Hi, Thank you for contacting us. Please double-check all Pulseway user accounts to see if this system isn't registered with another account and your account is not configured as an associated account for this system.
  2. Hi, Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider the possibility to introduce this option into the future release. Currently we do not store this information into the DB, however Pulseway can show the last 5 executions per each script if the Pulseway service is not restarted.

  5. Hi, I don't think that this is the best way to go, because the only thing that we need to do is to recompile the source code using Ubuntu running on the Nvidia Tegra based Jetson TX1. However I cant promise you that we will do that because it is not my decision. I can put this forward as the feature request.

Hi David, If you have configured the path like this, then currently you exclude all applications/files/folders which names contain this combination of letters MYOB. Read more about Path Masks for Kaspersky from here.
  7. Hi Aarron, You always can check the current status for the monitored service from your mobile device or from the Pulseway WebApp. Currently Pulseway sends the notification only if the service is stopped. But if you want to receive the notification if the service is started, then you will need to use the Pulseway REST API to send this notification from your system.

Hi Jimmy, We don't have immediate plans to add Pulseway app to Zapier's directory of apps. Pulseway RMM is integrated with ticketing system/business management system Pulseway PSA. And Pulseway PSA is integrated with QuickBooks online and desktop versions. Please check this link.

We are still working on this. The Pulseway RD connection currently doesn't support file transfer, however we will introduce this option, when we will introduce the P2P connections for the Pulseway RD connection. This will greatly increase the Pulseway RD connection speed. Also we are planning to add the chat option via Pulseway RD. This is our roadmap.
  11. Thank you.
  12. Hi, Please make sure that you have deleted previous notification, because we do not repeat these notifications if one already exists. I would suggest you to generate the diagnostic log file. Open the Pulseway Manager on one of these remote system and enable the Diagnostic Logging under the Settings -> Diagnostics. After you've enabled the diagnostic logging, stop the Pulseway service, wait for 15 seconds and then start it. Reproduce the issue and then send to support@pulseway.com the trace.log file from the Pulseway's installation folder so we can investigate the issue.

Hi David, Please tel us what is the error message on the report (open the report to see this message)? Is it possible that you are trying to run this report on Linux and MAC systems?

In the light of the recent events, we are planning to start offering the Webroot AV in next 4-6 weeks.
  16. Hi Andre, We support this option for MAC devices (multiple screen view), but auto refresh is still not implemented. Unfortunately this is still not implemented for Windows systems. From your mobile device you can see only one screen.
  17. Hi Johny, You simply need to update the connection string in the Admin\PCMonitorAdmin.exe.config and Service\web.config. And then if you will open the app, then it will update the database connection string in the registry.

Hi Aaron, By default there are no notifications configured. If you haven't configured this on your system, then it is possible that this notification is configured in the Pulseway group policy for the group in which you added your machine. Please check this article, how to access these policies.

Hi Martin, Thanks for reporting this. It looks like this functionality is broken.
  20. Hi Donna, If required systems are not listed in the Asset Management -> Hardware Assets. Systems in PSA are registered automatically, when the ticket is created from this system. You need to trigger the notification which creates the ticket into the PSA from the system which is not listed.

Hi Guy, Is it possible that oenssl.so.1.0.0 is not installed on your system? If so, then you need to install it. As far I know the Raspberry Pi 3 is using Openssl1.1.0.
  22. Chris replied to Matt's post in a topic in General
Hi Matt, Could you send us the full log information, so we can understand why the installation failed. Also please check if the ClickOnce for Outlook is installed on your machine.
  23. Hi Donna, If you could try to explain the issue with tickets, then I could try to help you to resolve it. Please check these training videos.

Hi, Please download the Pulseway installer and then run it from the elevated CMD using this command: msiexec /i "Pulseway_x64.msi" /L*V "install.log" And then send the install.log to support@pulseway.com so we can investigate the issue.

Hi Brandon, Most of the Windows backup solutions writes the backup events into the Windows event log, therefore Pulseway can monitor these events via the Event Log filter (open the Pulseway Manager -> Notifications -> Event Log -> Add).
