Notification on when a website or app pool is down is the main reason I'm looking into this software. Originally I shut down a single site for 30 minutes with no alerts to mobile device or email, I've had IIS completely off for the past 45 minutes with no alerts of any kind. Is there something I'm missing?

Hi, I installed the Version 3.7.1 on my Windows 7 64bit computer. When I start the service ( when i press the button "start service") i get an error from windows: "this service can't be started". I already tried to restart and i disabled my antivir program. Does anyone know how to fix this ? mfG Apfel

hello everyone, i have a problem waking up my system from internet. i have a P8Z68 Deluxe (dual LAN, Intel 85279v and Realtek 8111E) and Win 8.1 (64bit). here is what i have done to let WOL work: - allow in BIOS APM for PCI (it says activate it to use Wake on Lan) - Forwarding inbound UDP Port 7 (Router DGN2200v3) - install obviously pulseway agent for windows 8.1 and enable WOL with port 7 - make inbound rule for UDP 7 in windows firewall - activate from control panel "TCP/IP Services - enable all Wake on Lan option from Intel's control panel after that i shut down my pc but with the iphone (with 3G connection obviously) app if i click wake up it says th…

Hello team ! Hello community ! New to pulseway, but already loving it ! We do monitor a large bunch of windows laptops, and set up pulseway to alert when there are critical updates are available. The consequence of this setting is that whenever Microsoft releases a critical update, we have random critical alerts as soon as the laptop gets connected, which is not manageable. We could deactivate alerts, but it is not the point, as you may agree. Do you believe there is a way to get an alert when a computer has not been updated for, for example, one month ? Hi I am currently testing Pulseway Remote Desktop on my own network and have RD, Manager and Dashboard installed on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 PC's. Both systems can see each other in Manager etc. but when I launch an RD session I get the error, "The agent failed to start the session" any ideas. Thanks in advance, D.

Hey guys, I'm fresh to Pulseway, and I must say this stuff is an eye opener to our current remote access tool!! I do have a few questions that I would like to ask before converting our 100+ devices to Pulseway. We have a satelite PC's and laptops that we want to install Pulseway on (which we would do unattended for the majority of).. Without having to go into each and every config afterwards and password protect the config with 'click here to prevent changes' and lock it down - is there a global change option that we can do for this? - the issue I have is with leaving this open is that someone only has to make changes to the username, password and servernam…

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue recently. Yesterday I installed Pulseway on 4 computers, installed and activated fine but after a restart they all showed offline and when I checked them the Pulseway service hadn't started. After an hour or so reinstalling and disabling other start-up apps I found that the only way to get it to start on a reboot was to set the service to Automatic-delayed start. This is obviously not a specific computer issue as it occurred on 4 different machines all installed one after the other, the only similarity is that they're all running Windows 10. I suppose it's possible that a recent Windows update or even a Pulseway up…

Is there a script or task that can enable the User Support Request feature if it was not turned on during the initial Pulseway Manager installation? This would be very convenient vs. having to remote in to each machine and configuring each client.

I'm reasonably new to PW. I've just on-boarded 50 endpoints, and it automatically monitors Automatic services. That great, but Services like Bio-metric and Remote Registry; whilst configured as automatic, aren't always started.. So constant notifications. I know how to remove the service monitor, but is there an easy way to exclude certain services from being monitored globally?

Ok need to know how to not show the Pulseway manager after install. We cannot always install onsite and have issues with employees changing settings. Plus how do we change setting in the pulseway manager remotely, sadly manager has more power over the the monitoring system.

Hi. I have been using a free version and it has been amazing. Unftortunately, after I have upgraded my Win10 laptop to Win11, it's not working. I can start the manager, but I get the message that the service is not installed. Uninstalled everything, downloaded Pulseway_x64.msi and I get this error when trying to install it. After that, the old version cannot be removed. Please help. I have Windows 11 Pro 21H2.

Hi, sorry to insist but as in these days I'm going to setup 25 clients I need to know how to get the event notification to work. For ex. I have the following scenario not working for me. On a Windows 7 Ultimate ed (italian). I've installed and configured latest PC Monitor 32Bit ver. I then enabled to get notified for event ID 26212 (Chkdsk): Application Log Type: Information Event ID: 26212 Source: Chkdsk I then run a Chkdsk on C: volume and noticed that the event is correctly registered in the windows Application event log with ID 26212. Hi I'm confused. I have the service listed in my services, it is set to automatic, yet does not automatically start after a reboot. If I open monitor pc it offers to start the service, which it does successfully and all is fine again.. until I restart my computer again! Please help xp sp3

Hello all, We've been running PC Monitor Enterprise here and everything is working correctly, however, the server only allows us to open the Server Administrator application if you are running it as the user that installed it. We have several server admins here who need to be able to run this, and the account that installed the software is my personal domain account, not a shared account. I'd rather not have to reinstall under a shared service account, so I thought I would check here first to see if there is a way to either give out permissions to other admins or if this is a bug with a fix. Hi, I setup PC Monitor a while back and it's been running fine. However one thing that's been bugging me for a while is that I still keep getting alerts for something I turned off weeks ago. I set a monitor on Free memory, below 2%.... As these machines run SQL server, it quite often munches all available and I can live with that. so have turned that monitoring off. But despite reboots, restarts etc. I still get the alerts. Any ideas on how I can turn them off? Thanks Phil

Hi, I've been using PC Monitor a while now but recently I've been uanble to use comamnds (lock, restart, hibernate etc) when a certain computer is on. I can use the wake up feature and it will wake up but I'm unable to use any further commands after this. Any idea what could be causing it? Windows 7 iOS 6.0.1

The instalation was interupted and noew i cant re install, get an error 1001 specified server already exists. I have deleted files in program files and the kry from registry and still get the same, I am usimg windows 8 64 bit hope you can help

Today i installed Pulseway on a new server, but noticed the checkbox/option for Remote Desktop was missing (on the System>General tab). I then logged onto a previous system Pulseway was installed on and noticed that the checkbox/option has dissapeared from that system too. Has the remote desktop option been moved, or is their a way to manually install it?

Hey forum, When I click "Next" to start the installation of an agent on a certain machine, I immediately get the error "The installer was interrupted before Pulseway could be installed.
