  11. Hi, This problem seems to be caused by old installations which are running an out of date Enterprise Server Updater software. If your server version is bellow 202 (check from Pulseway Admin -> License & Administration) please follow these steps: Uninstall the PC Monitor Enterprise Server Updater software Download and install the Pulseway Enterprise Server Updater software from here. Start the Pulseway Enterprise Server Updater service Watch the C:\Logs for a server update log file which tells you the progress of the update procedure Contact support [at] pulseway [dot] com if you require further assistance.   12. Hi Guy, The PluginUnloaded method is called when you remove the plugin from the Pulseway agent while the service is running. This is generally used to stop any services / timers you've started and run your custom uninstall logic. Why do you require that the method should be called during a service restart or shutdown? Chris
  13. Hi, Welcome to the Pulseway community. You can write a script (bash, ruby, python or whatever you want) to call the API to publish the status of the service and send notifications when the services stop. Chris

  17. Hi Tony, I see, this is not supported yet I'm afraid however it's a great idea, we've added it to our todo list. In the mean time why not give the Pulseway Group Policies feature a go, check out page 19 in the User Manual available here. Chris
  18. Hi Martin, We have support for tag management on the web application available here: https://my.pulseway.com . You can't manage the tags from the registry or command line as they are stored not stored on the agent. Chris

  20. Hi Guy, I'm guessing that you're sending a notification with an invalid or unrecognized instance identifier. Please confirm that you are trying to send notifications to an instance you've created using the Publish method. Chris

    Hi, Can you wake your system while on the same WiFi? Try changing the suspend mode to S3 if it's not already set. Chris
