I have 2 systems that keep going on / offline in Pulseway. It's 1 physical system with a VM. It'll go off/on every few minutes for about 30 secs. Then stop for a while and start doing it again. Not at the same time either. The physical machine will show offline but I can still interact with the VM. Never experienced this issue before. I tried to restart the systems but didn't help. I reset the network they're on but that didn't help either. I believe it's an issue with PulseWay. Should I try to uninstall / reinstall?

Not sure if the last update has changed either Tasks, Scope or Tags but i have a few Tasks that i use each week that now report as Skipped and doesn't seem to matter if i change the script that Task is using or which Scope. Running the Script against the actual Device works. Anyone else noticed this??

Is there a way to easily check which tasks and scripts have ran for the past xx days with its status for a particular machine? I would have expected to find it when selecting the machine amongst all the other information Instead we have to go to Tasks , and then Execution History, but it is per task, and there could be hundred of executions for that task, and we need to open then one by one to find the desired machine. hi i'm new to team account is there a way for me to create a user for an end customer, and limit that user so he'll be able to do only specific actions on the agent? i've found the policies, which i've seen i can make those limitations there. and i've found that i can apply those policies to a site, an organization or an agent group. but how can i apply them so they limit the user via those policies? i could only find team permissions but it's only full/no/read only - nothing in between what am i missing here? thank you

Hi there, This might be a bit of a long shot - but I have an end client who's interested in deploying custom Teams issues with Pulseway (as there aren't many users in-office for obvious reasons). I've attempted to deploy this by pushing a batch script, to copy the backgrounds from a shared location. The backgrounds folder in question is located in the user's roaming appdata (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads). For this reason I wasn't able to use %username% correctly in my batch script, as the script is being run by some Pulseway service, rather than as the local user account. Has you system just had a small outage ? Servers from on location showed as offline - but they weren't Initially servers from elsewhere showed fine still (for about 20 minutes) so I assume it was a problem at the one location- then it went offline as well and then they all came back ? If it was an issue at your end - is there anywhere I can look for a health report of your service (or ideally push another notification down) If of course the issue wasn't at your end I apologise - but welcome any suggestions as to how 2 related sites could show false results ? I am trying to email a file, but it doesn't arrive at the email address i type in. The test emails work fine. I get no error messages. Or do they just take a while?

This may seem trivial, but so far I am not finding documentation on how to push a third party application to a device. Is that a function Pulseway can do? Just need to remote silent install an exe or msi.

Is there a way to display time stamps on reports? For instance, when running the the CPU use report - the graphs is great and all, but it would be nice to have some more data like time of day. Or maybe at least can I find out when the agent polls the server?

While the message is obvious, as far as I'm concerned we shouldn't be near the 5 session limit we are licensed for. Is there a way to establish what connections are open and by whom? Kind regards

Hello, Kind of a strange one here: I took over doing IT for a company that had hired a small IT firm before turning to in-house IT. The IT firm was using Pulseway to monitor our servers and workstations, but we paid for the licensing. The IT firm started to use Pulseway to monitor their other clients as well. When I took over I demanded to have access as we paid for the software and was given it, the license will expire in about 5 weeks now. They had set up some custom triggers and such that I would like to keep using without reconfiguring everything. So can I create a new account and import the old account configuration to it? Hello, I'm needing to know if there's an easy way with 6.0 to transfer agents from an On-Prem server with an MSP to my own SaaS Pulseway account without having to uninstall and reinstall all agents? I also use webroot on all devices. Hi All I wanted to share my experience with workflows, in the hope that someone else can benefit, or if there is a better way to do things I am all ears! In the sales/onboarding process I noticed how amazing and powerful the automation engine was, yet restrictive it was that I wasn't able to trigger an automation workflow myself (on schedule, or other action like restart). We are busy setting up the integration between Pulseway and Autotask. When signed into the server, opening Pulseway Manager 8.50, and going to Settings>Autotask we can enable the Autotask integration and enter the credentials for the account. After that the Account and Queue dropdowns become available with the company and the queue that the tickets needs to go to and this works as expected. With the amount of servers that we manage we want to roll this setting out using endpoint policies. We go to the webapp, create a policy, go to other settings, select Autotask. Trying to install Pulseway on my Windows laptop, gets an error saying the MSI is not found? I have downloaded the MSI file several times to my downloads area, and run it from there. I get the following error.

Hi, I can't log into my account via the website or PC agent as the emails containing my two-factor authentication codes are taking several hours to arrive, meaning that the codes are no longer valid when they do. Looking at the email headers, they seem to be being delayed before they get to my email provider (Gmail). I'm a user of PC Monitor and I had two accounts that were able to login the software. But I didn't used the software for a while. Today I tried to setup my new computer and it said Invaild user name and/or email address. The two username combinations are easy113/easy113@gmail.com and easy1013/easy113@me.com . Hello, I'm not sure if this is in the right section of the forums but I'll throw it here. I'm unable to register on the website and sometimes I'm not even able to view it, it throws me a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" even when I'm trying to access the homepage, which I'm not sure is a problem on my side or Pulseway's. I was looking to get a Free account to look after 2 servers that I have running, but I am unable to register or really do anything because of the Access is denied error, is there any resolution on this? Hi, apologies if this has already been asked but I couldn't find a direct answer/fix for this myself. Essentially, I have reinstalled Windows on one of my machines and rebuilt the machine itself (hardware wise). When I download the manager onto it, I go to register the system and it accepts my username and password but tells me that there are no "agent Groups" available and so prevents me from registering it. I didn't have this issue when I installed pulseway the first time around on this device (before I had to totally reinstall win 11 to fix a weird bug that had crept in) I am using a free account and so have removed the previous iterations of pulseway for this mac…
