Hi Pulseway, I'm a noob using this platform and still finding my way around navigating and familiarizing in its functions. With that said, is there a way to tag machines to specific users and do a search using their name instead of the computer hostname? I find it easier to search via name when a customer contacts us just like in our previous RMM tool. Thanks in advance

I have a few questions about self hosting and also supported processors. 1. When I self host, what's the minimum number of licenses I can license? E.G. 5 licenses. 5 x $1.14/month x 12 months = $68.40 / year, possible? 2. What happens to your self hosted licenses after 1 year if you don't renew? E.G. Is there a w way to prevent Pulseway creating the task "PulsewayServiceCheck" that starts Watchdog.bat? i tried removing the task but it;s recreated on every restart, while disabling the task works i would still like if there is (or if it can be implemented in the future) to prevent creation of this task in the task scheduler

G'Day, I'm really loving your product and so far only have it installed on 2 of my machines. Ideally I would like to put it on all of my main machines here at home which is 4 machines or 5 if I include another laptop. I'm wondering if there is any chance you might consider raising the free usage threshold from 3 to 4 or maybe 5 machines? These days almost all homes with computers have one for each person so that is most likely going to be 4. Hello Guys, Today my adroid app and my Pulseway Manager show me this Message "Invalid username and/or password (202)." but the passwords are stored and not touched for month. when i try to order a new password i got the message "Invalid account details (1011)." and the best part if i try "recover your username" the website says " No account found for email address '.....'". but a few days ago i recieved at this mail address pulyseway notfications. whats wrong with my account ? my accoutname is nusspli Thanks

Hoping someone can help me find the right config option! When a server goes offline, Pulseway generates an "Offline" notification for the server being in an offline status. I need that alert to automatically clear if the server now online. Guys WTF is this. I specifically use pulseway to help automate solutions and fixes based on rules and now its not supported? What release was this removed? No wounder why i see such a influx of ticket now... Why is this function removed? I will gladly removed my subscription if this is the case

I've installed the self hosted RMM on a server with configuration: Windows server 2012 R2 MSSQL Express 2016 Domain joined server Trial license Now I'd like to add some Active Directory users. What would be totally awesome is if I could just create and AD group, say 'RMM Admins' and have all members of that group be an admin on the RMM platform. I haven't seen this feature in the manual or in the Pulseway Enterprise Manager. Am I missing something ?

Hey there! Love this software! Very useful! I'm using this to monitor my CPU temperatures because I am Folding @ Home. If the temps get to high, I turn my PC off. But I was wondering how can stop the software? What I mean is PC Monitor shows "The service is running" all the time. How can I turn it off? I don't need it when I am at home. The only way I found to stop it is to select "I don't have an account" and then "Apply" and then when I restart the program, it needs a login to start PC monitor up. Also, how often is my PC's information sent to the internet? Is it uploaded only when my mobile device wants the information, or is it uploaded each, I don't know, 10 …

Its not very well documented but the following will work for removing Pulseway via the terminal tool in the Webapp. (note this is actually several commands strung together in one line) sudo launchctl unload /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper.plist && launchctl unload /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper && launchctl unload /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.PulsewayCommandHelper && rm -v /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.Pulseway*

Is there a script that can be used to change the group name on the Pulseway Manager client for a particular machine? This would help us reorganize a few machines without having the need to remote in to them. Thank you.

Hi, I use Pulseway Professional for our own computers. Now I think to change to the MSP Edition and offer the RMM service to some of our customers. I want to ask the people here to share some Pulseway expieriences/impressions with me, to be sure to don't miss anything when making this decission. Does PC monitor create a log anywhere? Specifically something a plugin could write to for debuggin? Or would I have to write my own log? Else is there some other way of debugging a plugin so i can step through my code?

Hi, With the recent recommendation from NCSC not to use Russian AV as this could result in a Data Breach which under GDPR could be expensive for us and or customers! What is Pulseway’s stance on this, will you be removing support for Kaspersky? Maybe replace it with ESET or BitDefender? Paul

Hi. As the title says really; I would like to monitor my GPU temps along with the rest of my hardware. Everything is fine except no GPU is shown in the app. I have an XFX R9 270. It used to work on my old 4870x2. Compatibility issues maybe? Still an excellent app though, can't really fault it! Thanks /J Y P

I have set up PCMonitor on 120 pcs, I used my IPAD as the the allowable device. I have need however to authorise another 2 ipads. Is there a quick way of doing of this? I have tried going to registered computers change settings, but cannot see it there? Any help greatly appreciated.
