Remote Service on Monitored Devices Keeps turning off
At first you need to validate the Account details from the Pulseway Manager, if the account details validates without errors, then you should be able to start the Pulseway service. But if the Account details are incorrect, then you will not be able to start the Pulseway service. But if that is not a case, then please open the Pulseway Manager and enable the Diagnostic Logging under the Settings -> Diagnostics. After you've enabled the diagnostic logging, reproduce the problem and after the problem got reproduced send us the trace.log file from the Pulseway's installation folder so that we can investigate the issue.

Script to create Schedule Task to start PC Monitor
At first you need to find out why the Pulseway service fails to start. Please look in the System event log for entries from the "Service Control Manager" source related to Pulseway. If the error is, that service failed to start in 30 seconds, then you can try to increase the startup timeout by running built in script 'Increase Windows Service Timeout at Startup' (You can adjust the timeout interval. In this script it is set to 60000ms [60 seconds]).

Configuring offline notifications
If you are on the Pro plan, then offline notifications are sent if the network connection between your server and ours were lost fore more than 15 min (15 min is a standard offline sending interval for the Pulseway Pro subscribers). As a Pulseway Pro subscriber you can't change this setting, because this is a server wide setting. But if you want to be able to configure this setting then you need to consider the option to move to the Pulseway Team plan or MSP plan, because with these subscriptions you will receive your own server instance, which you can control.

If you assign the hardware asset to a CRM client then all further tickets will be assigned to that client. You can do it from the Service Desk -> Asset Management -> Hardware Assets -> select the hardware asset and update the client name.
