New Installation of Pulseway Remote Desktop

I am currently testing Pulseway Remote Desktop on my own network and have RD, Manager and Dashboard

installed on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 PC's.

Both systems can see each other in Manager etc. but when I launch an RD session I get the error,

"The agent failed to start the session" any ideas.

Enable the diagnostics mode in the Pulseway Manager on the remote machine. Then try again to connect to the remote machine. After you have done this disable the diagnostic mode. In the Pulseway directory, where the Pulseway agent is installed, you will find two files (trace.log and rd_agent.log). Please send these files to Pulseway support including a link to this thread.
