  1. Hi Steve, This appears to be a timezone issue after all. Our engineers are working on it as we speak to resolve it. In the meantime you can change the schedule type to daily and have it repeat every 7 days: -Paul
  2. This would be one of those 'magic' features . Each hardware manufacturer has it's own way of delivering driver updates and there is no 'universal' driver store where you can check for updates. -Paul

If not, here it goes again: While we don't support sorting the columns in tables, most of them have a custom context menu so you can right click on the table to select automatically started services and other options for other tables. -Paul

  14. Hi Christian, It's indeed useful to sort services by the column names however in the mean time try to right click on the tables as we have a custom context menu on most of them. -Paul

  17. Hi guys, We had this in the original spec for the Automation module but it was pushed out the spec when we were getting closer to the release date. Drag & Drop functionality would be nice indeed however we may introduce it initially as a dialog. -Paul
  18. Hi Christian, Unfortunately we don't have any best practices for the AV solution as we don't provide any for the RMM / PSA. The reason behind this is that each deployment is unique and the configuration should be specific to that environment to ensure the best performance. A good example would be a SQL Server machine where you would want to exclude from scan the Data and Log mount points in order to avoid the AV product from introducing IO delays while it scans. -Paul
  19. Hi there, We've noticed that this can happen of machines that are under heavy load during startup. A better solution would be to increase the service start timeout to 2 minutes. -Paul

  21. Each app is designed to address a specific problem: a. Agents collect information about your computer, monitors it and executes commands as they are requested. b. The WebApp, Windows 10 App and the mobile apps will help you stay in control with your systems and notify you when something goes wrong. c. The Dashboard desktop app gives you an eagle-eye view to your systems with color coded statuses allowing you to put the app on a monitor on the wall. d. Pulseway Remote Desktop Client app (and the Dashboard app) allows you to start a remote desktop session to the monitored systems. We are working on introducing RD and Dashboard support to the WebApp so we're definitely looking on centralizing the tools you need to use to manage your systems. -Paul

  23. AIDA provides a lot of information about your system, many things from there you don't really need (similar to the msinfo32 data). What exactly would be helpful? I can think of the hardware configuration as useful and driver versions maybe. -Paul

  25. Hi Christian, You could use the tags feature for this along with the computer notes. You can also combine tags by creating Scopes which will ease the navigation (especially now that we've introduced a better way to filter the systems on the webapp). -Paul
