  1. Whoops, I didn't check the binding in IIS (they weren't using the renewed certs). I switched those over and now it's working just fine.
  2. Our SSL certificate recently expired and I had our certificates renewed. I imported the certificates into IIS and verified they were imported both in IIS and in the Windows Server 08 certificate manager. However, I browse to our pcmonitor web portal, there is no site running. Also, while trying to connect using the PCmonitor manager and clicking the "validate account" button, the following error message appears: Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
  3. Marius, I was able to fix this in the SQL permissions. Thanks for your help!
  4. Marius, Here are some screenshots attached. the user in question does have full admin rights. Let me know if you need any additional info. Thanks, Jason Tham
  5. Hello all, We've been running PC Monitor Enterprise here and everything is working correctly, however, the server only allows us to open the Server Administrator application if you are running it as the user that installed it. We have several server admins here who need to be able to run this, and the account that installed the software is my personal domain account, not a shared account. I'd rather not have to reinstall under a shared service account, so I thought I would check here first to see if there is a way to either give out permissions to other admins or if this is a bug with a fix. Thanks in advance, Jason Tham
