  1. We've discovered that some old installations of the Pulseway app are incorrectly displaying the "This application version is no longer supported, please update it" message. To resolve the issue, you just have to sign in again. Our development team is working on releasing an update that detects this situation and prompts you to re-authenticate automatically. On the Android app, if you don't can't use the "Log out" function, just long press on the app from the home screen and select "Clear storage" and you should be prompted to authenticate when you open the app. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. -Paul

    Dear Support, I tried the Mobile PC Monitor on my machine. It shows always a 0% CPU usage. My processor is a i7 2600K and Mainboard is Asus Maximus IV Extreme P67. Any hints?

  3. Pulseway is not generating alerts on event logs under the Applications and Services Logs folder. I've specifically tried "Microsoft-Windows-Windows Defender/Operational" and "Microsoft-Windows-Windows Firewall With Advanced Security/Firewall" and neither work. Attached here is how I have my alert configured and this exact configuration worked at some point in the past. Other event logs such as Application and System work. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a fix?

We use Pulseway to automatically patch our servers and since last weekend the history shows the above error for each system - the weekend before everything was fine - and they have pending updates ("2023-07 CU for .NET 3.5, 4.7.2 and 4.8" mostly). A manually triggered installation via App and Webapp worked fine - updates were installed successfully on a system that showed the message in the topics title when executed through the schedule.     Hi, with Remote Desktop version 4.7.6 I noticed some bugs: When Remote Desktop is opened for some time, the Num Lock on my local keyboard gets set to whatever is set on remote machine and cannot be changed as long as Remote window is opened.Also typing into local programs is not possible if remote window is frozen (which seem to happen after leaving remote window active for few hours).     Hi, I found another small bug in the api v2. When using POST /system/tenantlookup/ProductManufacturer the response data contains the wrong id for the newly created entry. But if you afterwards use GET /system/tenantlookup/ProductManufacturer you will get the correct id.

  9. Greetings. As the topic states 2 of my 3 monitored XP PCs will no longer Restart or Shutdown (LAN or WAN). Wake works just fine. Running the latest PC Monitor (3.03) Restart and Shutdown are "checked" ... any ideas? Thank you. Jim ps. the 3rd PC does not have any of these problems ... even more odd.

  11. So I've asked this question several times and I can't get an answer, so here I go again. Why doesn't and when will Pulseway support patching 3rd Party Apps on Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022? We've subscribed to 3PP however when we purchased it we didn't know that it doesn't work on those 2 OS. Whenever I as ask I'm told to use "Custom Titles" or submit a feature request. Why should I have to use Custom Titles if we've paid for 3PP and isn't 3PP a feature of the Pulseway patch management product? I just need to know if and when this is coming or should I start looking for a better product... hopefully I can get a straight answer. Thank you.

  13. 6.0 dropped for me this morning. I hate it and I tell you why. After going through the painstaking process of setting up my Organizations, Sites and Group, I am left with no endpoints visible. The only place I can find them is under Systems > Systems (this needs to be reworded as it is redundant - maybe Systems > Endpoints OR Endpoints > Systems, your welcome for that tip), anyway, while under that location I can see all my endpoints but they are ALL in the wrong location with no way that I can see to move them to where they should be.     Hi, I found a bug when updating account information using the api url: PUT /v2/crm/accounts/{id} The problem is that it nulls "createdOn" and "createdBy". Those variables should never be changed after creation.

    The active alerts widget on the dashboard is not updating and previously deleted notifications are still counted on the graph. Clicking on it will not show any new notifications.

  17. I have not checked every system for this but several at one site have the symptom Agent Security Shows Webroot Secure AnyWhere Disabled Out Of Date and Also Shows Webroot Secure AnyWhere Enabled and Up to date on the same Agent.

Hi, I have a small bug that is getting annoying: When all servers are showing offline, I get random messages telling me that the servers are "up and running" - which is great, except all 23 servers tell me this a minute after each other at 3am Is there a way to turn off the alert that simply says "[server] is up and running"?     Hi, all of my agents on every device have stopped with the following error if i click validate account: "could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority ws1.pulseway.com" Prior to clicking validate account they all were showing offline, so I'm guessing comms has stopped. I have read the forum about a hotfix but that seems to apply to Windows server 2003. I am mostly running 2008r2 or above. anyone help. Of course this problem occurs just as I start my week off :-( Bernie

  20. Hi, On new Gallaxy S10 with Android 9 Pulseway app ignores Do Not Disturb schedule. So audible alarms wake up me all night long. Settings on phone are the same, Do Not Disturb schedule is set to mute everything, except alarms, favourites and repetitive calls. It is the same setting on my old Samsung s2 Note and s7 edge. But only on newest S10 Pulseway rings at night, while older android devices are mute. I guess Android 9 must somehow diferently clasify alarms, and pulseway tones are then wrongfully clasified as alarms, thus ignoring DoNotDisturb rules.

  21. Is there a way to "remove" and "re-build" the asset information on an agent? I have an agent that's been live for months and I only realised now that the Asset Info reported by the Agent (while on Agent version 6 and 7) were only showing the Operating System Name, Product Key and Logged in User. Nothing else. Even with the computer being online I could not get this information I had to get the serial number of the computer for a warranty check and only realised this now. Luckily the computer was not stolen and I could still get the serial manually. This is quite a serious problem (for an MSP anyhow). Maybe an alert can be generated for agents with mis…

  25. I've been trying to automate as many of my maintenance tasks as possible with Pulseway, but I've noticed that the scheduled start time does not correspond with the actual start time. It's not consistent though, so it doesn't appear to be a time zone issue.
