Hello, I have a problem with our Pulseway mail-notification. Currently, our administrators get no more mails from pulseway because our anti-spam-system blocks the mail traffic of pulseway. We are using the "InterScan Messaging Security" from TrendMicro. There I had tried to put the pulseway E-Mails to the whitelists but the notification-mails we get are from another Pulseway-e-mail adress any time.

Which windows logs in to monitoring be interesting?

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue recently. Yesterday I installed Pulseway on 4 computers, installed and activated fine but after a restart they all showed offline and when I checked them the Pulseway service hadn't started. After an hour or so reinstalling and disabling other start-up apps I found that the only way to get it to start on a reboot was to set the service to Automatic-delayed start. This is obviously not a specific computer issue as it occurred on 4 different machines all installed one after the other, the only similarity is that they're all running Windows 10. Hi, it seems that the Notifications -> Event Log -> Event Log Filter is one of the usefullst things for me. Now I need to know, if I can use wildcards. For example: I use Altaro VM Backup for my backups. I searched with EventLogSourcesView for all possible sources on my system. In the moment I use this list: "Altaro Offsite Server, Altaro VM Backup, Altaro VM Backup Controller, Altaro VM Backup Engine, Altaro VM Backup Hyper-V Host Agent, Altaro.HyperV.WAN.RemoteService". It would be easier, if I could just say "Altaro*", but I don't know if this would work. Thanks Christian.

Is it possible to set notifications remotely after pulseway has been installed? I have been looking over the manual and forums and have not found anything.

Hey Forum, We have a lot of notification pairs that are hardly relevant because they are pairs. E.g.: a ping doesn't respond for ten minutes and than it comes back again. Personally I don't mind these because it gives me a better understanding of what's going on in my networks, but my employer heard from the reseller that a simple script can delete the notifications when a pair forms. I do have to admit that it would be nice if rebooting a server wouldn't make such a mess of these notifications. I was told to look into implementing it, but I can't quite find it. Does anybody have any suggestions? Is this even a real thing? - Jaapyse

Ok, So I am trying to schedule Windows updates for some of our clients using the web app. However the only option it gives me is to install them immediately (At least to my understanding.) Is there any feature that lets me schedule them during a down time such as late at night.

Hi, so I'm a little confused. The Pulseway app on my phone allows me to run "built in" automated scripts. I cannot find anything about them in the manual or in the forum. So my question is where are they and how do we create new ones? im currently looking to run power she'll scripts but if the app has built in scripts then that might be the way to go. thank you tony

Hi, I'm trying to setup pulseway to monitor a UNC path and when that path is no longer available to send me a notification. The problem is that I CANNOT ping the path due to security reasons so I will have to use UDP to watch the path. I cannot find where to do this. Ive tried the ping options with no luck. Hi Pulseway was setup by someone who has now left and I have installed the client upon multiple computers and servers which all appear within Pulseway manager / Manage systems and in the pulseway dashboard but none appear within the mobile app nor within the webapp. I have obviously missed something, but what? We host our own Pulseway server in our office. Everything was working fine up until yesterday when all the systems we monitor (Over 200) stopped responding. We checked the server (Windows Server 2012 R2 64Bit) and everything was fine, no errors. We checked the SSL Cert and it too seemed ok as it is not expiring until 2019. We restarted the server (Like that helps...) but still no joy. We keep getting the error: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'pulseway.micronetcomputers.net'. Hi there, I installed Pulseway Manager 64-bit on a Windows 2008 R2 64-bit server. I can open Pulseway Manager without any issues. But once I fill in my account details and press " Validate Account " I get the an error as shown in the added image. I've already installed Pulseway on about 20 servers ranging from 2012 R2, 2008 to 2003 32-bit without issues using the same credentials. Does anyone know what causes this error and a possible solution? Help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

When I try to run the Pulseway_x64.msi Installer on this machine it closes before the installation begins. Here's the log from the install: install.log

Im after creating a batch file which will automatically: - Remove any previous version of Pulseway / Mobile PC Monitor - Install Pulseway - Import our CFG file - Start the Pulseway service. We dont use GPO. I just need a batch file etc. This is how far i have got but doesn't seem to work. I have set up 1 system with Server 2016 Std that i would like to monitor and remote control via the Pulseway features. Everything is setup fine and i can connect to the server via the Remote Desktop Client and the Dashboard. The only thing i cannot do is connect to the Console session because i cannot get the Send Command (from a Windows 10) to work. I can see the Servers Desktop but cannot send the CTRL+Alt+Delete command to start the login process. I have checked the manual and rebooted the system /Regards Daniel

I want to send a batch file command through jenkins that will alter the config files for all the windows machines (i do this easily on my Linux machines). Reading through the documents here i see instructions for importing config files but that is it. Am i supposed to create my own config file and import it into my pulseway file? If so how do i go about this, I am having trouble understanding where to go from here. Thanks, Aaron

When I install this way: "\\GP1-LAB-FSVR01\Software\Pulseway Agent\Windows\Pulseway_x64.msi" /qn username=my user name password=my password group=Default server=my enterprise server a folder is created and I can access it, but there is no desktop icon and it does not appear in the programs and features section (when i look to uninstall). I am attempting to do a mass deploy of Pulseway across multiple windows machines using Jenkins via batch or powershell.
