Could we have some remote security features? Remote lock and wipe ideally. Maybe a find my device feature too? I know this has been requested for mobile devices ios and android, but it could be handy for laptops too

If a user (in a team) only has Read-only access to a system, the user also only have view-only Remote Desktop access. We would like read-only users to have full access to Remote Desktop. Application supports should not be able to manage the server If you don't like to change that behaviour, you could implement a setting on the Remote Desktop module to allow read-only users full access to user-accepted Remote Desktop access sessions

Hi, I have a lot of ping and cpu notifications, but I must read one by one to see, which one is still critical, and which is somehow resolved. So I suggest to have additional notification status, like "past" or something, which would be set for notification, where there is no alarm state anymore and the notification has not been read nor deleted. Server/PC status would not have red or yellow dot anymore for such statuses (meaning, at the moment I do not have to worry about server/PC) Thoughts?

Hi MMSOFT, Would you please prioritize in the near feature to exclude "BACKUP" and "RESTORE" statements from the "Send a notification when a SQL Query is executing for more than ..." notification. But we would like to be able to specify a time period in days, before we get a notification We have an other mecanism/script that installs Windows updates, but we would like to use the pulseway notication as fallback. So basicly we would like to enter a number of days, so the the search for available updates ignores updates released within the last X days. Is it possible to create our own Report templates. I would like to retrieve the value of a specific registry entry for all devices. Is it possible? I could easily imagine, that doing the same with WMI and Performance Counter entries could come handy..

Hey guys! I think Pulseway would be even better if the alerts would clear themselves when resolved.. For example, a server with available windows updates will reboot during our custom maintenance window but the alert will stay until I manually clear it in either the webGUI or the Dashboard app. Those kind of alerts along with cpu spikes, short memory outtage etc are more like "white noise" in the monitoring for me and I'd like to focus on alerts where a proper action is needed in order to resolve. Would love to have the ability to send the customer an executable which auto populates the username/password, enterprise server address and pre populates the config with specific monitoring information.

Currently i have to change the group name of about 50 workstations.. It would be very useful if you can change the group name of a set of computers in batch.

Hi, Is it possible to have options to update: Adobe Flash Adobe Reader Java Firefox Google Chrome Sliverlight VLC Player And maybe other programs? For there updates we now still need to login to the servers. If you could bundle Pulseway with some Scripts to auto update the applications that would be Great. I Think that there are more applications that are popular like: CCleaner etc. that many of us use, and do not get updates automatically.

Hi, it seems that you use a special edition from the Kaspersky Endpoint Security, and I have to say it seems to run great. But as a Kaspersky reseller, I know that the product has more features (e.g. firewall, device control...), and it looks like they would be available over the Pulseway license, but they are not installed automatically. And if I activate them manually (which would be a lot of work on every customer device) then I can't manage them over the Pulseway apps. Another great feature to have would be the possibility to view a Network Topology Map. This would be a great addition to Pulseway. It can be located in a tab under the client's group and part the reporting features. Something similar to vCenter Server Map.

Requesting a Two-Way sync between Autotask's PSA and Pulseway. (And possible more ticketing / PSA systems). I would like to see when a ticket gets resolved that the Pulseway resolves / deletes the notification. I tried to get something going with the API, only the Ticket ID is not being sent over to Autotask. This could be a quick workaround. P.S. Why is under every ticket the text: "Sent from Pulseway (www.pulseway.com)." being added? I already paid for the product .

Hi Marius, One thing that I will find very very useful is if you are having the on duty call and beeing responsible for a huge server group, that the alarms received clear them selves when problem is solved. E.g CPU or memory is too high on the db server, 5 min later it is okay. A notification is sent and the escalation is removed from the list. Best regards Johnni

Having a tray icon AND a taskbar icon is redundant. MUCH prefer a tray icon. I've added Dashboard to my Startup group to run minimized. Preference would be to have an option to launch on logon AS A TRAY ICON. Tray icon (get the theme here?<g>) should post a balloon as new notifications arrive. Tray icon should flash (or something) when a new notification comes in, and keep flashing until I've seen and dismissed it (not necessarily deleted it). Minor, and if it never changed it would be OK with me. But that stock traffic light icon has been around for at least 15 years! File Management: Delete Files/Folders with multi-file select capability? 2. View files: (.txt, .ini, .xml, maybe .pdf, etc.)? Maybe .jpg, .png, .bmp too. 3. Start/Close an Application (from an approved list for PC Monitor)? 4. Ability to have a selected file attached and emailed from a monitored PC? Hi Support, Firstly I have to say that I really love this program, it has really put a spotlight on efficiency and making day to day server support a breeze. I also have to commend you on your ongoing commitment to the community in providing updates and improvements. As for my feature request, is it possible to have a LOCAL UP ADDRESS added either before or after the EXTERNAL IP ADDRESS option. At the moment I have to fire up the command prompt widget and hit an IPCONFIG to get the address. A quick visual would help improve remote troubleshooting when getting users to ping servers and such. Hi, We are provide IT support to small to medium size customers. Your system has helped us provide quicker support to our customer base. On a fri night we run maintnenace on our customers computers whilst they are shut, i.e Running Disk Defrag, Remove Temp Files, Run Windows Updates etc. Run Spybot Search and Destroy. Would it be possible to have an option to push these commands to all computers, not to group, but to every PC in our subscription. We have around 100+ groups of customers and would take ages to go to each group and run these tasks. We really think you need to include SMART reporting. Especially when working with servers with multiple HDD's and raid.Short of using things like HDD Health, it would be great for us to be able to pull up a report &/or a visual on the WebApp.
