Hi Pulseway, I love the chat feature to talk to our customers, however is there any way you can enable any responses from customer to go into notifications. We have to stay in the chat section on the iPhone to see their responses. Customers doesn't always respond straight away. An alert would be good so we can use other sections of Pulseway whilst waiting for their response etc. Thanks Phil

Hi, I would like more option for the automatic maintenance mode. At the moment there are only weekdays and hours. It would be cool to: 1. Be able to mark faster and not only field by field. 2. Be able to not only have hours. 3. Have the possiblity to use official hollidays and hollidays for the customer himself (one time from till like in Outlook). 4. Exeptions for the maintenance mode. For example: one hour after the office closes, the computer makes a backup, and a shutdown after the backup. I go on maintenance mode when the comany closes, because I don't know how long the backup task will need. I don't want the information if the computer …

At the moment we use Windows Dashboard 5.1.2 to monitor configured systems during office hours. As not all customers are under the same SLA, we don't need all notifications at all times. Outside office hours our support staff is mobile and would like to use Pulseway Android App to receive notifications on problematic systems. But unfortunately there is no option to include or exclude groups, tags, roles or scopes. And there is no way to tell the app just to show critical notifications. Are these features already planned for a future release of Android App?

Is there anyway to show the last 3 scripts that have been ran on a system. Perhaps right below the run automation scripts. Nothing too detailed, but per system it would be nice to see what's been ran recently maybe title of script ran date and complete or failed status.

Hi Currently having big problems whereby a lot of DNS records have been changed at my hosting company. I know there are third party tools that can monitor DNS changes but is there any way we could incorporate into Pukseway for clients' domains. Regards, Andy

Hi, We have a lot of customer tasks to run by the end of a month and this means on every last Monday, last Tuesday, last Wednesday... etc. of the month. Could you guys please implement this little feature which should be in todays time a standard option in the schedule settings. Thanks!

I started using your app not long ago, and I have request to add more hardware monitoring in it. Right now all I can see is CPU temperature, and two of my drives. It's not showing my fan speeds, or GPU temperature. It also doesn't detect my OS drive (Samsung evo 960 M.2 SSD), while it can detect other 2 just fine. Is there any option to enable GPU and fans monitoring as well?

Hi, A USP of Pulseway is the RMM built for Mobiles but yet we can’t remote control from a Mobile device! We still have to use our ScreenConnect or TeamViewer for remote control! Paul

It would be nice to be able to assign endpoints to multiple groups. It would be extremely useful if you had an option to run a script/task the next time a computer connects if it is currently offline. I'm at 25 mobile users right now and it is difficult to make sure a script is fully deployed. I'm considering rolling out to 100+ users and cant imagine how I would ensure that they all get a script.

Hello, I have two requests. I will try to be as detailed as possible. 1. The help desk is not very intuitive to me. One thing that would help is to change the button where the help desk tickets come in to (Respond) instead of (Add Note). (Add Note) should be a sub menu or tab in the (Respond) menu or separate all together. 2. Most important request for me is to assign a unique number and password to each request that comes in so that the customer does not need to have an account or be set up in the service desk to view the tickets via a link sent in the original email to the client. Please add a way to quickly find a ticket by number in the service desk, without regard to other filtering criteria already present. A typical use case scenario is that I'm sitting in service desk with a custom view showing only tickets due today, and a request comes in to check something on a specific ticket. Right now I have change the view to one that does no filtering, then filter on the ticket. It's cumbersome and disruptive to my workflow. I'd like to just click a "Find Ticket' button, put the ticket # in, and have the ticket opened in a new browser tab.

We currently use TeamViewer as our remote support software and like to have Pulseway as a backup to that, but one thing that we like to do is record our sessions for both accountability and to have the ability to reference something we have done in the past to resolve an issue or to double check one's work. If Pulseway is to compete with this, I would like to see the ability to record these sessions.

I've mentioned this to the sales team before, not sure if its on your list or not. One of the reasons I like PSA so much is because of its good UX. Its a good looking console. It appears that a lot of time has gone into the visual design. However, in most free form text boxes the default font is the horrible Times New Roman, a serif font when the rest of the system uses non-serif fonts. Even in text boxes that you can change the font, the default is still Times New Roman and its a pain to constantly highlight the text and change it. I had a big issue today where replies from clients were not adding the reply as a note, but instead creating a new ticket altogether. In the end, there were 2 causes. 1) In the default PSA email templates, the Ticket number was set as #Ticket No#. This looks really weird in my opinion, when referring to a ticket number its generally "Ticket Number" or "#Ticket Number". I had removed the trailing # on most of the templates. I searched the knowledge base and forums and there was no mention, so it was only through trial and error that I realized that you HAVE to have both # at front and end of ticket number for replies to work. 2) In some templates, I removed the T…

When we need to install any update or modification on any server, we cannot create a restore point by default. we need to create a snapshot, update or install app and del this snapshot if is ok or revert if is not ok. this is a very important feature that you can implement to save our time!

Don't know if its asked before but here we go. Please add the option to move systems between user accounts. This would be awesome to make everything more organised. The way this can be done now is to execute a command on the system to change the settings. But it would be better if this is possible in the WebApp And or make an option [Selectable] to move it to a completely different server this could be handy when you move from cloud -> Own server or the server address will change for some reason.
