    I have several computers with pulseway that have either stopped working or reporting. When trying to reinstall or uninstall it pops up an error: Error 1001: Exception occurred while initializing the installation: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly file:///C\Program Files\PCMonitor\PCMonitorSrv.exe' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Is there a way to manually remove the application and then install it back? Thank you for your help.

    Hello, I'm monitoring 40 computers with MPM. All works great and I'm very happy with the product. There is 1 thing I'm missing tbh. Thats multiple screen vieuws. I can look multiple users sessions but not if my users have dual screens. Can I fix this? Or is this a bug? Kind Regards, Bram Bertels Beva Metal

  3. I am monitoring a PC and a Windows 2008 server core. Both are in the same network and behind a firewall. The one who is up first shows up online in my mobile phone. For instance, if my pc is up, and the core starts up later, I can only manage my PC. When I shutdown my pc, I can monitor my core. If I start my pc, I cannot manage my pc, only my core server. So it seems i can have only run one PC Monitor behind my firewall. Can you help me with this?

    I would like for more than one account to be able to monitor a system. Is this doable? I don't know if it is as simple as having multiple server programs running with different credentials or if there is a way to share a group across accounts, but I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you

  8. Good day dear community, I have been trying for some time to get the network monitoring up and running. I plan to monitor switches, firewalls and one or the other nas. However, the devices are shown as offline in Pulseway. All devices have "SNMP | v1 | Public" enabled.

  9. Hi I am currently testing Pulseway Remote Desktop on my own network and have RD, Manager and Dashboard installed on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 PC's. Both systems can see each other in Manager etc. but when I launch an RD session I get the error, "The agent failed to start the session" any ideas. Thanks in advance, D.

Hi Pulseway was setup by someone who has now left and I have installed the client upon multiple computers and servers which all appear within Pulseway manager / Manage systems and in the pulseway dashboard but none appear within the mobile app nor within the webapp. I have obviously missed something, but what? Answers on a postcard to the usual address...

    The server I added yesterday to PC monitor has been showing offline since late last night. The software installed without any problems, the service is running and everything seems fine from the server side but it still shows offline in the monitors (Application, phone and online). I've restarted the service, turned off the firewall and redownloaded and reinstalled the software to no avail. It was working fine yesterday when I installed it but now, nothing. What am I missing here?

    Hi, sorry to insist but as in these days I'm going to setup 25 clients I need to know how to get the event notification to work. For ex. I have the following scenario not working for me. On a Windows 7 Ultimate ed (italian). I've installed and configured latest PC Monitor 32Bit ver. I then enabled to get notified for event ID 26212 (Chkdsk): Application Log Type: Information Event ID: 26212 Source: Chkdsk I then run a Chkdsk on C: volume and noticed that the event is correctly registered in the windows Application event log with ID 26212. At this point PC Monitor (with service started) should notify me about this event. Unfortunatly it doesn't..…

    Notification on when a website or app pool is down is the main reason I'm looking into this software. Originally I shut down a single site for 30 minutes with no alerts to mobile device or email, I've had IIS completely off for the past 45 minutes with no alerts of any kind. Is there something I'm missing?

  14. Hello, Still testing this great app, but I have a question: I can select te services I want to monitor, but how do I get a warning/notification when a service is down? When I do a test on (for example) DHCP service, I can start and stop is via webUI and iPhone, but when it is not running (as a test) we don't get a warning of notification. Is this possible to configure? Many thanks Kurt

    Hi, Just installed and bought a 3 comp licence, and I have a quite disturbing issue. I cant see my system in web app or ios apps. I still can receive mail or push notifications, i can read reports, but system loos like to be invisible.... I had no issue installing pcmonitor on a fresh 8.1 pro win. No firewall or antivirus installed for testing and same result Validation of account is ok and service running without problem. Thanks for help guys

I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I am unable to see my processor temperatures OR the Fan speed(Neither the case fan nor the CPU fan) on my iPhone My setup is AMD A10 5800K processor + ASUS F2A85 M LE Motherboard. Any solution? The only temperature it displays is the HDD temperature. Also; 1. Is there a way I can see the percentage marks while on the CPU utilization graph? Is this displaying the CPU usage of only one core or all of them? 2. Can I change the settings somehow to display the memory being used instead of FREE memory?

    Ok need to know how to not show the Pulseway manager after install. We cannot always install onsite and have issues with employees changing settings. Plus how do we change setting in the pulseway manager remotely, sadly manager has more power over the the monitoring system.

    Hi. I have been using a free version and it has been amazing. Unftortunately, after I have upgraded my Win10 laptop to Win11, it's not working. I can start the manager, but I get the message that the service is not installed. Uninstalled everything, downloaded Pulseway_x64.msi and I get this error when trying to install it. After that, the old version cannot be removed. Please help. I have Windows 11 Pro 21H2.

    Hello! A few questions and i hope I posted it in correct forum Has anyone used Pulseway in offline mode? If to use pulseway in online mode, can you specify which softwares to download auto and can you access that folder? My issue is that I wonder if Pulseway has the option, where I can specify all the software updates needed, it downloads it automatically and then i can copy this to a usb or such and then take it to a replication pulseway setup but that has no internet, upload the folder with updates and then Pulseway pushes it to the clients from that folder or usb. Softwares is a mix of 3rd party + windows/office updates Is above doable? …

    I'm going to guess no because it freaked when I tried it but does the monitor support Win2K? My print server is old and virtual...plus it complains when I move it...thats my excuse for having a Win2K server still... Works great on Win2K8 and I love it...just was playing around with my last free lic before going to the bosses for money. Cheers

  22. We are very happy with Pulseway, but have noticed an interaction we are trying to fix. We recently moved to AutoPilot/Intune for shipping out laptops and having them get automatically configured. We are pushing out the pulseway client and its working well. However, we want Pulseway to NOT manage windows updates, only 3rd party applications. Right now, both Intune and Pulseway are setup to manage windows updates, and the rules are not playing nicely together. Is there a way to tell the Patch management to ignore windows updates, and only care about 3rd party applications?

I created another administrator account but still this error: "We couldn't access the admin share (\systemName\admin$) on the target system."     Hi I have created a Patch Policy, and when to Agent Status, selected a Scope or Group (I tried both) and then assigned the policy However, if new agents are installed and part of the correct Scope or Group, they do not get the policy assigned. The Status shows as 'Not Assigned' What is the correct way to ensure that any new agent installation gets the correct patch management policy automatically without any manual intervention? Thanks
