We should be able to set a default patch policy for all new systems rather than "no policy" to ensure systems will start getting patched when added to Pulseway.

Hello, I was speaking with another RMM/PSA vendor today and their product offers what they call "Round-Trip" Ticketing. If, for example, an alert is generated because memory is running low on a machine and then the memory clears, the ticket is then closed on the PSA. This would be a great feature for Pulseway. It would be great if there were a column for Update Date so we could sort tickets by most/least recent update.

In the mobile phone app could you add auto responses to the chat section when we are chatting we can send predefined responses that we have setup etc thanks phil

It would be great id we would select multiple tickets in order to change their status. This would be particularly helpful with tickets that are generated automatically by the RMM based on an alert that's initial status has cleared.

Hi. When Pulseway executes automation scripts in PowerShell, it would be great if it could be executed with the "-NoProfile" argument. On some clients the profile scripts has been alter to load various modules, which will slow down or even conflict with the automation script. Hi, i´m testing this RMM atm. Is it possible to implement WOL on a Probe? For example choosing the probe then the Machines Show up which are on the same Network or same Customer and Option to do WOL. If you´ve many Machines to Manage You would Need to Edit Firewall Rules for each Machine and Edit the Settings of each machine.Would be way to much work.

One huge feature missing that other RMM'S seem to do (NinjaRMM / Syncro) Run a script as the user logged in. Surely you can integrate this. I know you can impersonate a user but this means entering their login details and its a pain if the user changes their password.

Every self-respecting developer these days uses source code management. It would be nice if Pulseway would provide some sort of integration between a few major SCM platforms (Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket, ...) and the scripts section in the Pulseway management system. All (automation) scripts I currently use are SCM'ed in Gitlab but the only option currently to make them available in Pulseway is a dumb copy/paste. Regards, Guy

I love the new Pulseway Backup feature. But I do not want it to show on the devices if they are not subscribed to it. I use the Antivirus as an Example. If I am using AV on a device, the Antivirus menu item shows under the Software area. If I do not subscribe to Antivirus on a device, it does not show on the menu under Software. I think the Cloud Backup should act the same, if you do not subscribe then it does not show. As everyone is aware the images show, one device with AV and one without AV.

Hi, I use high CPU notification to notify me when the CPU usage has been over 90% for the last 30 minutes. Even though I have added more minutes to the time period, I still get a lot of these notifications. I would really like to know what is causing these long periods of high CPU usage but the content of the notification always displays processes with very low CPU usage. Can something be done to get this list sorted by the highest CPU using process? Computer dies at an office and I want to check warranty status, presently when I pull up the system in Pulseway I find it of line, when I open it I see its cmputer name and last known IP, no info on the computer such as serial number, vendor ect... that info was there when it was alive but gone when its dead or down. As the serial number is not going to be changing anytime soon lol or ever. if we could have data that retained on a dead system such as: Serial number mfg name hdd size ram processor This way when the system dies, I can say to the customer, it was 7 years old and its time was over it had 20gb of ram and a larger processor…

We have a lot of clients with mixed server environments and IBMi on IBM Power machines is currently very hard to source any decent remote monitoring tools.

Hello, for clients with compliance needs, I MUST have the ability to review patches before I install them. Additionally, I must have the ability to install Windows drivers etc. I know Pulseway can't do that natively from their web-app. But I'd like to know when that would come. This is not a capricious request, I need it for Compliance. I need to know the Patch Status of each group of computers. Again, for compliance. It's strange that you guys don't have this. We can't just Install all patches as IT admins, we need to review patches. Particularly for Compliance! In what time frame do you guys expect to be adding this feature?

I would like to see additional 3rd Party Patching Options made available, specifically one that I would find useful in my own environment would be Microsoft Power BI. Currently this is a product that we must manually patch through PDQDeploy, as Microsoft doesn't offer any type of automated update of this product through things like WSUS/Windows Update. They no longer offer a .msi download (only .exe) so I can't configure it as a Custom Title.

I'd like to request that when we hover the cursor over the title of a ticket in the queue/view that it enables us to see the latest activity of that ticket, whether is is an internal note from a technician, or a reply from a customer etc

Hi, I recently switched to using a Chromebook as my main device and was hoping to ditch TeamViewer as my main remote support app, but I have just realised that Pulseway does not have a remote support function for me to remote from my Chomebook onto any other devices, like TV does. I'm evaluating Pulseway. It could potentially replace multiple tools for us. The price is right and the functionality seems competitive. However, the dashboards are... abysmal. I was just reading a thread from 2 years ago requesting a dashboard widget that shows systems that need updates. It's still not there.
