  1. Hi Pulseway, We have this issue that when we install the agent and link it to the correct account and dedicated server. That the client appears offline. Configuration etc is set correctly because at first everything worked properly. But since a few weeks this problem has been and I can't solve it. We use Pulseway for all our customers for remote control. However, this problem only applies to one customer. Now we cannot use remote control when this customer calls. We have about 35 servers in out PC Monitor account. As of this morning PC Monitor reports one of our Terminal Servers to be offline. The server is a 2012 Windows Terminal Server on a 5.5 esxi box with a few other VMs. I've rebooted, added an exception for the program in the Windows Firewall, re-installed PC Monitor and tried to telnet to the ws3.pulseway.com server. I can not telnet to it however I can telnet to ws15.pulseway.com from this affected server. Server time is correct.

  3. If i enable 2fa on the PSA and use the new ticket integration in WebApp i get a 500 internal server error when we click on tickets. If we remove the 2fa from PSA it works fine. We use the PW hosted server and paid for subscription.

  4. Tickets sourced from the RMM show up in the PSA with their notes containing HTML tags, and also in reports. This makes the reports look very unprofessional.

    I have noticed a difference in the time stamps from my event log. On my computer the event have a time stamp at 7:00 and on PC Monitor the same event is at 2:00. Is there a configuration for the time zone? (I work with the newest version). kind regards Torsten

    Since the new update 4.0.11.1, the time sheet rounding feature is not working. We bill everything on a 15Min interval. It used to be when I approve time, I just click on an entry that is not in a multiple of 15 Min, and the program would round up the number to the next 15Min for me. This no longer works. (I have double checked the setting Admin...Company settings...Time Sheet...Round and it is still set. Is anyone else seeing the time sheet time rounding issue?

  10. Hi all! I have removed a decommissioned server from our inventory, but the alert streamer keeps being red and reports, that the computer is off-line. The computer isn't on any accounts systems lists. Regards, Morten

On one of my Windows XP (32-bit) computers, the current version of PC Monitor was installed, It had stopped functioning properly. and I found that many files in the PC Monitor folder had been lost. In addition, the PC Monitor entry in the Add/Remove programs list under the Control Panel was not present. As a result, I cannot run the program, I cannot uninstall the program and I cannot re-install or repair the software because I get error messages stating that "the software already exists", "the service cannot be started on this computer". I do not know the correct procedure to unregister the many dll files if there is one. I simply do not know what to do. Please help…

    I've noticed my external USB hard drive won't spin down (go idle) as long as the PC Monitor service is running. I've confirmed this by stopping the service and see the drive spin down after a short time. After restarting the service, the drive spins up and remains active. Can this be changed?

  14. Hello, I have found that running chocolatey install or uninstall commands via Powershell through the webapp results in the client showing "offline" in Pulseway. I have experienced this with Windows 7 Professional and Windows 10 Enterprise. After checking the system I dont see any errors in the Application or systems logs and the Pulseway service is still running. I used a command like this "choco install skype -y" which should just install the skype package from the chocolatey repository. After restarting the pulseway service on the client it appears online again, but for me this is quite a problem since I update third party packages via remote powershell and chocola…

    Hi, We are experiencing the following bug and would appreciate some help: We have setup vCenter monitoring on our dedicated Pulseway server to a vCenter server, including notification alerts when warnings/errors are triggered. I can see Pulseway logs in to vCenter periodically to presumably do its health checks from the vCenter eventlog, and from the Pulseway app I can browse the vCenter server and see Warning and Error alarms, however when they are triggered there is no notification in the pulseway app at all.   16. Had 3 Win servers crash last night and on reboot they came up Windows Repair! Yikes. Server 2012 R2 Server 2008 R2 Noting that a 2008 R2 standard server is incorrectly identified as Windows 7 In the Pulseway monitor. as a matter of fact I have at least 3 servers that say window7 when they are 2008 R2 Standard!! these servers were setup in veeam as APPLICATION AWARE backups. We reboot few times and no luck with veeam backup. After disabling PULSEWAY client veeam worked fine and no crashes since then. Can you advise. Thanks Clark

  17. I am in the process of testing this software on multiple servers. When you try to use the "VIEW DATABASES" functionality, the browser responds "Loading databases" and eventually times out with an error message "Data not available". This usually occurs within 1 minute. The server is marked as "Offline" within the browser/mobile app and cannot be accessed if you navigate away from the module. The "PC Monitor" service has a status of "Started".     Hi, I am having issues below after installing Pulseway on my VMs and backing up via Altaro. Checking the forum I found an old post that recommends “Disable hard disk monitoring to prevent VSS locks” is that still the recommended fix for the below error? I was able to disable the Backup (volume checkpoint) in the hyper-v manager to get backups to start/complete but would rather not have to do this each time. Thanks for any help!!     I just started installing Pulseway on a handful of servers on Friday and when my backup solution (Altaro HyperV) ran I received an identical error from all the servers that had Pulseway installed. All other servers backed up normally. A second attempt at a backup on one of these servers resulted in the same error.     Hello, With the release of Windows 11 in early October, i need to start testing out if eveything will smooth for eventually a migration towards W11 in the coming months. Currently, when i add a system on W11 with a Kaspersky licence, the device sometimes BSOD, you can't open task manager (explorer.exe reloads), etc, etc. Basically, the system becomes unusable. If i remove Kaspersky, everything is fine. Is there a plan to update to another Kaspersky version before the official W11 launch? (if it even exists)
