  10. I would like to move away from using TeamViewer. LTT was just advertising Pulseway, I thought I would try it out. I installed the Remote Control Desktop client (6.6.3) and the Dashboard client (6.5.1), and proceeded to set up an organization, group, site, and policy. Then I downloaded the "Agent" client to the desktop I would like to be able to remote into. I installed, registered my product, assigned it to my group, and checked the "Enable Remote Control" box. I was under the impression this is all I had to do. Although both the Remote Control Desktop and Dashboard show the computer, I'm unable to "Start Remote Control Session". It's grayed out. I currently use a Windows Server 2012 Essentials R2 as my primary Domain Controller and have Eset Remote Administrator version 6.1.365.0 installed and running. I've installed the Pulseway Manager 4.7.3 on the server without difficulty and am able to connect to this with my mobile device - an iPhone 4. When I attempt to setup the Server module for Eset within the Pulseway Manager on the server I am unable to connect to my Eset Remote Administrator server. Is there documentation somewhere on how to set this up and what the prerequistes are? I've browsed the manual which basically tells me what I can do once I…

Hello, Using the iOS Pulseway app I can remotely wake my computer, lock, shut down, etc. As soon as I go off my home wifi however, the only function that doesn't work is the "wake" command. I can still lock and shut down though. I went through all the steps discussed in this thread (http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/630-help-with-wol-wake-up-didnt-works-for-me/) and none of it helped. Has anyone run into this similar problem? Thanks!

I have two PCs on my local network, 1x Windows 10 home - wakes via 4G cellular network and local LAN 1x Windows 10 Pro - only wakes on local LAN I've tried forwarding port 9, checked that the NIC settings are correct (magic packet etc...), made sure the drivers were up to date, disabled fast boot (though it is enabled on the one that works) and checked the Pulseway settings (same for both PCs). I can't work out why one wakes and the other doesn't. The both have the same type of NIC. Any help?

I had installed Pulseway and then wanted to delete it but I was not able to find Pulseway in the control panel uninstall feature and so I tried manually uninstalling files but that also did not work. I tried running the .msi installer again but an error came up saying that Pulseway is already installed but it still was not showing up. Please help me with this.
