Configuring the Spam-Filter

Hello, I have a problem with our Pulseway mail-notification.

Currently, our administrators get no more mails from pulseway because our anti-spam-system blocks the mail traffic of pulseway.

We are using the "InterScan Messaging Security" from TrendMicro. There I had tried to put the pulseway E-Mails to the whitelists but the notification-mails we get are from another Pulseway-e-mail adress any time.

Pulseway will always deliver email notifications from the same email address, namely support@pulseway.com. Can you post the headers of an email that is getting filtered and possibly a log extract that shows the reason why our emails are getting blocked?
