Hi MMSOFT. Perhaps you coud and a memory limit option for process notifications. We have som (badly coded?) processed that is running wild on memory. It could be nice if we could set notification up when a process commetted memory goes above a defined level. Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved

I noticed that there is a hide known system processes option. But even though I have that checked, it still shows PCMonitor.exe in the running system processes. The security in which this software has is very nice. But the ease of someone just pressing ctrl, alt, del and ending the process altogether seems to defeat the purpose of the security. Is there any possible way to add such a feature that either the processes simply do not show or not allow a user to end the process in the way that ie. 'System Idle Process' will not allow you? Or maybe there is already a way this could be done? Please let me know. Thank you.

The same way it works on Xen server or VMware, it would be great to be able to manage de Proxmox containers and KVM from the UI. I already installed it on the Host (the promox) using the Debian install, which is great, but it would be great to have buttons to manage the VMs and see the performance.

Pulseway can not auto-close or make one ticket influence another ticket. I wanted this to better monitor endpoint backups. Worked with support on this and it seems not to be possible. I found CeckCentral and that does perfectrly what I want: if a computer has a completed backup, no notification. If a computer has not done a backup in x time, send a notification. Great Dashboads and periodic reports and only 0,50$ per check/month. A BIG timesaver as now I only need to spent time to backup tickets that are actually need my attention. They have integrations with all the wellknown PSA's but not Pulseway. I'd like to urge to get this integration workin…

Hi, In the PSA Dashboards, you can select different items by set date ranges (Service desk "Tickets by Status", Finance "Revenue By Client", and others). You normally only have Month, Quarter, and Year as your selections. Is it possible to give us a date range we can select by? -OR- at Minimum, can you give us "Last" month, "Last" Quarter and "Last" year as choices also. I do use the Dashboards, but at the end of a month, the numbers change. I would like to: On a new month, look at what the numbers were for last month Compare last month to how we are doing this month Maybe (new feature again) set a goal and see where we are at this p…

I've mentioned this to the sales team before, not sure if its on your list or not. One of the reasons I like PSA so much is because of its good UX. Its a good looking console. It appears that a lot of time has gone into the visual design. However, in most free form text boxes the default font is the horrible Times New Roman, a serif font when the rest of the system uses non-serif fonts. Even in text boxes that you can change the font, the default is still Times New Roman and its a pain to constantly highlight the text and change it. Hello, I would like to request a workflow be able to be made to remove signature images when someone emails in a ticket. These images stack up and make it impossible to print out tickets and they are really annoying when someone sends in a picture along with their ticket and you are trying to find the correct picture sifting through all the signature images. Thanks

One thing that I would really like to see is the ability to bulk edit Hardware Assets, it might be okay to edit a couple dozen manually but when you have hundreds, or thousands of them sat in your system, I doubt very much that anyone will have the patience to edit each of them individually. Hi Guys, Just a quick suggestion. It might be nice to get the email parser to ignore bounce messages or Automatic Replies or Out of Office Replies. I've had several occasions whereby I've had to remove the contact just so I can close the ticket, lest I want to play tennis with their mailserver :) Cheers, Martin

It would be great id we would select multiple tickets in order to change their status. This would be particularly helpful with tickets that are generated automatically by the RMM based on an alert that's initial status has cleared.

Please add a way to quickly find a ticket by number in the service desk, without regard to other filtering criteria already present. A typical use case scenario is that I'm sitting in service desk with a custom view showing only tickets due today, and a request comes in to check something on a specific ticket. Right now I have change the view to one that does no filtering, then filter on the ticket. It's cumbersome and disruptive to my workflow. I'd like to just click a "Find Ticket' button, put the ticket # in, and have the ticket opened in a new browser tab.

Hey We use Pluseway is a setup where we would have grater insight of our current status of our server farm, so we have a need for combining data from pulseway with data from newrelic this would be easy if there where an Public "Dashboard" api. Hi Pulseway, I would like the possibility to add monitoring for Public Ports. The Pulseway Agent could ask the Pulseway server to test for open ports at the Public IP. I would also like a boolean value, so we could decide if we want a notification, if the port is open or closed. --- Summed up, I would like to monitor if some critical ports are open from the public IP, like SSH, RDP, etc. and get notified if they are. Of course I could write a Plugin the is based on a webservice, but it would be more smooth, with a build in feature. --- Br, Matin.

Issue using the 'Send Event Details by Email' option. When using this option to send the log info by Email, the following info is stripped from the email text and you have to type it yourself. Eventid: Systemname: Which event log: It is a nice feature to send info to one of our techs so they can review the issue or automate a notification, but why is some important info stripped from the email. Any chances you guys would consider building a desktop applet that has the look and feel of the phone app? Real quick navigation always on etc. The web portal is nice but when you are consistently on the road using the phone applet stopping and opening the desktop web portal seams clunky to me. 90% of the time I will return to the phone app (Android) to perform the usual commands. In our case we have a Rds shared apps that locks up users periodically and we quickly log in and disconnect the user. This function is painful on the web interface. It would be nice to have an fully integrated back-up solution. This for the following 1. Microsoft 365 (and other look a likes) 2. Local back-up to the cloud. If we can push an back-up agent through our pulseway management for the local back-up of server and workstations to our devices it would be nice. Also if we can setup the Microsoft365 back-up via Pulseway would be great. We are seaching for one platform where we have full control. What are the options at this moment?
