I think that a user satisfaction survey would be ideal for Pulseway, configurable with the questions of your choice and allows HR or Operations Managers to view metrics and reports on engineers to find weaknesses, offer praise and provide training where needs be.

Hi guys, One thing which I think would be super useful is the automatic selection of hard drives within the machine so rather than having to select a drive then set thresholds, we can skip the additional step of having to select the drives. Hi, i´m testing this RMM atm. Is it possible to implement WOL on a Probe? For example choosing the probe then the Machines Show up which are on the same Network or same Customer and Option to do WOL. If you´ve many Machines to Manage You would Need to Edit Firewall Rules for each Machine and Edit the Settings of each machine.Would be way to much work.

There doesn't appear to be a way to select the system type as a condition. Example if creating a workflow that once a system is registered, depending on if it's a server or workstation, do xxx. Right now, (I'm still testing it) I have set up 2 tags called Servers and one called Workstations. I used the Pulseway built in System type and added "Workstation" as the type for the scope. I'll then use that scope for the workflow, though I'm not sure it will use it properly. If it doesn't, I have a script ready to go to do the condition and read off that. Anyway, system type should be a selectable condition so that the above workarounds don't have to be done.

I'm also big fan of Windows Home Server, MS solution dedicated to small business/home usage. For me this is primary platform I'm using PC Monitor with. It would be nice to be able to specify GB or MB when monitoring for free diskspace or free memory. Because now.. for example.. when i have a system with 16GB of memory and use the 10% setting i would get an alert when there is still 1600MB of free space.. which is more then enough. Same for Harddisks.. a 500GB harddisk would still have 50GB free with 10% and 25GB free with 5% I would just like to set a treshold on 2GB freespace.. for all systems.. for example..

An idea, i have a lot of clients that also gives mobile phone to there employees. Maybe posibile to also make an IOS and Andriod Agent, so we can manage the phone's so they don't download app's they there not allowed to. And also to delete all data of the phone when somebody lost theres. Maybe install app's remotely that are allowed bij management.

When cross referencing our asset lists, having the ability to quickly search our systems by Serial Number would be a major quality of life upgrade. As it stands, there is nothing in the search feature which allows us to look for a value that does not change as the device moves around from user to user. If someone obtains a device from an old user and the name is not updated or maybe we have an older field device with an obscure name schema from an ex-admin. I am wondering if there has been any thought / discussion among your dev team to provide an interface like LogMeIn or TeamViewer where the user could see a screen in real time and move around / click the mouse and send keyboard input? Both applications (TV and LMI) implement it perfectly, and PC Monitor seems half way there, with User Session detection, Screenshotting, and NT Service based architecture. I know I am stretching that a bit, because mouse and keyboard input isn't a simple task, but because PC Monitor allows setup through a proxy and is seemingly transparent among firewalls, or other filtered remoting tools, I would find this feature baked into PC Monitor …

Hi Pulseway, I love the chat feature to talk to our customers, however is there any way you can enable any responses from customer to go into notifications. We have to stay in the chat section on the iPhone to see their responses. Customers doesn't always respond straight away. An alert would be good so we can use other sections of Pulseway whilst waiting for their response etc. Thanks Phil

Hi Would it be posssible for you to add some more views in the dashboard application. it's great to see it on a big TV in the office but would be usefully if we can change: - to a list view (like windows explorer allows to change the views of files in a folder) - then would enable us see more customers on one screen rather than waiting for them to come around after the rotation - change font size - make the green / red circles smaller ( a column list view would be good) - remove items from view like - hiding os version. - adding items on the view like - logged in user - option to remove the scrolling banner at the bottom. …

Hi there! I often find myself running scripts on our machines in a way that demands follow up/verification, so I thought it would be a good thing to be able to add scripts to a queue in Pulseway to have them run at a later point in time when a system becomes available online. Currently I tend to keep a document with all the machines listed, so I can mark them one by one in order to know which ones are done, and which ones remain. This is kinda tedious because our machines (especially laptops) tend to be offline for longer periods of time, and I have to follow up on a daily basis until the script ran successfully on all of them. Hi, I think it would be handy to have an export button in the notifications history tab in the Pulseway Enterprise Server Administrator.

If we could assign devices to multiple groups and we could filter according to the groups. This way you could have a group titled "Servers - Wednesday restart" and apply the updates to this group in one go before an automated restart.

Many of our clients run on Workgroups and so we can't centrally manage updates with WSUS. Pulseway gives us a good way to install updates, but it can be laborious individually pushing the updates on each computer - it would be much better if updates could be checked/pushed for a whole group at once.

Hello All, I think that it would be extremely helpful to include information regarding the age of the computer, and more warranty information in app without having to purchases a third party integration such as WarrantyMaster. It would do this by pulling information based on the serial tag.

Hello, I think I saw something about this in another post and wanted to follow up. It sounds like there may be updates to the reporting feature. Do we know when? It would be great to have more reports and report options. Reports are a big help in customer meetings and show our value.
