Not that I am opposed to blue, but it would be nice feature to change the theme colors on the webapp. This may also help those that need a more high contrast display as well.

Another great feature to have would be the possibility to view a Network Topology Map. This would be a great addition to Pulseway. It can be located in a tab under the client's group and part the reporting features. Something similar to vCenter Server Map.

It would be really useful to have a network Interface notification if the status changes from Up to Down or vice versa. In particular I have a couple of clients who use Microsoft RRAS VPN demand dial interfaces and although I can view these in PC Monitor and see the status and network usage graph, being able to be notified if they are down would be great.

Hi, To avoid unnecessary interruptions would you please tweak the application installed/monitoring as follows: 1. Track a history of application changes: name and date installed/uninstalled. 2. Alert wildcard exclude (ex. Application Name: "Mozilla Firefox*") such that when Mozilla Firefox 51.0.1 (x64 en-US) or it latest version are installed and uninstalled no alert is sent. The history is useful to know what application changes occurred recently and I'm also looking for alerts on non-standard applications. The later I do want a notification. Here are some feature requests I wanted to share, to see if you (the main Developer), or other users like. Hope these are inspiring. --Notifications to add: - Would it be possible to detect the difference between a Sleep and Hibernate (for a suspended state) I am pretty sure windows broadcasts a WM message, or sends it to some WndProcs or something similar to decypher the difference. - Under the users section, could you add: When a user locks the computer (and report the user name that locked it) When a user unlocks the computer (and report the user name that unlocked it) - Supporting the 12 hour clock would also be nice, since I am use to that, and its easi…

Hi, at the moment Request Support over the Pulseway Manager only supports a chat feature. The idea is to give the possibility to send an email to the support company, and if possible also with a screenshot feature. So it would be possible to create a ticket in the help desk system, or get a simple email. Not everything needs to be done immediatelly over a chat. Thanks, Christian.

Greetings All, I'm a new Pulseway PSA user, just getting familiar with the product. I'd started by using the To Do List as a repository for my master list of tasks for clients. Some of these I had linked to tickets. The other night I accidentally marked my whole list of To Do items as done. I went to the Already Done tab and saw the "Remove All Done" button, selected all items and clicked it. Doing this permanently removed all my completed tasks, including those attached to tickets! I had a big issue today where replies from clients were not adding the reply as a note, but instead creating a new ticket altogether. In the end, there were 2 causes. 1) In the default PSA email templates, the Ticket number was set as #Ticket No#. This looks really weird in my opinion, when referring to a ticket number its generally "Ticket Number" or "#Ticket Number". I had removed the trailing # on most of the templates. I searched the knowledge base and forums and there was no mention, so it was only through trial and error that I realized that you HAVE to have both # at front and end of ticket number for replies to work. 2) In some templates, I removed the T…

Whenever there is a note added to the note section is there any way to know when looking through the systems? Maybe change the badge color whenever a note is present? Currently I have to just click on each note section to see if notes have been inputted. If I could tell just by glancing at the section that would be ideal.

First of all : great product ! It still needs some tweaking to become mature , But looking at the changes in the last months and the planned new features i'm really hoping to get rid off Kaseya very soon and replace it with PC Monitor . I've got a feature request : in our company It is common that external software consultants get access to servers for software updates of there products or changes in there software configuration. Hi, Is it possible to have a feature that one can have escalations on the notifications. We would like to use in a 3 tier notifications for the systems monitored. Tier 1 gets first notification, if Tier 1 doesn't resolve the alert/notification it escalates to Tier 2, up to Tier 3? Maybe have it as a option under the Rules section?

It would be great to be able to configure different notification email addresses based on alert type/source/severity. One example is that I'd want an email sent to our SMS page-out list for notifications of server outages or other mission critical events. I'm a new user to Pulseway -- maybe this is already an option? But from what I've gathered, emails can only be sent to the single email address in the account?

Hi all I have recently started with Lamberts Business Systems, who make fairly extensive use of Pulseway for monitoring and alerts across our managed customers. I've worked with Pulseway elsewhere, but at a fairly basic level in terms of availability monitoring. Just getting my head around our processes and procedures, and when I went to review our alert notifications, I saw that the only option seems to be to delete notifications, as opposed to acknowledging them and adding notes where appropriate. Hi, I think a nice feature would be a option disable notification at specific times, only receiving notification at a specific time range. For example: My working day is all weekdays from 8:00 - 17:00 and only receive notification in that time range. My Collegues have other working times, so they will receive notification on their times. Kind regards, Maikel
