Hi.
The notification setting is account-wide, you don't have to do it on each agent. You can also change the notification settings from this url: https://www.pulseway.com/account .

Hi,
Thank you for your screenshot, it appears to be an issue with the Windows Agent, our development team is looking at this as we speak. In the mean time can you change the account details over here: https://www.pulseway.com/account ?
Chris
Hi,
Thanks for trying out Pulseway. Have you tried the Pulseway Dashboard app (from the Downloads -> Desktop Apps tab) yet? It provides a real-time status of your systems, great to be placed on a NOC screen.
Chris
Hi,
This problem seems to be caused by old installations which are running an out of date Enterprise Server Updater software. If your server version is bellow 202 (check from Pulseway Admin -> License & Administration) please follow these steps:
Uninstall the PC Monitor Enterprise Server Updater software
Download and install the Pulseway Enterprise Server Updater software from here.
Start the Pulseway Enterprise Server Updater service
Watch the C:\Logs for a server update log file which tells you the progress of the update procedure
Contact support [at] pulseway [dot] com if you require further assistance.

Hi Guy,
The PluginUnloaded method is called when you remove the plugin from the Pulseway agent while the service is running. This is generally used to stop any services / timers you've started and run your custom uninstall logic. Why do you require that the method should be called during a service restart or shutdown?
Chris
Hi,
Welcome to the Pulseway community. You can write a script (bash, ruby, python or whatever you want) to call the API to publish the status of the service and send notifications when the services stop.
Chris
Hi Paul,
You can run the following command in the terminal of Pulseway:
Wmic.exe /Namespace:\\root\default Path SystemRestore Call CreateRestorePoint "Restore point created from Pulseway", 100, 12

Hi Tony,
I see, this is not supported yet I'm afraid however it's a great idea, we've added it to our todo list. In the mean time why not give the Pulseway Group Policies feature a go, check out page 19 in the User Manual available here.
Chris
Hi Martin,
We have support for tag management on the web application available here: https://my.pulseway.com . You can't manage the tags from the registry or command line as they are stored not stored on the agent.
Chris
Hi Guy,
I'm guessing that you're sending a notification with an invalid or unrecognized instance identifier. Please confirm that you are trying to send notifications to an instance you've created using the Publish method.
Chris
Hi Martin,
Yes, you can do this through the account delegation feature of the Enterprise software, check out this page: https://www.pulseway.com/blog/multiple-user-accounts-on-pulseway-saas-enterprise
Chris
Hi Tony,
You can remotely edit the configuration of monitored windows systems through the Pulseway Dashboard (available in the Downloads page in the Desktop Apps tab).
