This may be asking for much, however, it would be nice to have a documentation tab to store info for each client as an MSP this is gold.

Paul/Chris, Is it possible to update the roadmap soon? It would be great if it could have both minor approved feature requests, not just big items. Its been since April since the last time it was updated. Thanks!

I like how granular the associated account access can be as it is sometimes beneficial, however, this is process of associating accounts to several technicians is cumbersome to manage. Please add a checkbox to user account details that would allow associated accounts access to all systems. Example in attached photo. It would be even more beneficial if this checkbox could optionally be tied to a Scope. Thanks!

Hey guys, I am aware that I can add an invoice-wide discount, but we really need a way to invoice line items. The only work around is to generate multiple invoices when you don't want the discount to apply to entire invoice. I want customer's to see the actual normal price, I don't just want to edit the extended price. Also, I like the new billing automation feature. But we also need to a way to add a (hopefully future line item) discount to the billing automation. Hi, please add site code drop down to the Antivirus agent install on the web portal. Preferably this drop down selection would just list the Site Names from the Webroot portal and that would essentially makes managing these site codes a moot point. If this integration can't exist between Webroot it would be a compromise to at least let us manually load a drop down list for convenience. Example in the attached photo. Thanks!

Hi All, New to the software and love its ease of use. I am looking for an update from the roadmap on when the custom reporting may be available? Things like asset reporting on all PCs with x of software (Eg. office 2010) or License numbers of x software.Have a microsoft audit for example and need to gather all the FPP license numbers! All the information you appear to have already from the summary and detail asset reports its just the selection of those items into one report. or if any one knows a script that performs that task?

The following Features would be great to see added Select which items can generate notifications and certain hours, for example, i don't care if something failed to ping at 3am but i might want to know if a server goes offline at 3am. So i want to be able to pick and choose certain items and which hours those notifications are active. ping but do not notify (just to view when needed for troubleshooting)

Hey Guys, It would be great if we had some integration with https://chocolatey.org for windows package management, its basically like apt-get or yum for windows which seems a lot better IMHO then ninite type solutions. Having its own tab under group policy for example to install selected apps across multiple machines and keep them updated within patch windows for example. As a MSP, we often have to track down a device based on the user's name. It would be great if there was an option to always show the currently logged in user in the dashboard or at least add it into the search.

Can I set up a dashboard to remember the monitor on which it was closed? I have a workstation with three monitors. I've set up a full-screen app on monitor number three, but every day the dashboard runs on the main monitor number one. Thank you

Patch management is great for workstations, but I think it’s lacking for servers. The only thing Connectwise Automate did well was server patch management. For example, you could apply a patch to a test server, in the state test. If the patch was not disapproved within the time period you set, the patch would roll out to all the other servers in the group automatically. Jon

Hi, I have have some requests from management and staff using the dashboard at our company. Please could some of these be addressed or looked at? We would like to apply/replace the pulseway logo with our company logo, but we have no need for enterprise at this time (this may change in the future). Being able to drag an image to the dashboard installation folder as a simple start would be good, or "select an image" option in the settings - As a bonus, changing the colours of background and text would be fantastic. Don't know if its asked before but here we go. Please add the option to move systems between user accounts. This would be awesome to make everything more organised. The way this can be done now is to execute a command on the system to change the settings. But it would be better if this is possible in the WebApp And or make an option [Selectable] to move it to a completely different server this could be handy when you move from cloud -> Own server or the server address will change for some reason.

I'm not sure what it is, but it seems lately that Kaspersky AV (aka pulseway antivirus) is picking up a lot of adware instances. I like this and use it to keep my clients safe. But sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to have to click through each one individually to delete them. Is there any way we can get an option to select multiple items and perform an operation on those multiple items? It would be nice to have better overall av integration, but this is one that I would love to see first. When we need to install any update or modification on any server, we cannot create a restore point by default. we need to create a snapshot, update or install app and del this snapshot if is ok or revert if is not ok. this is a very important feature that you can implement to save our time!

I've mentioned this to the sales team before, not sure if its on your list or not. One of the reasons I like PSA so much is because of its good UX. Its a good looking console. It appears that a lot of time has gone into the visual design. However, in most free form text boxes the default font is the horrible Times New Roman, a serif font when the rest of the system uses non-serif fonts. Even in text boxes that you can change the font, the default is still Times New Roman and its a pain to constantly highlight the text and change it. Can you guys please expand the space allowed in Email template subject lines? We are frequently limited in what fields we can put in the subject due to limited space.

Currently i have to change the group name of about 50 workstations.. It would be very useful if you can change the group name of a set of computers in batch.
