We just installed windows 8 on a couple of computers and so far mobilepcmonitor works almost as expected and with no difference from windows 7. Almost that is, because the wake-up function does not seem to work anymore. Any idea what could be causing this? No settings on the router were changed after swapping to windows 8. cheers, e

Good Morning (Australian Time) ive started using Pulseway for a few of my clients and have found that if i reboot the machine, Pulseway doesn't automatically start up again on two of them, was wondering whats going on, one is a win 8.1 machine the other is win 10. If i manaully log onto the machine i have to open pulseway and press start services for the device to start responding to dashboard, remote control etc..

Hi, it seems that Pulseway has some troubles monitoring a simple harddisk (or solid state disk). Are there any solutions? Thanks, Christian.

Is there a way to “pre-configure” an agent for them so their machines show up in my scope after they install it?

Hi, I setup PC Monitor a while back and it's been running fine. However one thing that's been bugging me for a while is that I still keep getting alerts for something I turned off weeks ago. I set a monitor on Free memory, below 2%.... As these machines run SQL server, it quite often munches all available and I can live with that. so have turned that monitoring off. But despite reboots, restarts etc. I still get the alerts. Any ideas on how I can turn them off? Thanks Phil

Whats the best way to monitor the temperature of the server room? We don't monitor of the temperature and I'm worried that the equipment in our server room might overheat one day and we wont have enough time to make the correct action to cool the room and save the equipment. Thanks

We are using an own pulseway enterprise system. 1st: I want to Deploy Agents on Multiple Windows systems, but when i follow the instructions in de topic of MSI with /qn config=UNC Then the configutration is not loading in de agent and i'm not getting any error. 2nd: When i put the configration file manually in the agent then the Enable Remote Desktop button isn't turned on anymore. So i need to install that manually. While in de configrution file it say <RemoteDesktop>true</RemoteDesktop>

Today i got a notification that read as the following: I am not sure how this was set up in our configuration. Is this an standard out of the box notification that is there regardless of set up or has it been set up to monitor disk space by someone on our end? If so can you tell me how that is so? Thanks.

Problem - when a service stop, pulseway do not send Notification... Process Notification do not send Notivication, if process stops...

Hi, Long time user just for my home systems and just built a new gaming rig and installed Pulseway and as per the title am unable to set a notification for any hardware monitoring on the CPU, which is an I7 6700k ? I've installed Pulseway and rebooted but no joy? Running on Windows 8.1 Pro adn when viewing the new device in Pulseway monitoring it show the CPU usage (%) and the BIOS version etc. but unable to add the notifications? I know both the Motherboard (MSI Z170 M7) and CPU (Intel i7 6700k Skylake) are very new, so is it just an update of Pulseway needed or am I missing something ?

Hello, On my new computer I can only see the temperatures of the hard-disks. I cannot find anything in the configuration to activate the rest of the sensors. Am I overlooking something? As my monitored machines are updating to the new Windows 10, the agent simply will not start automatically.. Any idea why?

Hi I am currently testing Pulseway Remote Desktop on my own network and have RD, Manager and Dashboard installed on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 PC's. Both systems can see each other in Manager etc. but when I launch an RD session I get the error, "The agent failed to start the session" any ideas. Thanks in advance, D.

I setup Group Policy for my servers under "Manage Systems" but the group policy is not working. No changed that I make in group policy show up on any server so I still need to configure each server separately. I setup group policy a few days ago. All servers are Server 2003 or 2008R2 Am I missing something? THanks

Hi All of our monitored servers are showing as offline on the dashboards. In addition to that, when we try and validate our account details within the Pulseway Manager client, we get the following error message: "An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://ws15.pulseway.com/Server.svc. This could be due the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server." Our current client version is 4.4.1 (build 5275) running on a variety of Windows servers. Stadler

Hi, For a while i was monitoring the VSS service on our exchange server, I no longer need to monitor this service so i have deselected it from the manager software, however PC monitor still informs me when the the service stops/starts. anyone know how to resolve this? cheers

I have a weird fluctuation of memory usage of PCMonitorsrv depending on the server. Nothing huge and I'm pretty sure it has to do with what all it is monitoring on said server. But right now my mem usage from PCmon ranges from 24MB on a server to 124MB on another. What is everyone reading mem usage wise? NOTE: Again, not an issue as the servers have tons of RAM...more curious

Hello all, We've been running PC Monitor Enterprise here and everything is working correctly, however, the server only allows us to open the Server Administrator application if you are running it as the user that installed it. We have several server admins here who need to be able to run this, and the account that installed the software is my personal domain account, not a shared account. I'd rather not have to reinstall under a shared service account, so I thought I would check here first to see if there is a way to either give out permissions to other admins or if this is a bug with a fix. Hi all, Really liking this a lot! Definitely something I'm going to put forward at work (60/70+ servers). Obviously need a subscription to do screen view and probably going to get one for my home so I can test properly but in the mean time... so I can really sell it at work has anyone or can anyone point me in the right direction to set up and screenshots of screen view? As this would be a prime feature for what we're after! Also, like logmein is there the possibility to swap screens? We'll probably consider putting this app on a few PC's, most of which are dual/triple screens? Thanks, Ollie

Tried to download the Windows Monitor x64 for my Windows Server 2008 R2. After downloading Windows claims that "The signature of PCMonitor_x64.msi is corrupt or invalid" and would not let me install the MSI file. Never had such a warning from another program that I have installed, so I hesitated to install that agent. Is it me or has the file a problem? BR Edmund
