I noticed that there is no Asset info section for Linux agents. Can this be added? I know that the Dev team relies on OS built-in commands to gather hardware and BIOS info for this section, so I wanted to offer some insight on how to gather hardware and BIOS info in Linux using built-in commands. Hi Again I hope this is a small ask, but when running the dashboard in "full screen mode" (I now have a big screen nailup on the wall running all day long) the clock is obscured. It would be great to have a ticker type clock so that you can mentally note the time that things are happening eg server went off line at such and such a time. Many thanks Conrad

Hi, Under performance notifications it would make sense if you monitors the Page File Usage. To day we can set up a performance counter notification, but it would make sense to add it to the cpu/memory section. Here is an example of the current performance counter notification we do configure. Hi Thanks for a great app i have been using it now for almost 4 months and think it is one of the best monitoring systems i have used Not sure if anyone has asked but it would be great if we could log events server stats notifications etc to a lcoal database eg an access database from the dashboard App This would allow us to do automatic server reporting for my clients eg average server loads, Uptime stats etc Thanks again for the App Cheers Peter

Currently, when I view an Event, then close it to return to the Events list, the list returns to the latest Event. This means that when I've scrolled down through (say) 20 "pages" of Events to get to the Event I want to view, I then have to scroll down those same 20 pages to get back to the next Event. This makes the Event log feature nearly useless unless it's a very recent Event. When I close an Event, please return me to the same page from which I opened it.

Is it possible to integrate notification on memory/cpu use exceeding per process? Maybe I've missed it.

Weird but what I mean is. Could we have an option to automatically approve and force updates of a certain nature, like critical updates (mainly windows I guess). Most updates I want to approve and now I see I can even hide updates (awesome!), however critical updates should just be applied, no need for me to login and do it. Is this possible for future?

We have our agents logged in using the Administrator account. We've created user accounts that are associated to all the systems/agents logged in using the admin account. When logged in as administrator in the Dashboard, i can delete inactive agents. When logged on as a user that is associated with the admin account, I cannot delete inactive systems. Can you make it so that associated accounts that have full access rights can remove agents/systems from the dashboard? Thanks

I am planning on rolling out the enterprise version of pc monitor to all PCs. I know it can notify me of when usb devices are but used but I was wondering if it could also record what files are being transmitted to and from the device in the syslog server? This would be an extremely sell-able feature.

Hello, it should be possible to add an dynDNS Host beside of the external IP. Many german providers have dynamic external IPs that change every 24 hours. The App only knows the latest external IP. If a PC is offline for e.g. 3 days, starting with Wake on Lan is not possible. I hope you understand my problem? Regards, Thomas

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a feature request or if there may be a solution already. Here's the specifics: A customer is using Filemaker Server and it relies on the httpd service which is Apache to connect the web form feed via PHP. It stops occasionally and it would be most helpful to get an alert when it does just like with Windows services. I looked at monitoring an Application in the Pulseway preferences but did not see one that I should select. Just learned about this application this week and love it so far. Would love to see support for DD-WRT routers, being able to monitor and make some config changes would be awesome.

It would be great if the capability to run and view results of remote network diagnostics from a host computer was added. Thing such as: - Ping - Traceroute - SpeedTest (via Ookla)

I may be missing this but is there a report to show up time be it 100% or 10% would be nice to know and show customers.

Hi Again, Could we have an option to order by severity in both the windows 10 app and the dashboard. We have the dashboard up on a big screen in our office, it would be good to see critical and elevated first, then everything else. Had an issue come up today and would be great to be able to monitor it. Customer DNS went down. IP for name servers was still up but was unable to resolve A records or mx records. Being able to monitor this would be great to alert if DNS resolution was failing for a customers domain.

Now we can fill in one ESX(i) server or a vcenter server. But when someone has no vcenter.. and two seperate ESX(i) servers they have to use two seperate managers to monitor them

Hello, I have two requests. I will try to be as detailed as possible. 1. The help desk is not very intuitive to me. One thing that would help is to change the button where the help desk tickets come in to (Respond) instead of (Add Note). (Add Note) should be a sub menu or tab in the (Respond) menu or separate all together. 2. Most important request for me is to assign a unique number and password to each request that comes in so that the customer does not need to have an account or be set up in the service desk to view the tickets via a link sent in the original email to the client. Is it possible to be able to create scopes on the Android app? Use case is all of the built in scripts default to all systems. It would be great if I could adjust the scope on the Android app. I'm trying to avoid logging into the web console, creating a scope and modifying a task, esp for a script I may only have a need to run once on a specific group. Pulseway is great and I love it, it doesn't seem like it scales well. If I add 10 machines a week I would constantly be adjusting things on the web console. I should be able to click any group and run scripts for that group without making a scope etc. Have I missed something or is this possible? For instance under the gr…
