schedule exists or not. I would like to see a reference to the fact that the task is scheduled, and even better would be next scheduled time it is to execute.

Would really like to use PSA, but it is just not intuitive... Especially for end users. I tried it on 10 of my users... none of them liked the interface. The resorted back to just emailing me. There should be a simple REPLY button for quick reply to tickets. The less steps for the end user, the better. I have to teach each user to send tickets... thats not good. We are using Freshdesk now because the client likes the ease of use. If the PSA followed some of freshdesk design ques, we would return. It also would be nice to have ticket notifications pushed to our mobile devices (possibly through the pulseway app) with the ability to respond on the fly. Love…

I think that a user satisfaction survey would be ideal for Pulseway, configurable with the questions of your choice and allows HR or Operations Managers to view metrics and reports on engineers to find weaknesses, offer praise and provide training where needs be.

Hi, at the moment Request Support over the Pulseway Manager only supports a chat feature. The idea is to give the possibility to send an email to the support company, and if possible also with a screenshot feature. So it would be possible to create a ticket in the help desk system, or get a simple email. Not everything needs to be done immediatelly over a chat. Thanks, Christian.
