Hi, We were thinking about the Apple Watch however the thing is there is a very small screen and it's usability isn't best truth be told. What would you like to be able to do from an Apple Watch app? -Paul
  2. I've fixed the formatting in your post. Apologizes for the annoyance it caused.

We'd love to have a folder monitoring feature in Pulseway. I've added a todo for it, this could be used to detect cryptolocker, see if backups aren't rotated and much more. -Paul
  4. Hi there, The maintenance schedule will always use local time on each machine. If you remotely edit the configuration of a system and update the maintenance schedule you're editing the schedule in the timezone of the remote machine. Does this make sense? -Paul
  5. Hi there, Oh noes . You're right, we definitely need a "peek script" function from the task list to avoid further confusions. As for the script color, this would be awesome to have. I am a big fan of color coding things. -Paul

Multi-monitor support is implemented and released. Android support for Remote Desktop is not supported yet. You can view the screen of monitored systems using the Screen View feature right now, remote desktop will be added in the future. -Paul

Hi Alwin, Try using this PowerShell line to see if it also logs off RDS users: (gwmi win32_operatingsystem).Win32Shutdown(4) -Paul

Unfortunately RD only supports the Windows OS family at this moment. -Paul
  12. Is there anything in the Windows Event Log related to the Service Control Manager? -Paul
  13. Hi there, A couple of weeks ago we've released the 4.9.6 agent update which speeds up the service startup which should've resolved the issues to the service startup issues. I've sent you an email on the address on your profile as we'd like to further investigate why the service isn't startup up in your case. -Paul

Please note that scripts will run in an isolated session (session zero) which means that all GUI applications will run in a session that's not visible to the console. This has been done to enhance the security and privacy of the end user and to support running scripts while there is no logged in user. You could try using the Enter-PSSession PowerShell cmdlet to join a user session. -Paul
  15. Hi there, We mark a task execution as skipped when there is no online agent that can run the script in the task's scope. Can you check if any agents were online on the scope you've configured for the task? -Paul

Hi Jaapyse, Please enable the diagnostic logging in the Pulseway Manager -> Settings -> Diagnostics, open the WSUS module in the mobile app once again, wait for the error to show up and then send me the trace.log from Pulseway's installation directory as a PM. -Paul

Hi, Yes, we've seen numerous installations of Windows Embedded 7. Do you see logged in users in the "Users" section of the system details on the webapp / mobile apps? -Paul

Thanks for the wishes. The AV product name will be announced in early January 2017. Yes, it's a business AV and it's going to be awesome (I can barely contain myself ). -Paul
  21. Hi guys, We will be announcing the name of the AV product we will integrate with in early January. -Paul
  22. Hi Brian, Welcome to the Pulseway community and Merry Christmas . The 'PluginDataCheck' method will be invoked from a background thread so it will not influence other Pulseway internal monitors and it will never timeout. Plugins are not limited to 1 active notification per instance, there is an overload to the SendNotificationToAllDevices method which accepts a boolean flag that controls whether the notification can recur or not. In regards to the Cloud/REST APIs, you wouldn't be 'abusing' the system. You are free to use all exposed methods in our APIs to your own liking, we enforce our rate limits on the server side but they are really high and configured to only trigger when something is definitely wrong in an implementation (I.e. infinite loop of repeating notifications). -Paul
  23. Hi there, In 2016 we've introduced Automation (scripting), Advanced Reporting (historical data for reports), Rebranding (WebApp, Mobile Apps and Dashboard app) along a lot of improvements to the existing modules. Remote Desktop also got a major update which drastically improved the performance, quality along with a confirmation screen for the user to allow or deny the connections and the ability to switch between active monitors. In addition to that we're also on the final steps with an antivirus integration allow you to centrally deploy the antivirus product, manage it's configuration, send scan commands and view threat detections. Check out our updated Roadmap over here: I hope this helps, -Paul

Hi Digital, You can configure the ERA module from the Pulseway Manager under the Server Modules -> ESET ERA. Note that only ERA 5.x is supported. -Paul

Hi Jacob, That query is used by Pulseway to detect deadlocks. If you find it impairing the performance of your SQL Server then please turn off the notification check from the Pulseway Manager app in the Notifications -> Server Modules -> SQL Server. -Paul
