hi there was wondering whether there is a way to change the way that the maintenance schedule works? basically, its a great idea, and does help, but say we have the maintenance schedule on during the night, but still want to see the notifications during this time at a later time, can this be implemented so that they are stored somewhere? thanks...gary

  2. Not that I am opposed to blue, but it would be nice feature to change the theme colors on the webapp. This may also help those that need a more high contrast display as well.

I would like to be able to open up a port and then send a string to that port and compare the data that is returned, bad data or no data returned would put up a flag that the server is having issues. This would tell me that the application is working correctly. If you can do this and add in a way to run a SQL query against a MSSQL server and compare the results, I would buy this product in a heart beat! Thank you. Randy

  4. Please can you create a .deb and .rpm installers for the Linux client. Would make super easy for people to install. It would be as simple as this... wget http://example.com/pcmonitor.deb dpkg -i pcmonitor.deb /etc/init.d/pcmonitor start

A Dark Mode option for both the RMM Web UI and PSA UI would be nice.

Hi It would be great if it was possible to create rules on windows services resources For instance: If a service process is using 60% CPU or 2GB memory, kill the process and possibly restart it. Thanks, Marco

As an MSP, i have a small office where i have a huge TV Screen, where i can display important information. I am an Apple minded MSP, which means for Pulseway: running a VM with Windows to display the Windows Store app Dashboard. Having a mac mini running fullscreen RDP session to said VM, and transmit its display using Airplay to an Apple TV hooked up to the tv to display the dashboard. Not an ideal setup but alas! It works. At the moment, the Dashboard is static. There’s really no costumizing what so ever. I would very much like to have the ability to costumize the dashboard, preferably using CSS. That way, your userbase can setup Dashboards the way that benef…

Hi Guys, We've been using Pulseway for years, great product. One thing we could do with is the ability to monitor Arcserve UDP backups, nothing fancy just an alert to tell us if a backup has failed and possibly why it failed. I'm fairly sure Arcserve publish a full api guide. Thanks

  9. I have been evaluating the product and I really like it however it does not integrate with my accounting software Xero. This would be a nice feature for a lot of people.

hi, month ago i send you a screenshot of the gfi-max dashboard to manage server & workstations. it has a better overview to manage more pc's and you can change the settings on more then one pc at the same time. you said, that a new dashboard will come. so, is there any news about that? also, it would be nice to see the computer-details if the pc is offline. maybe the last seen temp , hd-space and so on and see a "offline since..." and, again, the smart-status of the hdd's are very important. also a check to test if a homepage is online. not only a ping-check. the check must find a word on the homepage to see it is online. many thanks for the great softwar…

  11. We're a large multinational considering buying pulseway for our network management. what im missing though is reporting.. I suppose it does basic reports, but the reports currently spit out by pulseway are not good enough to show to our direction also, it would be nice to incorporate some form of asset management, Pulseay would be the ideal tool foor this, currently we use managedengine but its been decided we're switching to JIRA, so we need to look into other options for that. Bringing me to the point of JIRA integration! Pulseway integrates to Zendesk? Would it be possible to do the same for JIRA? also, the dashboard app on Windows 10 doesnt allow for…

We manage multiple servers I was just wondering is there a template that could be created for one server for notifications etc.. and that template then be applied to other servers. Also wondering if it is possible to set notifications from the web portal as opposed to logging onto each server individually to set the notifications

Currently it appears only Webroot is supported under AV policies. We signed up for Bitdefender and there are no policies there.

  14. At this moment we use groups to see logical seperation between our customers that we monitor. But when we select Roles.. for AD, Vmware or whaterver management.. we do not see a logical seperation.. When customers have alot of the same (standard) server names.. we cannot see which server is for which customer.. As you set this product in the market as an MSP product (also) more logical seperation should be possible...

Hi, I am sorry if this is in the wrong place I was just wondering if it is possible to create a log of users logging in and logging out as opposed to getting an email or push notification every time

I would like to suggest that a ticker gadget be made for Windows 7. I would love to monitor my systems, but dont want to take up alot of space on my screen. This would be great if it was scalable.

...but not enough. I'd like to configure PCM to attempt a TCP or UDP connection to specific port(s) on remote computer(s) to verify that they're listening. For example, verify that TCP 3389 is listening on a Remote Desktop Session Host, or UDP 53 on a DNS server. You don't have to have much running for a PING test to pass, so it's a pretty minimal test. But in addition, Ping is often exempted from IPSec. So by checking for other protocols that aren't exempted from IPSec, you can also get an idea if IPSec is your connectivity problem.

  18. Hi, I use high CPU notification to notify me when the CPU usage has been over 90% for the last 30 minutes. Even though I have added more minutes to the time period, I still get a lot of these notifications. I would really like to know what is causing these long periods of high CPU usage but the content of the notification always displays processes with very low CPU usage. Can something be done to get this list sorted by the highest CPU using process? Here is an example of the latest notification: The CPU usage on computer 'XXX' in group XXX -XXX -XXX' is above 90% for the last 30 minutes Top Processes: Windows Explorer (Explorer.EXE): …

  19. I looked at another MST product last week that had the option to set up the time zone when setting up a client. I live in Thailand but my clients are mostly in the US. I'm getting notifications with my time zone, but not theirs. I need a way for the system to differentiate the times of various clients. In the agent, I can set the time or times that I want the computers to be in maintenance mode. But when the time zone changes, there is no modify it according to the time zone itself.

  20. Started by ethorup,

I'm not sure what it is, but it seems lately that Kaspersky AV (aka pulseway antivirus) is picking up a lot of adware instances. I like this and use it to keep my clients safe. But sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to have to click through each one individually to delete them. Is there any way we can get an option to select multiple items and perform an operation on those multiple items? It would be nice to have better overall av integration, but this is one that I would love to see first. Sometimes when we bring on a new client with a lot of computers, and once we install the antivirus software, we get slammed with notification for adware, maleware, troj…

  21. After coming from another competitor, one of the major things we are missing is a site wide software list with the ability to list systems with software and remove it from multiple systems. Ideally, initially it would show all software, but would allow you to filter software by name. At that point you would be able to click in and see installed systems with installed version.

Hi! When i look at the prices for monitoring more than 3 computers i came up with an idea... Why not have a 4-5 computer limit at a lower cost like 10-15 EUR...?? That i would and could pay. Or maybe just 3 computers limit at the same cost... ToddeSwe

  23. It would really be nice for when you are at the system level.. i can just select a script (let say cleanup Temp Files) to just run quickly on this system.

  24. Hi, please add the ability to scan on different IP ranges/subnets with the probe deployment feature.

  25. Started by Matt_T,

Hi, We have a number of cases where being able to monitor a directory for the number of files and alerting if over certain thresholds would be very very useful... Extensions on this basic idea could include: a) number of files matching an reg expression filter setting the polling interval (x minutes, or hours) c) set a 'low' threshold, and 'elevated' threshold, and a 'critical' threshold e) set actions against thresholds f) monitor multiple directories each with their own criteria If anyone know how this could be done with the existing Pulseway agent.. please let me know (and I'm not a programmer so rolling my own isn't really an option I'm afraid..) …
