  1. It would be nice if on the mobile apps when you click on processes you could long press on a service and add it to the list of monitored services. This way you can do it after the install if needed. Currently the only option is to kill process.

  2. Is there anyway in the web or the mobile apps when viewing the screen to have it auto refresh? Sometimes I have to few the screen for extended periods of time and I'm constantly hitting refresh. It would be nice if it auto refreshed every 15 or 30 seconds while the screen view was active

  3. It would be nice if we could view a global list of software with number of installations, and could uninstall software from that list. Or simply uninstall by group, similar to how the Windows Update feature works.

  4. I have Pulseway configured on 60 servers all at different locations. I'm waiting to deploy to the workstations until I get it configured just right. My question is: is there a way to get a list of installed programs across all devices? Say I need to know what version of chrome is installed on all the devices, to gauge which ones need updated etc -how would I go about doing that if it's possible?

Hi guys, One thing which I think would be super useful is the automatic selection of hard drives within the machine so rather than having to select a drive then set thresholds, we can skip the additional step of having to select the drives. Don't want to monitor a drive? Don't select a threshold. Cheers,

  6. Issue using the 'Send Event Details by Email' option. When using this option to send the log info by Email, the following info is stripped from the email text and you have to type it yourself. Eventid: Systemname: Which event log: It is a nice feature to send info to one of our techs so they can review the issue or automate a notification, but why is some important info stripped from the email.     In the roadmap i see something called Pulseway Backup. Does this mean you can export/import your Pulseway configuration for usage in another instance? Or does this mean you implement a service where i can backup my server to “a Pulseway cloud” Because the later would be a HUGE benefit to me, as a “Pulseway minded company”. I have tested Atera in the past (amongst loooooots of other RMM’s) and they offer a feature where you can use the agent to backup the selected system to your portion of the Atera cloud, i would think this is not hard to implement, since you obviously allready have the infrastructure and security in place, and it would allow us costumers to mo…

  8. We have our agents logged in using the Administrator account. We've created user accounts that are associated to all the systems/agents logged in using the admin account. When logged in as administrator in the Dashboard, i can delete inactive agents. When logged on as a user that is associated with the admin account, I cannot delete inactive systems. Can you make it so that associated accounts that have full access rights can remove agents/systems from the dashboard? Thanks

    It would be helpful to be able to view asset info of offline computers. I'm currently having to maintain a separate inventory for things like service tag/serial numbers - it would be great if I could view it right in Pulseway even when a computer is offline (we have a lot of mobile users).

    Hi Guys, Just a quick suggestion. It might be nice to get the email parser to ignore bounce messages or Automatic Replies or Out of Office Replies. I've had several occasions whereby I've had to remove the contact just so I can close the ticket, lest I want to play tennis with their mailserver :) Cheers, Martin

  11. Where possible, we try to avoid using standalone directories and use our Active Directory for primary authentication. I'm sure it would pose a number of technical limitations due to the way Pulseway agents connect to the server, but it would be great if our techs could login to the pulseway server with their AD credentials - either a direct LDAP call or Authenticating through a radius server (the latter opens up the opportunity for lots of MFA vendors as most support MFA via radius).

    Hi, please add site code drop down to the Antivirus agent install on the web portal. Preferably this drop down selection would just list the Site Names from the Webroot portal and that would essentially makes managing these site codes a moot point. If this integration can't exist between Webroot it would be a compromise to at least let us manually load a drop down list for convenience. Example in the attached photo. Thanks!

    I like how granular the associated account access can be as it is sometimes beneficial, however, this is process of associating accounts to several technicians is cumbersome to manage. Please add a checkbox to user account details that would allow associated accounts access to all systems. Example in attached photo. It would be even more beneficial if this checkbox could optionally be tied to a Scope. Thanks!

  16. I have a support ticket where I asked this question and got a reply that it could be looked at in the future. Just placing it here to ensure it gets put on Feature request list and so others can comment. When sales tax is added to invoice in PSA then synced to Quickbooks via PSA QB SYNC, it defaults to sales tax code G. In Canada, G is GST @ 5% by default (and correctly so) out of the box. H is for HST is dependent on province. In my case, HST at 13% is setup in PSA, but when the invoice syncs over to Quickbooks, it imports/syncs as tax code G (at 5%). I have to edit EVERY SINGLE INVOICE.I just need to tell PSA to use a defined sales tax code when syncing to QB. …

    Hi, In the PSA Dashboards, you can select different items by set date ranges (Service desk "Tickets by Status", Finance "Revenue By Client", and others). You normally only have Month, Quarter, and Year as your selections. Is it possible to give us a date range we can select by? -OR- at Minimum, can you give us "Last" month, "Last" Quarter and "Last" year as choices also. I do use the Dashboards, but at the end of a month, the numbers change. I would like to: On a new month, look at what the numbers were for last month Compare last month to how we are doing this month Maybe (new feature again) set a goal and see where we are at this p…

It would be nice if there was a view similar to the Time Sheet, Time Entries list but that showed the start and end time of each entry and only showed the time entries for the tickets that had entries for the week. Autotask had this and it was a great way to help remind me of what I did in the "gaps" between ticket time entries. Having all open tickets in my queue just clutters the current view. Maybe have a button on that view that toggles between all the open tickets and no time entries showing and having only time entries showing with start and end times. It looks like this:

    It would be nice to have the ability to reorganize scripts. We have Categories available for organization, but no way to move a script from one category to another. As our script library grows, we'd like to add some more granular categorization, but this would require us to recreate scripts in the new categories and delete them from the old. Drag and drop reorganization would be great here.

    It would be great to be able to import IP addresses to add to the ping monitor via a CSV. A customer has asked us to add monitoring to a long list (50+) of devices with static IP addresses and the process to add them manually is extremely laborious and time consuming. Considering it is possible to import and an export to the customised xml format Pulseway uses, this should be relatively easy.

  23. Hi. I am trying to make a read-only team. It should have access to all devices like te "Administrators" team, but just read-only. I can set the access level for all individual organizations, but when we create new organizations i have to updates the teams access level for this organizations. If the Access level editor has a top-level "All Organizations" where it is possible to set the acces level for inherance to all organizations. Could that be possible?

    Hello, I am sure this topic has been covered before but support for Exchange Online would be great. Not many clients that I bump into are using onsite Exchange anymore. Are there plans for this feature anytime soon? Many thanks, Adam
