Hi, i´m testing this RMM atm. Is it possible to implement WOL on a Probe? For example choosing the probe then the Machines Show up which are on the same Network or same Customer and Option to do WOL. If you´ve many Machines to Manage You would Need to Edit Firewall Rules for each Machine and Edit the Settings of each machine.Would be way to much work.

Currently when I have the PC Monitor client installed onto a new system, I need to give the installing party the credentials to my account. This of course gives them access to the web-based management interface, which I would like to restrict to authorized administrators only. I would like to see some sort of installer or manufacturing credentials feature that would allow a user to configure the client locally without having the ability to use the management interface.

Now, critics and suggestions: (ENH): in BOTH, mobile and PC version (HTML5 and Flash), I think the status icon for servers (none/yellow/red) should reflect current status, and not status of read notifications. For example, server was reboot to apply updates, notification about shutdown and offline was triggered, then server comes back up....but icon status still showing RED. Hi. If it is possible I would like to exclude full automation scripts from the diagnostics log "trace.log". In normal situations it is fine with just an indication of the execution with the script name. I guess you could add one more checkbox like "Include full Automation Scripts" in settings, and let it be disabled as default. Best Regards, Martin.

Hi Guys, Just a quick suggestion. It might be nice to get the email parser to ignore bounce messages or Automatic Replies or Out of Office Replies. I've had several occasions whereby I've had to remove the contact just so I can close the ticket, lest I want to play tennis with their mailserver :) Cheers, Martin

We often use pulseway to deploy webroot and would like to see a site key manager added so when deploying we dont have to copy paste they site key everytime, but rather have a drop down with all available site keys / site names. Even if it cant be automatically pulled from the webroot dashboard, and we have to go in and add / name the sites and associated keys that would still be helpful.

I have been wondering if it is possible to create a golden image against a Group. This will allow the same settings to be rolled out to all computers in that group. Just an idea.

I often find myself running scripts on our machines in a way that demands follow up/verification, so I thought it would be a good thing to be able to add scripts to a queue in Pulseway to have them run at a later point in time when a system becomes available online. Currently I tend to keep a document with all the machines listed, so I can mark them one by one in order to know which ones are done, and which ones remain. This is kinda tedious because our machines (especially laptops) tend to be offline for longer periods of time, and I have to follow up on a daily basis until the script ran successfully on all of them. I think that a user satisfaction survey would be ideal for Pulseway, configurable with the questions of your choice and allows HR or Operations Managers to view metrics and reports on engineers to find weaknesses, offer praise and provide training where needs be.

Hi, I'm trying to integrate "Support Request" into our environment, the thing is the users may not easily identify the taskbar icon and on some environments may not be able to explicitly access it. What i would like to do is allow them to open the "Support Request" feature via a custom button installed in their environment. I'm thinking something as easy as "pcmontask.exe --support-request" which would launch the "Support Request" window.

Every self-respecting developer these days uses source code management. It would be nice if Pulseway would provide some sort of integration between a few major SCM platforms (Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket, ...) and the scripts section in the Pulseway management system. All (automation) scripts I currently use are SCM'ed in Gitlab but the only option currently to make them available in Pulseway is a dumb copy/paste. Regards, Guy

If we could assign devices to multiple groups and we could filter according to the groups. This way you could have a group titled "Servers - Wednesday restart" and apply the updates to this group in one go before an automated restart.

Hello, I think I saw something about this in another post and wanted to follow up. It sounds like there may be updates to the reporting feature. Do we know when? It would be great to have more reports and report options. Reports are a big help in customer meetings and show our value.

It would be nice to be able to specify GB or MB when monitoring for free diskspace or free memory. Because now.. for example.. when i have a system with 16GB of memory and use the 10% setting i would get an alert when there is still 1600MB of free space.. which is more then enough. Same for Harddisks.. a 500GB harddisk would still have 50GB free with 10% and 25GB free with 5% I would just like to set a treshold on 2GB freespace.. for all systems.. for example..

Hello, I would like to see the ability to run dual screens viewable at the same time on the remote control. That way customers who need to run dual screens and have to work from home arent stuck playing swap between screens. I think either opening a second connection to the computer with one of the separate screen would be fine, but maybe there is a better way like how Remote Desktop works or Google Chrome Remote Desktop works.

Whenever there is a note added to the note section is there any way to know when looking through the systems? Maybe change the badge color whenever a note is present? Currently I have to just click on each note section to see if notes have been inputted. If I could tell just by glancing at the section that would be ideal.
