Hi. When receiving the notification "The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down" I am always wondering who is shutting down the server. Could it be possible to add information about which user initiated the shutdown? I know that Windows write it to the eventlog, so the information should be available. If it could possible to match the users with RDP connections, so we also can see what client the user was connected from, it would something near perfect. The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down by user 'XXX' logged on interactively. The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down by user 'XXX' logged on remotely from client …

Hi, I would like to have a folder monitor, basically I have a folder (or several folders) that I need to monitor that the files in the folder and receive alerts for the following. - files are older than X days - over X number of files in the folder Please advise if this is possible currently of if this will require development, if this can be accomplished with a script then some pointers would be useful, ideally this would run at the same rate as other aspects of the system, but it could also be a daily/hourly check as I understand it could consume time processing!

I rebooted EVERYONE in my dashboard yesterday to the great surprise of everyone in my dashboard who was not at lunch. I created some scripts which I though did not contain a shutdown command but there was one in one of the scripts. When creating a task, I can add a script, but I cannot see what is in the script without backing out and editing the script again. I can think of two things: 1. I would like to be able to peek inside a script before adding it to a task. 2. I would like to color code scripts. If I choose red for scripts with a shutdown command, then I can easily see danger including said script.

Hi, The idea behind Pulseway was to enable an engineer to provide support from his mobile devices, i.e. get him away from his desk. Pulseway is missing some much needed features: Lets say I want to run a script on all of the computers in a Group. On my mobile I can send messages to a group, restart all the computers to a group etc. BUT you cannot run scripts. You have to go onto a computer, create a scope, then create a task, etc.... It would be good when your on your mobile to be able to click into your group, then see scripts etc. Thanks Phil

Would be awesome if we can change the Pulseway Settings form the WebApp / Mobile App. So that you don't need to login to the client and change things. Would also be great to have this so that we don't need to work with config files for advanced settings, this could than be done trough the WebApp / Mobile App

Hi, I use the app for my smartphone, the app for my tablet, the app for my Windows 10 computer and the WebApp. I don't use the dashboard, because I see no sence in it, and it only works on a computer. If I want to change the configuration of an Agent, I need to connect via RemoteSupport or I have to use this dashboard app. I think it would be better to have everything in the apps. Thanks, Christian.

Hi, I think it would be helpful to have a wildcard funcionality in the Event Log Filter. Thanks, Christian.

Hi, I know it’s not easy, and at the moment it looks like AIDA64 is the only software with the biggest support of hardware, but it would be cool if I could do everything over PulseWay. Thanks, Christian.

Is there a way to password protect the uninstallation of the agent? If not, I believe that would be very useful and should be considered as a feature request.

We are considering switching over to the RepairShopr PSA platform, and would like to know if an integration with them may be in the works. I understand they use the REST API as well, and have solid documentation on their site for integrating into their platform. Can this be looked into? It is definitely becoming a popular solution, and companies like Ninja RMM and SolarWinds MSP are already integrated with them. Here is their article on their API: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/knowledgebase/articles/376312 Thank you!

We are an MSP, and it would be great if we could give our clients remote desktop access to their systems. A username/password combination that only had permissions to a specific machine and no access to the dashboard or agent.

As a MSP, we often have to track down a device based on the user's name. It would be great if there was an option to always show the currently logged in user in the dashboard or at least add it into the search.

Providing an option to run a script before and after running a patching policy will significantly increase the versatility of Pulseway's patching - A few things we would like to do with this ability include Enable Pulseway maintenance mode before patching to ensure notifications are suppressed Perform a VMware snapshot of the Server VM before patching Run pre/post health checks such as dcdiag to ensure AD servers are healthy and replicating Allow other application maintenance to be performed in the same maintenance window automatically, ie patch Java/Adobe Disable Pulseway maintenance mode after patching is complete

Chris/Paul/Cliff, Thanks for all the work you guys are doing to make PSA usable in a production environment. I love the latest improvements. I have a priority request regarding Client Portal authentication. I see that AuthAnvil is supported. Can you guys please look at adding 365 Azure AD integration as well? There is no way my client end-users are going to remember a separate password for their PSA login to open and view tickets. We really want to push them to it, but its not going be useful. I image that Azure AD would be the most common platform for most companies. In the meantime, can we have a way to manually set a secure password for each user for …

Hi, I have compiled a long list of UI improvements, I hope you will find some of my suggestions useful. 1. CPU and Memory usage graphs need a time scale 2. Show historical perfromance data (CPU/Memory) such as daily/weekly, should also be available when machine is offline 3. Display local IP next to External IP 4. Under Asset Info, show motherboard brand/model, graphics card model if available, Windows ReleaseID (eg 1709) 5. Ability to run a Task on a single machine as you can run a Script (there is a workaround by creating a tag for a machine, then creating a scope for that tag, and executing the task for this scope, but this is cumbersome) 6. Termina…

Currently a scope can be created with matching "any" or "all" tags. It would be great if we had a "none" or "exclude" option, in which the listed tags would be excluded.

Hi, I'm currently running through a lot of notification. Running through 30 different notification, I notice that I should focus on probably 6 of those and delete the others. Currently I can only delete 1 notification at a time. Do you think it will be awesome for us to have the ability to sort, multiple select and delete *some* notifications?

I swore I already created this feature req, but I can't find it anywhere here, so forgive me if this is duplicating. I see OKTA was added as a SSO option with latest PSA release. Is there anything on roadmap for O365/Azure SSO? I want to drive clients' users to the customer portal, but they are just not going to remember another password. It needs to have O365 authentication. This is having a major productivity impact on opened service tickets, because otherwise users just email help ticket requests and often do not provide all needed information. Another option to to create some sort of client specific Submit help ticket webpage that has all required fields. …

Hi. It would be nice with a searchable Remote Desktop history. It could include fields like... Date/Time Device Session User Confirmed Durration For audit it would be great if it was possible to document what when users has had a remote desktop session, and if it has been approved by the session user.

Hi. I would really like to see the SQL Server Module to support Azure SQL. It would be great if we could se performance data (which all can be read from system tables), and create notifications based on thresholds. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/system-dynamic-management-views/sys-dm-db-resource-stats-azure-sql-database

It would be great (save me a lot of time) if, when downloading the custom Windows agent installer, there was an option to specify if the installer should create shortcuts or not. IOW, in addition to selecting the organization, site and agent group, there would also be an option (true/false) for "create program shortcuts" (or similar).

We can set almost anything with Policies except de services check. Now we have to goto any mass deployed agent and BY hand select running or automatic services. It would be really nice to put this in a policy like: check all automatic or running services. Next to that it would be nice to filter services (after deployment) in de Webui zo that you do not have to goto each Pulseway install manually.

It would be good to be able to set a schedule when executing a script from a device. For example, if I wanted to schedule a script to run at night. This script would be scheduled on a per device basis. An example would be scheduling a reboot script for a server in the middle of the night. I don't want to have to create tasks to run these. Instead, I would go to the device to run a script the same way I would run a script now, but with an option to schedule this script for a later time and date.

I currently use Connectwise Control for remote and to push applications to client machines. Connectwise Control allows me to have a toolbox in which I can choose from programs which are downloaded to my Pulseway Server and push them to the client computer. This is very helpful for downloading apps to the machine rather than having to manually download each app by going to each website. This is great for programs like: Adobe Reader Malware Tools if the machine is unable to browse the web Additional tools I use for diagnostics and password recover like Nirsoft. I select the tool and then it automatically downloads it and runs it. I can als…
