At previous RMM's we've utilized scripts to integrate ninite. We run the update switch to update all the appollications followed by the audit switch and write the results to a local text file. We then parse the file to verify that all third party applications are up to date triggering warnings and failed status's based on different logic, but to keep it simple let's say based on the count of the word "update" in the audit file, as this would mean that the applications have an update available. I can run the scripts using your scripting/automation engine, and i know scheduleing is coming soon so we can automate this, but I have not found a way to parse a text file from w…

I have been searching for a way to have my Mac Pro running 4D Server app notify me if the server app has "hung" or crashed outright. I am not a programmer, but simply a small business owner trying to stay on top of the systems we have. Having stumbled into Pulseway this week, I am so far impressed with its capabilities. It looks just like what I need! However, I could not find a way to tell it to notify me if my database app runs into trouble. The physical machine is extremely stable, but I am grateful for the notifications that Pulseway offers in terms of dismounting volumes, failing drives, etc. My one last need is to be notified if the server application hangs or …

Curious if we can be provided a bit more detailed road map. It would be nice if when ideas from the Feature Requests page get approved, that we can an idea of the timeline until we see that feature. For example, all the ones in my below screenshot marked "In Development" have been in that status for months. When you look at the Roadmap thread, it doesn't show any of these specific items in there. It would be nice to see an estimate on when we can expect some of these features to be released.

Hi, I only found out about this today when I saw it in the App Store and I'm impressed. Set this up initially for home use and may subscribe to manage all my PC's After finding out more I am also interested in seeing if I could use this for work too as it would make everything so much easier. Now here comes the question... Can the dashboard and mobile app handle multiple accounts one for personal and one for enterprise? If not, will there be plans to allow users to do this? Thanks Vinny

Hello, I'm new to Pulseway, I have realized a few things and I'm wondering how to fix this so it doesn't happen again in the future. Some of agents on my list aren't always online even when I'm looking at them in front of me. Some of these agents are in the same locations where multiple agents are online but some stay offline. Some agents are also located at other locations and still have the same issue. Wondering if there's a fix for this? Best Regards, Bilal S.

I understand from elsewhere in forum that you limit a notification to not repeating for the same event until the first one is read and cleared Is there any way to control this at all ? I'm looking at setting up a filtered event notification to see if nightly backups have completed OK / not (i.e. I want a success notification as well as just a failure notification) I can see that not being swamped by events is a good idea - but as I understand it that means if I haven't cleared last nights successful backup event I won't get tonights. Ideally I'd like to be able to set the interval (e.g. don't send the same event within an hour or 12 hours if not cleared etc)…

Have been using Labtech for a few years but it's becoming way to expensive and are looking for options, I know right off the bat no matter where we go we'll be probably losing a lot of features. Hello, When examining a connected computer under New Systems (Beta)/Systems/<Machine Name>/Printers I can only see "local" printers (Send to Onenote, XPS writer and Fax). The network attached printer (shared from a local server) cannot be seen. Is this by design or a yet to be implemented feature? Appreciate your time in reply.

I found the following topic from 2015. Our organization started using this in earnest about two months ago, and I just noticed that network printers will not show in the printer module. Why has it been nearly 6 years and this has not been fixed?

This happened while I was working on malware removal on-site at a customers premises on today. I have changed my pulseway password with no propagation. Hi there, I have a new mobile phone with no access to the old phone content (erased). In order to register the new phone and since no longer being able to authorise the web login with the old phone, I'm being asked for one of the 10 backup codes. The problem is that I'm not able able to locate those codes and I don't see any alternative way of logging in to my account. Has anyone run into this issue and if yes how did you solve it? Thanks!

Since version 4.8.5 WSUS to function (?) In Pulseway Manger I find the WSUS function. If I want to check this, is the message: WSUS needs to download additional components. Would you like to download them now? YES or NO I Select Yes from the following error message appears: Module WSUS cannot be downloaded right now. The error was: Cannot find the latest version for WSUS server module.

It seems as though, if I onboard a system that takes my total over my existing Pulseway license count, the new system does not appear anywhere in Pulseway. The new system will only appear if we upgrade the license count. There is no notification that there are systems pending a license. No alert, or error message to tell a user what they need to do. The Pulseway Manager indicates the new system is registered correctly and, again, gives no indication that anything is wrong or that a license is needed. Is this working as intended? If not, what am I doing wrong? If so, could you fix it? It's completely daft.

We are currently discussing rolling out a monitoring/management system on our network, so far the runner is N-Able and Pulseway. I like Pulseway for its easy and clean interface, but it lacks some functions that N-Able has, and we need! We plan to use it inside a NOC, to monitor the netwerk realtime, is this possible with Pulseway? I have a trial setup through one of the distribitors, but i'm still not really convinced.
