Hi within pulseway manager if I click on validate account it shows an error - there was no listening endpoint at... this was working fine until recently , any idea what may be causing this?

So this is strange, new Pulseway PRO account, 13 PC's being monitored Have configured a policy with notifications enabled for all sorts of things Have added the policy to all organisations and can see it inherited down to the PC's However nothing is being generated, no login notifications, no disk space notification ( I have a server with 6% space that should be triggering) no patching notifications, nothing! Hi, I'm trying to create a report of the cpu/memory history but every report is failed giving error - No systems that support advanced reporting found. What does this mean? I'm running agents on Ubuntu 14.04.

I am looking for a way to track windows user logins/logouts...but many users only lock/unlock their desktop rather than log out. Any other way to track this and receive notifications? If notifications are not possible, how about a report that would gather this info? Hoping to do this through Pulseway, but open to other options/apps as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I have installed Pulseway on 2 PC's and according to my subscription page. I get 2 free licences. I was using Pulseway quite successfully last night till I received an email saying I had reached the Notification limit and to remove this limitation I should consider getting a subscription. I have logged on today to try and purchase a subscription for 2 licences as luckily that is all I need at this stage but due to it saying the first 2 agents are free I can't purchase a full subscription for just 2 licences How can I get unlimited notification for my 2 free licences?

I was installed Pulseway on 16 Servers 14 show online 1 show offline but it was online from yesterday dashboard flashing up offline so I was deleted from server group and no idea how could I add back this server again to dashboard.Last server I just installed pulseway 2 hours ago wont cameup in dashboard yet. Hello, I am using hibernation a lot. I got a notification on my Samsung Galaxy S3 when my pc is going to Hibernation, but not when it returns from hibernation. Notifications for shutdown, startup (after shutdown), and offline are working like a charm. The option "Send a notification when the computer has resumed from a suspended state " is turned on. I am using windows 8 pro X64. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance!

Hello, I have two devices that I need a notification when a ping to them is successful. In normal operation, both IP addresses are off. But if ther eis a problem the IPs may come on, and if they do I need a notification. Any Ideas?

Hi, I'm assuming I've overlooked something very simple. However, no matter what process I tell pulseway to monitor the closing of (e.g. wordpad.exe, calc.exe, firefox.exe) it will only notify me the first time (first time after either a server restart or after setting it up in the first place). After that I receive no more notifications no matter how many times I open and close various applications. What have I missed? Regards, Will

How much data is sent when using notifications, I have a metred internet on my mobile and would like to know if its similar to sending emails, thanks

Setup resending notifications until cleared. Like resend notification for storage usage every 10 min for example until its within limits. Or when something is down, resend the notification. We do this with other tools in Pushover. It will keep sending alerts that go trough the silent settings of your device. So you know when there is a serious issue you need to look at it. Since one gets many notifications in a day things can be missed. Full disks or stopped servers/services. Should be to set repeated messages for example.

The notifications on my Android don't clear when I've cleared them on my PC. What kind of issue is this?

does anyone know of a way to change the way android receives notifications? like for example a backup notification is of low priority and doesnt need to be shown on the phone, whereas the dhcp service on the server being off is a high priority and it would need to be sent to the phone. we get around 40/50 notifications a night just for low priority and would like to narrow this down to just the high priority ones

I was just wondering, is there a way to create Notifications Templates? For example, we intend on using Pulseway to monitor workstations as well as servers. I'm quite happy to configure notifications for each server, but having to configure notifications for each individual workstation for all our clients is going to be a nightmare!

Hi all, I hope you're having a great day and are keeping safe. I'm having an issue with setting up email notifications via SMTP to Office365. I've followed the document on setting Pulseway up to talk with Office365. I've also been in touch with support on this and haven't been satisfied with their answer. Have any of you linked this up successfully? If so, which IP addresses do you have whitelisted? Is there anything obvious I'm missing? I've set up a relay and can't see any attempt at mail delivery via 365. Cheers! Joe

Hi, I just had 7 of my monitored servers go offline. Because they had no internet connection they couldn't alert me to the fact pinging had failed. Indeed the only notification I had (and a bit of luck really) was that I was running the Dashboard, which flashed a few of the machines (though nothing in red and no beeps to draw my attention). As such this seems a bit of a chink in PCMonitor's armour. A slight flaw in a brilliant system. If I'm missing something, please do let me know how I can be notified of servers that have gone offline (no net connection, perhaps even no power). If not, any chance of a fix/extra option? It would be very very helpful.…

I understand that I can get a notification if a server goes down, but I have a specific situation that I want to present to see if this will work. I have a server on a network that occasionally has issues. The issue is caused by our Internet provider and what happens is the network can reach the Internet, but no traffic comes in. Will I get notified of an issue in this case? Does PC Monitor rely fully on the data being sent from the client? Or does it attempt to connect to or ping the client from the outside ever?

Hello, I have a quick question regarding offline notifications. I've seen evidence of the ability to set up notifications through the mobile app when a server goes offline for more than 15 minutes via the PC interface, However I have not been able to figure this out. Is this feature available on the free plan, or is it hidden somewhere for Pro plan and higher?
