We use SNMP to monitor network devices. It would be awesome if we could setup a line or bar graph for SNMP queries so that we can graph the CPU, RAM, and bandwidth of routers and switches. Also, if the integer output could have commas, it would be easier to read higher number values (readouts are often in KB). Another great thing would be SNMP based alerts. So we could set a min/max value for SNMP to trigger an alert. IE, if the router goes about 80% CPU usage for 5 cycles.

Hi For a faster and better overview, we would like the group headlines in the dashboard colored by the alerts in that group. The information is already present as numbers in the right side in the headline, but coloring the background accordingly would be a easy way to give a fast overview. Have a look at my attempt to do that in photoshop BR – Carsten

Can we have an option to set an owner for each computer groups? This might help with running reports if you can have an option to create reports that run for all groups. My thoughts: when creating a report, under "Current Scope" you can have a checkbox to run per group. Then maybe under "Send the report via email when generated" you have option to "Send reports to group owners". This would be a helpful feature if you have multiple clients you need to send reports to every month or so.

We need some sort of visibility when modifying local clients to indicate that a group policy is being applied. Better yet it would be great if items applied in group policy (eg. Event log filters) showed in the configuration when locally modifying the client. This is so that someone modifying the local client that doesn't know that a group policy is applied or forgets to check group policy doesn't create a new notification for something that may already exists.

Hi, The idea behind Pulseway was to enable an engineer to provide support from his mobile devices, i.e. get him away from his desk. Pulseway is missing some much needed features: Lets say I want to run a script on all of the computers in a Group. On my mobile I can send messages to a group, restart all the computers to a group etc. BUT you cannot run scripts. You have to go onto a computer, create a scope, then create a task, etc.... It would be good when your on your mobile to be able to click into your group, then see scripts etc. Thanks Phil

Hi, Please can you add a Group Task for Terminal or Powershell. You already have the option to for the above on individual devices. Can you not just enable it so it will repeat the task on all devices in the group? This would give so much power to IT admins wanting to update lots of PCS in a group. At the moment we have to go into each PC to run the Terminal or Powershell command. Thanks Phil

I started using your app not long ago, and I have request to add more hardware monitoring in it. Right now all I can see is CPU temperature, and two of my drives. It's not showing my fan speeds, or GPU temperature. It also doesn't detect my OS drive (Samsung evo 960 M.2 SSD), while it can detect other 2 just fine. Is there any option to enable GPU and fans monitoring as well?

I'd like to be able to tell PCM to monitor all HDDs, instead of specifying one at a time. And as HDDs are added and deleted, automatically monitor them, too. It's pretty rare to find a disk I don't care about! HDD monitoring should also report Windows' storage Events (from NTFS, Disk, ATAPI, SMART...all the built-in stuff) without having to explicitly set up Event Log notifications for them. And since we're on the subject again, a repeat request for monitoring mount points and not just drive letters.

Hello, I have two requests. I will try to be as detailed as possible. 1. The help desk is not very intuitive to me. One thing that would help is to change the button where the help desk tickets come in to (Respond) instead of (Add Note). (Add Note) should be a sub menu or tab in the (Respond) menu or separate all together. 2. Most important request for me is to assign a unique number and password to each request that comes in so that the customer does not need to have an account or be set up in the service desk to view the tickets via a link sent in the original email to the client. EXAMPLE: Customer emails support@domain.com Customer receives …

Hi, I use high CPU notification to notify me when the CPU usage has been over 90% for the last 30 minutes. Even though I have added more minutes to the time period, I still get a lot of these notifications. I would really like to know what is causing these long periods of high CPU usage but the content of the notification always displays processes with very low CPU usage. Can something be done to get this list sorted by the highest CPU using process? Here is an example of the latest notification: The CPU usage on computer 'XXX' in group XXX -XXX -XXX' is above 90% for the last 30 minutes Top Processes: Windows Explorer (Explorer.EXE): …

hi there i have a couple of requests that im not sure whether they have been asked before, by myself or anyone else. is there a way that we can prioritize notifications to mobile devices so that only the critical or elevated notifications come through to mobile devices rather than all notifications?? also, is there a way that when a check on disk space is done, the same check can be done after a certain period of time, and if the disk space has changed from the previous notification that the notification can be changed to accommodate the new value? any updates on future releases or help for the above would be grateful. thanks in advance. Gary

I'm referring to the android app here, but this may be applicable to the other apps as well. It would be very handy if "percentage based" indicators (cpu usage, memory usage, hard drive usage, to name a few) showed some form of horizontal bar graph in addition to the numeric values they currently show. This might seem minor, but it communicates the current state a lot better at a glance. Perhaps even alter the color of the bar based upon some fixed conditions? For example, "Hard Drive Usage" 0-50% - bar is green 50-80% - bar is yellow 80-100% - bar is red

We currently use Pulseway to manage/monitor our clients' servers & critical infrastructure and would REALLY like to roll it out to all of our supported computers. The only thing holding us back is the current User Support Request functionality. Currently for user desktop management we're using Soluto (the future of which is extremely uncertain) which has the excellent feature of turning the F8 button into a hotkey that users can press to instantly send Support a message and a screenshot. This makes the entire process of getting in contact with support frictionless for users and they love it - we receive over 60% of our support tickets through this channel. Pul…

I actually monitor 23 HP Proliant Servers. I will love to monitor the most possible HP hardware component like Smart Array SAS controllers. Even a module to inspect the HP Integrated Log Management. ILO2 support would be dreamy

Please simply integrate the asset data collected by RMM so that it is transferred to PSA for ticketing and asset management. This would be a HUGE competitive advantage for Pulseway. I am new to Pulseway and my expectation upon choosing Pulseway was that this functionality is built in. I now find out otherwise and I do not understand why asset info is not available to PSA when it is already captured in RMM? Lack of asset data from RMM to PSA causes so much extra work for each new machine added for every new client that if it isn't fixed soon I will need to leave Pulseway for a better alternative. At the very least, allow us to export all asset data, offline or otherwi…

Fantastic software! I've been wanting this exact type of product for years now! I've got a couple of requests... Exchange DAG/database Monitoring: Viewing the status of databases and copies (healthy, mounted, suspended, ect) and being able to mount or activate them. This can all be done via PowerShell which I see is on your roadmap. Sort Processes by users (beneficial on Terminal Servers) or in the users logged on section, show processes by that users selected and have the option to kill. Once again great product! Planning on migrating many of my clients over to it! Roadmap looks impressive!

Hi, I think I have asked for it before, but can not find it. I think it would be very easy for you to implement :-) For CPU-notifications we can provide a timespan, but not for memory. This gives us a lot of notifications on memory peaks. We would like also to provide a timespan for memory. Please consider this a feature request. Br, Martin.

It would be great to be able to import IP addresses to add to the ping monitor via a CSV. A customer has asked us to add monitoring to a long list (50+) of devices with static IP addresses and the process to add them manually is extremely laborious and time consuming. Considering it is possible to import and an export to the customised xml format Pulseway uses, this should be relatively easy.

I'm sitting here importing items from Quickbooks and I'm painstakingly clicking and setting each item that I want because the PSA is including categories as something that can be imported. IDK why they can't be used. It's also guessing at which QB services are Work Items and Services and is just backward at its guesses. Some frustrations with this process and the way its setup. I started and then realized I should show more and when I did everything I clicked or set was lost so I had to start over again 20 minutes later and I accidentally click something and deselected all the check marks. There has to be a better, less frustrating way to do this Would b…

Hi. I have a problem with moving performance counters between servers with different Windows Languange Pack. The problem is that many of the build in Performance Counters are localized by Microsoft, so they cannot be found. Tragic But True Here is a few examples: en-US : \LogicalDisk(*)\Avg. Disk Queue Length da-DK : \Logisk disk(*)\Gennemsnitslængde af diskkø en-US : \Paging File(*)\% Usage da-DK : \Sidefil(*)\% anvendelse I have found a webpage describing how to substitude the strings with IDs. http://www.powershellmagazine.com/2013/07/19/querying-performance-counters-from-powershell/ Perhaps you could l…

Hi, I have some troubles with the Windows Update from Pulseway. If I start the update over a group optional updates are ignored and not all updates are shown. If I start the update per machine, than I am able to install the optional updates, but not all updates are shown. I tried over the Powershell with PSWindowsUpdates and the Windows Update Minitool, and they show the missing updates (see screenshot). It would be cool if you could offer the updates in the official Microsoft Windows Update Categories (e.g.https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/dubaisec/2016/01/28/windows-update-categories/), and if they would work for a group and a single device, A…
