Hello Team Pulseway! Can we assign a ticket to a custom queue by scanning keywords in the subject line? For example, we have made some custom queues for Hardware, Email issue, Epicor, etc. and would like to create rules to scan the subject line for specific keywords and place them in a specific queue and assign them to specific users too. I tried under Admin -> Business process -> Workflow, but it didn't seem readily apparent exactly what I should be doing from there. I have a few files that im trying to email from my home computer to my work computer. using PC Monitor One of the files is about 4 MB in size and I never receive it. Is there a size restriction in the email feature of PC Monitor?

In NinjaRMM, you can set up your end users with a login to the portal and they then have the ability to click on an icon that launches Team Viewer and will remote them into any of the PCs that they have added to their list. Is there a way to do the same thing in Pulseway?

I've installed Pulseway onto 3 machines of mine. 1 Windows machine, 2 Linux machines. I'm able to start a remote session to the Windows machine, but cannot to either of the Linux machines. Is there something in the config.xml file that I missed? Thanks!

In tying pulseway to our PSA we need to know the frequency at which the endpoint communicates with the pulseway server in order to update stats like CPU/Memory Usage/etc. Can this be customized or can they be force updated via script?

Hello, When I attempt to start a remote desktop session (from Desktop Client) I receive an error dialog with the message "An error occured while trying to start the remote desktop session" (spelling as per dialog). This is after I select the user session from the list and occurs whether there is a user logged into the computer or not. The target computer is Windows 10, running agent version 4.8 and it has been rebooted since installing the agent. I'm currently trialing Pulseway through the SaaS offering. I looked on reddit and someone said you guy's cut off the free option so there is no more login page for the app. Is there a way I can relog in without a instance name? Hi! I'am wondering why i have to configure monitoring of a ESX host via a Windows machine, Seems not lika a good solution because if the Windows machine goes down PC monitor cannot monitor the ESX host and also im stuck with just that machine monitors my hosts. Is there another way to solve this?

Hello , trying to get my pulseway to send notification correctly from my dell system administrator. Dell writes correctly to the system event log.. But I can't seem to get the notifications to forward. I Want ANYTHING from the Server Administrator to be sent, as a test, then I'll cut back to warning or error. Do you see anything wrong? with the setup? I am NOT getting messages

Hello In PC Monitor Manager, under; Notifications -> Event Log -> Add Is there a way to add an Event Log filter to fire all (*) Event IDs. For example, I am trying to set a filter to fire an alert on ALL DFS Replication Errors and Warnings generated. However the UI requests I enter a keyword, Event ID or Source filter. Can I add a wildcard to Event IDs, i.e. * OR Enter a generic list of event ID ranges, i.e. 0001-9999 or similar? Any assistance would be much appreciated! Kind Regards

However, now we would like to forward it through Pulseway, but it doesn't seem to be triggered at all while they are being displayed in the Security Windows log...
