Is there a way to get any sort notification if the server running PC Monitor loses its Internet connection? Obviously this would need to be generated outside of the server I am monitoring.

Hello, When I attempt to start a remote desktop session (from Desktop Client) I receive an error dialog with the message "An error occured while trying to start the remote desktop session" (spelling as per dialog). This is after I select the user session from the list and occurs whether there is a user logged into the computer or not. The target computer is Windows 10, running agent version 4.8 and it has been rebooted since installing the agent. I'm currently trialing Pulseway through the SaaS offering. Appreciate any assistance you can offer

Hi where can i download an older version of Pulseway Agent, the new version removed the login feature, but on windows 7 it works ok for me and i need that, the last version i think was 6.1.1 agent for windows that had the login feature

Noticed this on a couple of servers but after a restart the pcmonitor service doesn't start. I've double and triple checked that the service is set to automatic start and restart on any failures but still the service doesn't start. Has anyone else had this experience?

A customer switched to a new IT company and I no longer have access to the server yet the PC monitor app is on it and I am concerned they will try to use an application to try and decode the asterisks that you see for the password in the app. Is there any way to remotely uninstall the app or delete the user account info used?

Hello, I have installed Pulseway on various PCs, but several of them will show offline randomly even when I know a user is on them. Currently I have 4 machines showing offline when I know someone is using them right now. They might show online for a few hours, then show offline for a few hours. Hello, I've been trying to turn on my computer when I'm away from the house using both mobile data and another WiFi connection. When I'm on the same network the wake up command works but if I'm using mobile data I'll get the message "Wake up command failed" and when I'm on another network it says "wake up command sent" but nothing happens. I have the necessary port forwarded (UDP 9) and through the Pulseway android app port monitor I can see it works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I hope that this will be a simple question to resolve. I need to enable repeat notifications that are sent to my phone. If i miss a notification and i may never know it is there if i dont get follow up notifications. How do i set this up to allow repeat notifications that are sent to my phone app?

The latest version of the remote control app, no longer requires elevation when it's launched in a directory where the local user has full access to. New installations will also be placed in the Application Data folder by default for the current user, eliminating the need of elevation.

Hi Technically can you tell me what you monitor in terms of Exchange Server 2010 Active Queues? Also is there a way or are there any plans to monitor an active Send Connector or Receive Connector? Hello, I'm not sure if this is in the right section of the forums but I'll throw it here. I'm unable to register on the website and sometimes I'm not even able to view it, it throws me a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" even when I'm trying to access the homepage, which I'm not sure is a problem on my side or Pulseway's. I was looking to get a Free account to look after 2 servers that I have running, but I am unable to register or really do anything because of the Access is denied error, is there any resolution on this?
