    PW reports my CPU temp as 6C. The ASUS app says 41C. I have an A6 on an A88XM-A.

  3. I noticed that fast scrolling on iOS 5.1.1 on iPhone can crash app preety easly. This happens mostly when some data is loading/refreshing while you start scrolling. For example if i delete notifications and quickly jump into computers and fast scroll down (I've got over 40 machines) it crashes (it's visible the network is working then).

  4. Hi support team When I try to conect to remote machines, in some of these machines menu option Ctrl+Alt+Supr is disabled or not working. These machines are Windows Server 2008. Is that a bug, or a setup poblem? Thanks!

    Hi Is there a way to set up an alert when the custom title stops working or starts to error? We use a tile that connects to an external web host to install our AV/EDR, but it has started saying "Failed to Download" and didn't give an error other than in Title list Ux. Regards

  6. Hello, I am trying to setup a custom title for patch management. I used google before but I am now having provisioning issue with google so I created a direct download link with OneDrive. I can paste the link into a browser and it directly downloads the file with no issues but for some reason when I try to save the custom title in Pulseway, I get this error: URL cannot be reached.   7. Hello, Want to start off by saying, I love your product! I have upgraded my laptop and desktop to the new 2.7.1 and love that it’s going to be auto updated. One thing I am seeing that I have not seen in past release is the dashboard sometimes is unresponsive and does not respond to anything. The icon is setting on the task bar but if you click it or hover it, it does not respond to trying to maximize by clicking or by right clicking and maximizing or right clicking and close. I have to open task manager and kill the Dashboard.exe and relaunch the application. I have seen this on my laptop and desktop but have not figured out if it’s something I am doing or if it

  10. The PC Dashboard desktop app cannot edit the local agent config for any agent that is version 9.0+, is there a new dashboard release coming? "Edit system settings" from the dashboard results in "unsupported config" error. On a side note, is there any other way to modify the agent config besides logging in and using the local manager app? I don't see a way to do that in the web app.

  11. Hi Guys, I am having an issue with the Dashboard notifications at the moment. I have not checked the mobile app. It is appearing that notifications are being deleted automatically sometime during the night. When I arrive at work in the morning I normally go through and confirm that all my backups have completed however the last 2 days I have not received any backup notifications when I investigate I find that there do not appear to be any notifications older that 2 AM. I also have about 4 or 5 servers that are set-up to send me half-hourly notifications so when I get to work in the morning I can have anywhere up to 210 non-critical notifications. I have also c…

    I Noticed when using the Dashboard with an 25% (or larger) increased fontsize that every watched computer info gets cutoff, see the attached info. The reason for the choice of larger fontsize is that i hus a FullHD screen and to be able to read the info from a distance i need the larger size .....not an age thing ;-)

  13. Hi, It's not an alarming bug but but annoying non the less. When I start the Dashboard (minimized) from the 'Startup' directory in Windows then when I shutdown the PC the Dashboard prevents the shutdown because it does not terminate. I then either have to 'Force shutdown' or 'Cancel shutdown' and terminate the Dashboard manually. Regards Paul

    Hi guys, Since the new update 4.3.2 of the PCM Dashboard, The Dashboad jumps to page 1 (we got 12) right after a refresh even when it's on pause. The is a problem beause we never reach page 12 and we are missing notifications this way. Can you please fix this? Greetz, Robbin Schut

    Hi In my Lenovo Thinkpad tablet I get "Data not available" when I access the application with the mobile network (3G). With wifi works fine. The tablet is running android 3.1 Which other information do you need to troubleshoot this? Thanks in advance! Regards Hector

    Hi, after de-activating the user account for a temporary contract technician, he was still receiving notifications on his iPhone. It was only after disabling PUSH notifications for his account, that they stopped... I assume all notifications should stop once a user account is de-activated? Regards,

The Default Tickets Listing Click Behavior option under My Settings > Preferences does not seem to work, I currently have this set to 'Open In New Tab' rather than the default 'Open In Same Window / Open In New Window' however it still seem to open in the same window. If it helps, I have my Service Desk Experience set to 'New View'

  19. For the last couple of days, computers have been reporting the definition updates for Windows Defender as important or critical. Previously, they were recommended, which would not trigger an alert. The previous rating worked much better since they come out multiple times a day and are almost always quickly, successfully and automatically installed by Windows. Is there anything that can be done to stop an alert every time Windows Defender has a definition update?

    Hello, I woke up today, to a sound of a Pulseway notification on my phone, it was around ~9.30-ish AM. The notification message says that my server is offline. I check emails, there is also a new email in my inbox from Pulseway at 9.40am on the dot, stating the same thing. Naturally I go ahead and try to log on to my server, which lets me log into it and is not offline. So I go into the mobile app notifications, and realize that today Feb 17th, both the app and the email decided to notify me of something that happened on Feb 9th, and was a planned restart. Any idea why such a thing would happen? And how to resolve such an issue? Best regards, Sig…

After removing Sophos from a Windows 11 Pro laptop and adding Windows Defender as a replacement, the Security tab under a device shows both security solutions as being active: I checked both the "Program Files" and "Program Files (X86)" folder and removed a single, empty Sophos folder, just to be sure. There are no processes active on the laptop for Sophos. It seems like it just shows the 'ghost' of Sophos.

  23. After our new account set up/successful agent installation, I found a Hyper-V (1 system) role created. I cannot delete it or edit it. When I drill down to the actual server involved (which by the way does not play any Hyper-V role in any sense), I get a spinning icon and then a red error message "Data not available". How can I remove or edit the role? Or remove that machine from that particular role? Also is there somewhere in the documentation that outlines the purpose of "Roles" and what I can do with this particular feature?

  24. Pulseway's sensor monitoring feature may cause VSS locks during notifications checks and may interfere with VSS backups. To prevent VSS locks you can disable hard disk sensor monitoring from Pulseway Manager -> System. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

If we install the agent manually (or via GPO) and go and do a discovery and deploy later, The probe will show ALL systems on the network as Discovered, including those that have the agent on them already and will allow me to push the agent again. If we deploy to those systems we get duplicate machines showing up and have to go clear them out. Is this by design? It would be good if the probe could detect if the machine has the agent on it already and not show it or at lest show it has the agent on it already.
