    HI, Is there a way to change the quote template for service quotes to add the period field. When creating the quote, you end up with services, and the period (monthly, yearly, other). But when you print the quote, the "Period" filed is not printed. So, if you have a mix of items (Monthly and Yearly) there is no way of knowing in the quote. Gary

    Hi, Is there a way to sort the "My Timesheet" output when working on hours. Here is our issue. Our ticket system uses the date format of (DDMMYYY) for tickets. So the system throws a number in front of the date. So the ticket number looks like this (1-21022018). So when I work on a bunch of tickets (over a week) I get all of the "1-, 10-, 11-,..." first, then all of the "2-, 20-" and so on. So all tickets for "Monday" and all over the place. This makes it hard to work on one day to see what I have done as I need to scroll all over the page.     I am new at Pulseway and while I love the functionality that I have on my mobile phone the remote and webapp is limited of what I considered basics. So I will talk about what I miss from a Remote Desktop just coming from Solarwinds and Atera 1. File Transfer - sometimes we need to transfer files from our computers to the client computers, this has to be a plus feature. Specially that I am installing your product on my customers is more than annoying having to login to my OneDrive to download the files I need when I can just transfer them from my computer directly to the customer station. 2.     I am trying to figure it out how the contract will work for my business. My Block of Hours Contracts are opened, meaning that a customer pay me for 10 hours and they will get billed as soon as the hours are used up, meaning it can be in a weekend, in one week, one month or 6 months, depending how often call for services. PSA bills on a recurring basis, so if the customer haven't use the hours in a month the system will create another set of 10 hours the next month for example. I setup the cycle to be Contract Length and use a 1 year date, but then my question is, how do I generate another contract for 10 more hours? Do I have to Manually Create another contract? What…

    I like the feature that you can upload attachments to Tickets, but I think a good feature will be to have attachment for contracts and agreements with customers. Other than just view the details of the Contract, it will be nice to have a place where the customer can see what they signed up for as well.

    I'd be very grateful if the team could schedule downtime and inform users in advance. I just came into work to start on a backlog and PSA is down. No notification of any kind. Disappointing. I've given up my Sunday and now I can't work.

    Hi, We bill our time to clients monthly. The issue we have is that Tech time is broken down into weekly timesheets, where the tech needs to submit their time. At the end of a month, we need the techs to submit their time, and this causes the time sheet to be locked from the techs entering any more time into tickets for that week. IE. April 30, 2018 is Monday. Tech submits timesheet Monday, and now has issues entering time into tickets for the rest of the week. How do i reset the system so the Tech can enter time for the rest of the week? Gary

    We are looking for a way to mark an entire ticket as "internal" in the way that we can already do with notes. The issue is that we have some clients to whom we must provide access to the client portal so that they can manage and view tickets. However, there are tickets that we need to add for internal purposes which should not be visible to the client. Right now we continue to use our old system for those tickets, and it is cumbersome to maintain.

  10. Hello! We just got PSA installed and working, now we're wrestling with auto-assigning / auto-queue routing. Does anyone have some tips on how to get this working? I've been trolling through the manual, and checking the docs and forums, and I thought I had it narrowed down to Admin -> Business Processes -> Workflows, but that thing doesn't quite seem to have what we'd normally use (i.e. Enchant, SupportBee, Freshdesk all had a "If subject contains (your word here) then put in queue (your queue name)", where as I can't seem to find the analogous setting in PSA. Appreciate any help in advance! Mario

    Hi, In the PSA, can you add a "Notes" tab to Service Quotes. There is a Notes tab for Product quotes that is nice to have for internal notes when working on Quotes. It would be nice to see the same Tab on Service quotes so we can also keep internal notes. Gary

  13. Hi there, We are using both PSA and RMM from Pulseway. In the last few weeks we are experiencing some weird behavior between PSA and RMM. We don't use the and never set up the integration, but after we delete the settings both in PSA and RMM, it still comes back. It is irritating us enormously and the support isn't helpful after creating several tickets. I hope someone can help us with this issue. King regards, Tim Roewen

    It seems that Pulseway has made a philosophical decision that doesnt quite make sense for MSPs. I cannot find a way to select a group of computers on which to perform an action. Specifically, I would like to add Tags to machines across clients, install Webroot on groups of machines, or activate the new 3rd Party Patch Management. In each case, I would have to click into each machine or click the agent then add a Tag, or click install on each agent. If I wanted to install the Patch Management on 100 Machines it would require at least 300 clicks AFTER we identified which machines we wanted to include in the new policy.   20. I've seen some old posts about this and solutions in older versions that have since been removed. However, I don't see the settings or options in this iteration as of today. We monitor some generic services, ie Apache, and other proprietary services that are critical to our program running. At times they hiccup or run into an issue where they fail to start or stop. At this point we would want Pulseway to not only send a notification but also attempt to restart the service(s). Any way to accomplish this or any roadmap on getting that feature rolled in?

I would kindly ask if you could open up the following fields to be placed in the CSV file. Please kindly add the "Hardware assets" and "Software assets" fields for exporting If this is open source, I would gladly help to implement it.

    It would be nice if the "Add Time" option in a ticket would allow you to add an attachment like "Add Note" does. Right now I have to do "Add Note" if I need to add an attachment or note "See attachment ____" and add it via the ticket Attachment tab. Then I have to do "Add Time" to get my time added as well. So it's taking additional steps / posts to add an attachment if I want to add time at the same time. For me the "Add Time" option works better than the "Add Note". "Add Time" has more choices all in one spot than "Add Note" (minus the Attachment option of course)!

    Our tech are submitting their timesheets weekly for approval which is good, however, our payroll is bi-monthly so timesheets need to be submitted by the 1 and the 15 (for paydays of the 5 and the 20th) when the 15th or the 1st falls mid week the techs cannot submit their timesheet for approval as it does not allow them to add any more time for that week. Is there a work around for this?
