how can I pay with Paypal, I dont have a creditcard...?

Hi I currently have 9 PC's monitored, 8 on a business network and my home pc. I'm trying to use the Remote desktop connection feature, but my problem is that all the business PC's are showing the same IP, so if I try to remote desktop it will only connect to the server no matter which pc I select. Is there a setting that I've missed that will change the IP number or something else I'm doing wrong? Thanks Nick

This may have been covered elsewhere, but I am trying to figure out how I can manage my remote agents...remotely. I can't get to every system all over the place, and was wondering if the Desktop Manager would let me remotely configure the Agent settings on remote machines. If this is not possible, it would be a great feature, especially for those of us who use PCMONITORS hosted server service. Thanks, Jason Braverman

Hi, I have a Pulseway free account. Recently I added a new user account to my main Windows 11 PC. This PC has two users with the Pulseway application installed on both. I also have another system being used as a home media server and this has Pulseway installed. For some reason, Pulseway thinks I have three registered systems on my account even though the account itself only shows two systems. Please could someone explain why this is happening. Is this a bug?

I have an agent that shows offline. The server is connected to the internet and I have other servers on the same network showing up in Pulseway. When I try to Validate the account i get: There was no endpoint listening at (my server URL) that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. Hello In PC Monitor Manager, under; Notifications -> Event Log -> Add Is there a way to add an Event Log filter to fire all (*) Event IDs. For example, I am trying to set a filter to fire an alert on ALL DFS Replication Errors and Warnings generated. However the UI requests I enter a keyword, Event ID or Source filter. Can I add a wildcard to Event IDs, i.e. * OR Enter a generic list of event ID ranges, i.e. 0001-9999 or similar? Any assistance would be much appreciated! Kind Regards

We are currently discussing rolling out a monitoring/management system on our network, so far the runner is N-Able and Pulseway. I like Pulseway for its easy and clean interface, but it lacks some functions that N-Able has, and we need! We plan to use it inside a NOC, to monitor the netwerk realtime, is this possible with Pulseway? I have a trial setup through one of the distribitors, but i'm still not really convinced. Today I just downloaded and installed 32 bit debian Pulseway on a Linux (Ubuntu 12.04) machine. There is 12GB of memory installed and 1GB in use. In the Pulseway client (W8 Phone in this case, but I've seen it wrong in other clients) - the client shows 4GB installed and 3GB available. I have tried installing the 64 bit debian, but the Ubuntu installer says its the wrong architecture. Any ideas? Thanks, Richard

Hello, I recently switched to a load balancing router TP-Link TL-R600VPN; Now I'm having an issue because of the two internet connections, I keep getting "public IP address changed" notification between the two IPs of each connections. Note that both connection have a dynamic IP that change almost everyday hence I would like to still keep this notification. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

This may seem trivial, but so far I am not finding documentation on how to push a third party application to a device. Is that a function Pulseway can do? Just need to remote silent install an exe or msi.

I use the free version on 3 PCs. I've recently upgraded the operating system on one of my PCs. I now receive the message "Your account has 4 registered computers and the computer limit is 3. While . . . " However, only 3 computers are registered, only 3 computers appear in my user interface. Solution?

I really like PC Monitor, but I basically need it for one function: kill a process when it is creating havoc on my server. On the first server I set up PC Monitor it works perfectly fine. I go to the list of processes, I click on one, and it allows me to kill it. However, on the two subsequent servers I set up, I cannot click on the process; it won't bring up a popup menu. I have gone back and forth through all the settings. I have even exported the settings of the 'working' system to the two other systems, to no avail. Hi This morning one of our servers was rebooting ever 5 or 6 minutes and since I could not find a cause I removed the PW manager and the Problem was solved. Reinstalled it and problem was there again and so I removed it again and we'll called it a day for now. But like 6hrs later my phone was going completely nuts with one warning after another and almost all server were in the same bootloop, restart and after 5 minutes the next reboot So I checked the workstations and yes same issue here, I just don't have warnings for them. Hi Pulseway and fellow community, I'm trialling Pulseway on 5 PCs as a possible RMM deployment to 40-50 PCs soon, however Remote Desktop capability is the real decider as to whether or not we will go ahead. With Remote Desktop (Beta), I am able to establish connection with the PCs and open a remote session with no issues - however I am unable to keep the session open for longer than 30 secs-1 min before it freezes and completely drops the session. I am able to reestablish the session shortly after but again, it drops out after 30 seconds or so. Is anyone else experiencing these sorts of issues?
