Weird but what I mean is. Could we have an option to automatically approve and force updates of a certain nature, like critical updates (mainly windows I guess). Most updates I want to approve and now I see I can even hide updates (awesome!), however critical updates should just be applied, no need for me to login and do it. Is this possible for future?

Hi, You have plans to have a Sophos Enterprise console module? I notice that you have Eset Remote Administrator module, it would be nice to have Sophos to. Thanks.

So, I have been doing a big de-clouding of my life, largely for privacy reasons. I have used Enterprise Server at work, and it's a great product. I would love to use it to monitor three to five machines at home, but obviously it's priced well outside the zone for that. I am really looking for more products which allow private server options at an affordable rate for small use. Since I started using PC Monitor/Pulseway for home use, I've always been a free user. The paid versions simply don't offer anything compelling. A reasonable price to run the software without relying on a cloud service though, would easily earn my money.

  5. It doesn't look lige 2FA is used in Dashboard and Remote Desktop apps. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just not implemented yet?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a feature request or if there may be a solution already. Here's the specifics: A customer is using Filemaker Server and it relies on the httpd service which is Apache to connect the web form feed via PHP. It stops occasionally and it would be most helpful to get an alert when it does just like with Windows services. I looked at monitoring an Application in the Pulseway preferences but did not see one that I should select. The Filemaker consultant indicated that Filemaker installs it's own version of Apache and the restart command is: sudo /Library/Filemaker\ Server/HTTPServer/bin/httpdctl graceful which differs from the stan…

  8. We have our agents logged in using the Administrator account. We've created user accounts that are associated to all the systems/agents logged in using the admin account. When logged in as administrator in the Dashboard, i can delete inactive agents. When logged on as a user that is associated with the admin account, I cannot delete inactive systems. Can you make it so that associated accounts that have full access rights can remove agents/systems from the dashboard? Thanks

Had an issue come up today and would be great to be able to monitor it. Customer DNS went down. IP for name servers was still up but was unable to resolve A records or mx records. Being able to monitor this would be great to alert if DNS resolution was failing for a customers domain.

Hi Currently having big problems whereby a lot of DNS records have been changed at my hosting company. I know there are third party tools that can monitor DNS changes but is there any way we could incorporate into Pukseway for clients' domains. Regards, Andy

  11. Now we can fill in one ESX(i) server or a vcenter server. But when someone has no vcenter.. and two seperate ESX(i) servers they have to use two seperate managers to monitor them

Marius, I know you're thinking it's been too long since I last bugged you about pushing PCM configs via Group Policy. Please accept my apologies, and let's fix that now<g>. I've been thinking (always dangerous) that instead of ADM/ADMX, or home-brewed Group Policy Registry Preferences as I've proposed before, how about giving us a subfolder in %ProgramData% where we can drop XML exports. PCM will check the folder every 15 minutes and import them when it finds them, then delete them. Symantec Antivirus worked that way for years. We'd also have to have a way to delete monitored Events, Rules, etc. using the magic folder. Maybe export an XML file of the setting, …

Hi, I know it’s not easy, and at the moment it looks like AIDA64 is the only software with the biggest support of hardware, but it would be cool if I could do everything over PulseWay. Thanks, Christian.

  14. I was getting the policies configured for my new setup and I noticed that Patch Management only allows you to select categories of patches and just decide to install them as a whole or not. Unless I'm missing something, there's no ability to approve or deny patches on an individual level. This is a somewhat vital part of any RMM suite as we may often need to decline individual patches that are known to be causing issues (a common problem with Windows 10 these days.) I'd say this is something vital for Pulseway to get implemented as I've worked with a number of RMMs over the years and it's the first one I've seen that doesn't offer this.

Hi. It would be nice if we can tell pulseway to remove/uninstall the agent, when we remove it from the "my account" page. Br, Martin.

  16. Started by Kartune,

I noticed that there is a hide known system processes option. But even though I have that checked, it still shows PCMonitor.exe in the running system processes. The security in which this software has is very nice. But the ease of someone just pressing ctrl, alt, del and ending the process altogether seems to defeat the purpose of the security. Is there any possible way to add such a feature that either the processes simply do not show or not allow a user to end the process in the way that ie. 'System Idle Process' will not allow you? Or maybe there is already a way this could be done? Please let me know. Thank you.

Is it possible to integrate notification on memory/cpu use exceeding per process? Maybe I've missed it.

Hello, I have two requests. I will try to be as detailed as possible. 1. The help desk is not very intuitive to me. One thing that would help is to change the button where the help desk tickets come in to (Respond) instead of (Add Note). (Add Note) should be a sub menu or tab in the (Respond) menu or separate all together. 2. Most important request for me is to assign a unique number and password to each request that comes in so that the customer does not need to have an account or be set up in the service desk to view the tickets via a link sent in the original email to the client. EXAMPLE: Customer emails support@domain.com Customer receives …

Currently you gotta choose services you want to monitor to be able to start/stop them at will. What I would like is to have monitoring for specified services but to be able to restart any service. This comes in handy when you don't know at setup that you need to be able to restart some service and when problems arise you have the option.

  21. Is it possible to be able to create scopes on the Android app? Use case is all of the built in scripts default to all systems. It would be great if I could adjust the scope on the Android app. I'm trying to avoid logging into the web console, creating a scope and modifying a task, esp for a script I may only have a need to run once on a specific group. Pulseway is great and I love it, it doesn't seem like it scales well. If I add 10 machines a week I would constantly be adjusting things on the web console. I should be able to click any group and run scripts for that group without making a scope etc. Have I missed something or is this possible? For instance under the gr…

Would it be possible to add memory usage condition - if process takes over x MB for x minutes? Similar to CPU condition?

  23. Started by Jonathan Fields,

I get an alert on my watch, but would like to be able to approve log on with the Watch. I use DUO and Microsoft Authenticator and can approve the login from my Watch. With Pulseway I only get an alert that I have a request to approve. Seems like a simple option to add.

Hey, Problem: Adding a tag to device looks to be one-by-one solution at the moment... (clicking the device, clicking the tag option, clicking the tag, clicking the add tags, then ticking the tags.. Suggestion: How about reversing this and instead click the tag and then having a multi select to what device you can apply to it... Result: The ability to add as many devices to the tag in only a few clicks... Thanks - Grunta

Cloud you make it possible to add multipule accounts to the app. I work for multiple companys they all have there own pulseway subscription. Now i can only manage one at the time and need to logon and off everytime. Cloud you make it possible to add multiple accounts to it? So that we can switch to the account that is needed at that time?
