is there a feature (or could one be created) that creates a report to show the uptime of a server over a period of time?? so just showing times and dates the server went off/on. there is a performance graph on the web interface, but its not something that can be given to a client as a report.

One of the things keeping us from pushing Pulseway out on all of our managed computers is that its very difficult to change the Pulseway settings on many computers at once (you have to change each computer individually). If there was some way that we could push a settings change to a whole group this would help enormously (most other RMM software seems to use Policies or Templates for this).

Will be able to see in the next release an option to update time on a bulk action for multiple tickets?

Hi - currently, if a pc's OS is trashed & the OS is re-installed (same hardware, same pc name), re-adding it to PC monitor does not overwrite the "dead" entry of the previous installation - is this something that could this be implemented at some stage please ?

It would be great id we would select multiple tickets in order to change their status. This would be particularly helpful with tickets that are generated automatically by the RMM based on an alert that's initial status has cleared.

It would be really useful to have a network Interface notification if the status changes from Up to Down or vice versa. In particular I have a couple of clients who use Microsoft RRAS VPN demand dial interfaces and although I can view these in PC Monitor and see the status and network usage graph, being able to be notified if they are down would be great.

Hi Pulseway, I would like the possibility to add monitoring for Public Ports. The Pulseway Agent could ask the Pulseway server to test for open ports at the Public IP. I would also like a boolean value, so we could decide if we want a notification, if the port is open or closed. --- Summed up, I would like to monitor if some critical ports are open from the public IP, like SSH, RDP, etc. and get notified if they are. Of course I could write a Plugin the is based on a webservice, but it would be more smooth, with a build in feature. --- Br, Matin.

Not sure if anyone might find this helpful but 2 way chat may be helpful from within the app... Another feature which would be nice is keyboard/mouse in use. I have this feature with logmein and it is great as you might hesitate rebooting or performing a task which may affect the user currently logged in like applying windows updates...

I have some questions about functionality on Linux. If these things can be done, and I missed something, please share. If these things aren't possible, then they should be considered as feature requests. Scheduled Maintenance: Linux servers have scheduled maintenance as well. We need a way set a maintenance window on Linux servers. I considered writing a script to modify the maintenance settings in config.xml, and schedule it in crontab for the beginning and end of maintenance window. Hello I would like to receive a notification when a certain user logs in. So not all users, but just a specific user. Can this be done with the standard Pulsway Application? If not, this would be a nice feature to add... BR, Emphyrio

It would massively expand Pulseway's capabilities if Netflow/sflow analysis was added to its feature set.

Can we please have Windows Server backup in the reports section? We would like to see last successful backup, next backup scheduled, number of backups etc., for all machines / groups. Thanks

New enterprise user coming from Kaseya. Would be great to see access to services (start, stop, restart, configure), the registry (view hives, and add keys/etc.), and file transfers from within the web app. File transfer works great from remote desktop, but here are times we simply need to copy an icon/file and it would be nice to not disturb the user for a simple file copy.

Is it possible to retrieve the current notification via som API/OData/Webservice. And is it posible to to delete a noticifation this way Well, the mobile apps can do it, so I guess teh webservice exists - but is it public available? I've been testing Pulseway out for a few weeks now and have about 2 weeks before my trial expires. So far, I really like Pulseway and what it does, but I'm very concerned that there are tons of features for monitioring windows servers and there's quite a bit that can be configured for linux (I haven't dug into this yet), but the OS X daemon seems to be lacking in features. Why can't we monitoring services on Macs? I don't see services or scheduled tasks for Macs. Hi, I am not sure whether this is a bug or somehow failed design, but it's annoying to me: "The user account XY has been locked on domain ABC on server ZZZ" This warning keeps popping up every 15-30 minutes on my Android device, filling Notification logs and making me un-sensitive for possible NEW warnings. Is it somehow possible to let it warn ONCE, not repeating all the time?

Hi, at the moment, if I go through the config, I see allways a lot of Stuff in the Server Modules which I don't need all the time. I think, it would be better, to change this to a variable system, where I can aktivate/deaktivate the Server Modules I want to use (see). And with such a solution, maybe, you could make it like a PlugIn-System, so that the company behind some Server Software can create their own PlugIn whithout telling their secrets. For example. I am working with Pulseway now for a while and the thing i would like to add is: Movement of offline devices. I will be nice that we can move a device also if the device is offline. I know this is possible ofcourse but i want to know if this is already on the schedule roadmap.

Fantastic software! I've been wanting this exact type of product for years now! I've got a couple of requests... Exchange DAG/database Monitoring: Viewing the status of databases and copies (healthy, mounted, suspended, ect) and being able to mount or activate them. This can all be done via PowerShell which I see is on your roadmap. Sort Processes by users (beneficial on Terminal Servers) or in the users logged on section, show processes by that users selected and have the option to kill. Once again great product! Planning on migrating many of my clients over to it! Roadmap looks impressive!

I would really like to change things like notification settings via the entire group instead of the individual systems.

Not sure if someone has asked for this before or not, didn't see anything with a quick search. I'd like to be able to see the currently connected RRAS clients. Username, IP assigned, duration connected, etc. What's the possibility of having this as an available server module in upcoming releases? Are there any plugins for this? Thanks

We have got a few requests/ideas that could be quite usefull: Is it possible that an associated account can get owner rights with a extra option or someting, so that account can edit the computer settings in the Dashboard app We would like te see which account had installed new applications on a computer, now you can only see the installed application name, version and publisher. Hi. When Pulseway executes automation scripts in PowerShell, it would be great if it could be executed with the "-NoProfile" argument. On some clients the profile scripts has been alter to load various modules, which will slow down or even conflict with the automation script. On a fri night we run maintnenace on our customer computers whilst they are shut, i.e Running Disk Defrag, Remove Temp Files, Run Windows Updates etc. Run Spybot Search and Destroy. Would it be possible to have an option to push these commands to all computers, not to a roup, but to every PC in our subscription. We have around lots groups of customers and would take ages to go to each group and run these tasks. It would be good if we could have access to a global TERMINAL, then we could run DEFRAG C:\ on it would push the command to all PCS. Any chance of seeing this before Xmas?
