Hi, My predecessor used an email address for the account username which I would like to be able to change but I can't see how to do this. Also, I've changed the email address for the account and the password and I now seem to be stuck in some sort of lockout loop so neither the old (old email address) username and either the old or the new password will let me back into the account. I am monitoring 20 machines so I'd like to resolve this as soon as possible before all the monitoring fails. I've reset the password several times but to no avail.

Hi all One of my client pc's had windows 10 upgrade waiting for download. Those updates are no longer in the list this morning. Is their a way to see what updates were installed via the pulseway app. Would like to see this before I request a remote session. Thanks as always, Daragh

Hi Guys, great product but I need to know if there is a way to run reports over a month time period for a single client machine, or group of machines? My clients would to see stats on their servers/PC's for the month. I would like to be able to track trends on performance over a 6 month and yearly period also. this will help with new sales opportunities when Servers run low of resources, I can show them trends which support my recommendations.

I did install Pulseway in December, only to discover that my chipset was not yet supported. When I heard about an update, I tried to check if it was now supported. However I get the message that my account is deactivated when I open the app on my iPhone as well when I triy to log in on the website. Why is it deactivated? I tried creating a new account and I got the message that my email address is already in use. So how can the account be reactivated?

We are currently discussing rolling out a monitoring/management system on our network, so far the runner is N-Able and Pulseway. I like Pulseway for its easy and clean interface, but it lacks some functions that N-Able has, and we need! We plan to use it inside a NOC, to monitor the netwerk realtime, is this possible with Pulseway? I have a trial setup through one of the distribitors, but i'm still not really convinced. Since version 4.8.5 WSUS to function (?) In Pulseway Manger I find the WSUS function. If I want to check this, is the message: WSUS needs to download additional components. Would you like to download them now? YES or NO I Select Yes from the following error message appears: Module WSUS cannot be downloaded right now. Hello everybody I'm currently evaluating Pulseway and it's remote desktop client. We want to monitor several devices and some of them are going to have portrait screen orientation. Unfortunately the remote desktop client seems like it can't handle portrait settings (see attached image). We're running on full HD resolution and it looks broken with both smart resizing switched on or off. Are you aware of this? Any fixes available? Thank you

not sure where to post this question, so gone for general. is there a way, or should i create a feature request, to create a disk space report (say a graph) to show disk space usage over a period of time, i know i can create a number of notifications, with priority getting higher and higher as the space gets lower and lower to see that the space on a selected disk is getting low, but would be nice to create a graph so we can predict when the disk is due to run out? thanks in advance Gary

I'm a little frustrated with the fact that I can't monitor RAID configurations and Drive failures and also can not monitor host resources on ESXi hosts. I love the remote features but does anyone have suggestions on how I could monitor RAID arrays remotely. Hopefully via Pulseway. Actually very frustrated Over this even though the product is good in other ways.

Have been using Labtech for a few years but it's becoming way to expensive and are looking for options, I know right off the bat no matter where we go we'll be probably losing a lot of features. But some features we don't use. Some questions.. 1.In house server reliability with regards to the software itself. Is the in-house implementation reliable? Assuming hardware/OS are in good shape. 2.Agent reliability with regards to checkins? 3.Monitor reliability giving accurate information? 4.Most importantly is remote session reliability, and multiple remote session support. I have been running pulseway/pc monitor for a few years. Recently the service stopped running. I tried a full re-install but it did no work. I try to start the service through the manager - it shows it starts, then a minute or so later shows its off. I have attached the tracelog. Any help would be appreciated.

The security status report is labeled as "Antivirus and Firewall status" - I've just generated the report for all my servers, but there is no antivirus status listed. All are protected with Eset file server 4.5x Comments?

Hello, I've had a couple of occurrences lately of a remote desktop limit violation, with the error message "There are too many concurrent remote desktop sessions for this server.". While the message is obvious, as far as I'm concerned we shouldn't be near the 5 session limit we are licensed for. Is there a way to establish what connections are open and by whom? Kind regards

I have Do Not Disturb enabled on my phone up until 6am. This morning I logged in and found a number of machines had been down for a few hours. Is there any way Pulseway can be configured to alert more than when it initially discovers a machine is offline? For example, if Pulseway can be setup to check an offline host every 15, 30, 60 minutes etc, then I would have been alerted much sooner. Thanks.

Hello, I just installed pulseway. I love everything about it! I was just wondering if there is anyway to keylog with it? And of course view the logged keys via my phone, I haven't been able to find this in the program so I was wondering if its even available? Also , I see it has a webcam snap shot, is there a live webcam option as well? Thanks

Hello, I am not familiar with Linux Debian, but at least I know how to connect into it using Windows CMD Prompt Terminal. I tried to send following command to Debian using Pulseway: ./start.sh without success. should I include root etc? Thank you in advance for your help, btw great app.

Hello , trying to get my pulseway to send notification correctly from my dell system administrator. Dell writes correctly to the system event log.. But I can't seem to get the notifications to forward. I Want ANYTHING from the Server Administrator to be sent, as a test, then I'll cut back to warning or error. Do you see anything wrong? with the setup? I am NOT getting messages
