When we use PC Monitor in Cirtrix XenApp environment, on our production servers value of ComputerName is being copied from master image on which we have PC Monitor installed and then the image was distributed between these production servers. Manual change is not a problem if to be done once, but due to the fact these production machines are being rebuild every night according to master image - using PC Monitor to monitor XenApp servers adds daily task to our busy jobs. I am finding the interface to be aggravating. In some places when i click on a ticket I get a pop out window that holds my ticket and time entries. I love it working this way. But then I go to the timesheets look at the list of the tickets there and click one and it opens in a new or the current tab. I dislike tickets opening in the current or new tab, but even more... I dislike the inconsistency where in one place it opens differently than another. Let's get the interface to be consistent. AND while your at it, maybe the new/same tab vs new window can be a configurable choice so that users won't complain that their favorite way of tickets opening isn't stuck doing the op…

Would be great if we could copy and paste into the remote desktop connection. The only way you can do it at the moment is to paste into the chat box. Which can be awkward if its a password.

Hi. When reciving notification on high cpu or memory usage, it would be very nice if the notification could include a top-10 list of cpu or memory consuming processes. Is it possible to be able to create scopes on the Android app? Use case is all of the built in scripts default to all systems. It would be great if I could adjust the scope on the Android app. I'm trying to avoid logging into the web console, creating a scope and modifying a task, esp for a script I may only have a need to run once on a specific group. Pulseway is great and I love it, it doesn't seem like it scales well. If I add 10 machines a week I would constantly be adjusting things on the web console. When we need to install any update or modification on any server, we cannot create a restore point by default. we need to create a snapshot, update or install app and del this snapshot if is ok or revert if is not ok. this is a very important feature that you can implement to save our time!

Hi! As far as I know, all major monitoring systems have the ability to customize graphs... Because a picture is worth a thousand words, a screenshot of my installation of Zabbix. It's by far not as pretty as pulseway but the ability to customize the timeframe of the graph is sometime I frequently use. Would it be possible to create an extra menu item called "Graphs" When we click on that, I'd like to se a list of devices I'm monitoring in the middle pane. Is it possible to create our own Report templates. I would like to retrieve the value of a specific registry entry for all devices. Is it possible? I could easily imagine, that doing the same with WMI and Performance Counter entries could come handy..

Ok, I know I've been requesting a lot .. lol but I love this software and can't help but think of things that would make my life easier as a network administrator while I'm using it... so please dont take my "wants" as a criticism... Pulseway Dashboard (Currently 6.3) Data - All Notifications. Currently we can not: Ctrl + Select, Shift + Select All, Ctrl + A, Sort by columns. This is a daily task for me and so it would be fantastic to be able to use these simple functions.

Hi, I'm currently running through a lot of notification. Running through 30 different notification, I notice that I should focus on probably 6 of those and delete the others. Currently I can only delete 1 notification at a time. Do you think it will be awesome for us to have the ability to sort, multiple select and delete *some* notifications?

I know there is probably 100 posts regarding improving the Dashboard Program for Windows PC. I'm wanting some information on any plans in the works to redesign/ improve the program and an ETA on when these are expected. One thing I would like to be able to do with the current version at least is, when viewing All notifications under the DATA tab (or Ctrl+N) is the ability to be able to sort via Criticality of notifications, Time/Date, System, Group, and Message. I know this has probably been brought up a few times but IMO you guys really need to develop a complete standalone package for the PC. Maybe I've been spoiled by having everything integrated like Labtechs desktop package. But it makes life so much easier then bouncing back and forth between Dashboard and the web portal.

Hi - I think the Dashboard is a really important tool for alerting and giving visual assurance, but it's a bit limited when you have a number of monitored systems or groups as the dashboard quickly ends up with multiple screens, meaning some machines aren't visible? I can't quite imagine how this would work well with 50 or more monitored machines as so much information would not be visible? If you've got a single machine in a group/category...it takes up an entire row on the dashboard, with a huge amount of wasted space to the right of the machine icon...it would be great if the dashboard could be more like "tiles" than "rows", with monitored systems shown as a 1x1 ti…
