Hi, I've been using PC Monitor a while now but recently I've been uanble to use comamnds (lock, restart, hibernate etc) when a certain computer is on. I can use the wake up feature and it will wake up but I'm unable to use any further commands after this. Any idea what could be causing it? Windows 7 iOS 6.0.1

I'm going to guess no because it freaked when I tried it but does the monitor support Win2K? My print server is old and virtual...plus it complains when I move it...thats my excuse for having a Win2K server still... Works great on Win2K8 and I love it...just was playing around with my last free lic before going to the bosses for money. Cheers

I installed the x86 version and had no errors during install. Yet, the service will not start on the PC. I have checked the services to verify that is it listed and it is NOT. Upon uninstalling, an error came up as unable to uninstall since no service is listed. I re-installed the program, again with no errors, with the same issue resulting of the service not starting. Any ideas?! Have looked through registry but nothing stands out as obvious. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I have over 15 servers with Intel motherboards. I noticed that the servers with a super-micro board seem to report more information under hardware. The only thing I get for Intel is the CPU temps. The super-micro board reports the motherboard model, Fan speeds, hard drive temperatures ect. one board that wont work is: Intel S1200BTL and one that does work is: Mainboard - Supermicro X9SCL/X9SCM

Hi All, I have a handful of computers and I only have remote access to them. Is there a way to import/push a config to a site without having to "log on/load the app/import config"? I can edit the config settings remotely but cannot import remotely. Can this be done? Thanks Tony

I am in the process of testing the software and have a question regarding the SQL Server module. Is it possible to monitor/control multiple instances of MS SQL Server on the same machine? From what I can see, the setup does not allow for this.

Is it possible to send notifications to multiple email accounts? or do I just need to setup forwarding rules in Gmail? Thanks

Good morning Pulseway team, I came across an issue that was a big oversight and I'm looking to find out if there is a way to not allow an end user to uninstall the Pulseway Manager. The story is I had an employee that was having issues with their computer. They assumed that it had to be the Pulseway Manager tool since he's convinced that ever since the tool has been installed he has had a much slower computer. I've been monitoring a few test systems during my evaluation. How can I remove these systems from being monitored? If I uninstall the Manager app, I can't manage my other systems anymore. Or in other words, how do I stop monitoring a machine?

I somehow downloaded and installed the 4.02 version of the agent. Now when I try to "Edit computer Settings" from the Dashboard it tells me I have the incorrect version and that I should upgrade. My question is can I just run the newer version on this server while I leave the 4.02 version on it or do I have to uninstall the old first?

Something has changed in Kaspersky client version - 10.3.3.275 It is blocking the edit of a config file in the Users Apddata local folder - causing the app to crash This works with earlier versions of Kaspersky (10.2.5.3201) Excluding folders and applications etc makes no difference. The only thing that works is to reboot the server - having told Kasperksy not to run at all - then all is fine. Help please ! Thanks

enterprise installation is forcing me to delete the default website in IIS, why is this? i cannot, do not want to do this as there are windows services that use it. how can i get around this problem?

Hi, we have problem with CPU Usage of PCMonitorSrv.exe. On one server this process uses about 30% CPU. I tried to restart service and server, but it is still same. Do you have any idea, where is problem? Thank you very much.

Hi got it all working with my iPhone and ipad to turn on Pc and shut down over wifi but if I try 3G it shuts it Down but will not wake it back up. I have forwarded Ports 9 and 7 on my netgear 2200 router. What else do I need To do

We need the ability to monitor the GPU temperatures of our machines. Most of which run multiple GPUs I have installed the software to a test machine, but I am unable to locate GPU temperatures (CPU and MOBO only) Is this something I have done wrong, or can the PC Monitor software not monitor these?

I am monitoring a PC and a Windows 2008 server core. Both are in the same network and behind a firewall. The one who is up first shows up online in my mobile phone. For instance, if my pc is up, and the core starts up later, I can only manage my PC. When I shutdown my pc, I can monitor my core. If I start my pc, I cannot manage my pc, only my core server. So it seems i can have only run one PC Monitor behind my firewall. Can you help me with this?

I'm looking to automate a lot more of my server update routines and part of that includes putting PCmonitor into Maint mode and then when the schedule is complete pulling it out of maint mode. I'm hoping there are powershell scripts to do this as the machines in question are Live and cant be downed every week so a monthly schedule is all can utilise otherwise I would have used the built in schedule service in the gui Though if there is a switch that can change this into a monthly view that would be great, ideally the 3rd Wednesday of the month so as to give Patch Tuesday a week to have the major bugs ironed out Any help greatly appreciated. Hi, I use Pulseway only for parental monitoring, so my kid won't play online games instead of studying when I am not home -I get notified when he launches the game program and then I can kill the game from my mobile phone-, but the little bastard learnt to kill all processes in task manager before playing. I know Pulseway creates an entry in the task scheduler to launch "watchdog.bat" if it goes down, but, I don't know why, but watchdog.bat no longer exists in my pulsway folder (I reinstalled it just in case, but no, no watchdog.bat). If I create a task to launch PCMonitorSrv.exe and pcmontask.exe every minute they would not start, so I assume they must be launched …

A bit of introduction: I'm a happy user of Pulseway Manager. I use Pulseway Manager Enterprise (but for this topic it doesn't really matter). I manage quite large deployment with 250 Pulseway monitored machines. Someone else installed (via GPO) and did some basic setup. Hi there, We've recently set up Policies to use on all of our servers. We have nightly/weekly reboots on some of the servers within each group. We would like to know if there's a way to have Maintenance windows on a server level basis? Not all servers in a group are rebooted at the same time each week so we wouldn't want to miss any notifications. Thanks in advance
