a remote control feature would put pc monitor on a new level and open new markets. i am already doing this trick by firing a command script from pc monitor that opens a ssh tunnel from the target machine to my enterprise server running a ssh server allowing a server2client tunnel from enterpriseserver:30001 to localhost:3389 and then i can connect to enterpriseserver:33001 with any RDP client and can remote control the target machine. but this is a hacking trick and not usable in an efficient way for all agents, if pc monitor comes with this functionality just opening a tcp connection to a localhost tcp port of choice it would be enough one step further would be …

Instead of performing necromancy on this older thread, I will raise this question again. Why can we not see asset info for offline systems? I know this is available through reports, but that's a ton of steps to go through when it's already readily available offline (since the Reports can search it) and it should just be visible. This has been a big gotcha (along with not seeing internal IPs without running a report or being able to copy/paste in remote sessions) as we moved from another tool to Pulseway. Being able to browse all folders is great! Would be a nice addition if there were some capabilities to transfer files in both ways. Like an FTP solution on all endpoints.

It would be ideal if notifications would automatically clear when their trigger condition is no longer true, and a notification could be sent that the condition no longer exists (this could all be optional). For example, if a trigger condition is to fire off an elevated alert when disk space is below 10%, it should automatically clear the notification when that condition no longer exists (ie. free disk space increased to greater than 10%). This is something that would be extremely beneficial for dashboards. Hey there. First off, I must say that your app is great. I really enjoy the WOL feature (its like LogMeIn's but better), and the remote power actions + more (lock, hibernate, sleep, log off, etc). Another feature I would find to be very helpful would be the ability to download (or view) remote files when browsing the HDDs. I know I could use LogMeIn Ignition on the iPhone to drop files from my PC into my Dropbox, but it would be great to have the functionality built into this application... or at least be able to perform remote file operations - such as copying/cutting a file from folder c:\box into a different folder (like c:\dropbox) Just a suggestion to m…

Hi, When a machine is in maintenance mode, it would be nice to see when it has been activated, or for how long time. Perhaps it could also be possible to enter a quick note when putting the device into maintenance mode. Then it is a lot easier to figure out the reason for maintenance mode. When we use PC Monitor in Cirtrix XenApp environment, on our production servers value of ComputerName is being copied from master image on which we have PC Monitor installed and then the image was distributed between these production servers. Manual change is not a problem if to be done once, but due to the fact these production machines are being rebuild every night according to master image - using PC Monitor to monitor XenApp servers adds daily task to our busy jobs. Dell is the primary server hardware manufacture we use and right now we rely upon this alert script to send us SMTP / e-mail notifications to our ticketing system. Hi, It could be really useful if we could look up BitLocker Recovery Passwords in the Active Directory module by browsing computers. And when we have found the password it with the mobile app, "send by email" and "send by text message" buttons would make it easy to send the password to the user. Hi all Chasing a feature where Pulseway generates an alert when no backup activity has been detected in X number of days (for both Windows Backup and ShadowProtect). The current is system is fine when a backup attempt is made and fails but we're seeing scenarios were the backup service has stalled days prior and does not make any further backup attempts hence no further failure alerts. Would like to see an an option to define the number of days of backup inactivity for the alert and also generate a report for all computers that shows the last backup date and it's status(e.g. successful, failed, disabled, inactive) and highlights the ones that X number of days …

You tell us we can monitor everything on any device from anywhere.. But with the vmware addon you cannot even readout the hardware/health status of esx(i) which is very simple because the API is already there.. you just have to read it out.. that all.. Now we do not know if a disk has failed.. and when the second disks fails.. down goes the ESX(i) server...

Hi, We are using the Zendesk-integration, and have some ideas that would improve the integration. 1. Notify that ticket creation fails. If password is changed or any other things result in Zendesk ticket not being created, we miss it. 2. Save ticket id on notification. It would be nothing more than fantastic if the notification list in Pulseway would visually show that a ticket was created. If it were possible to se the ticket number, you could also link directly to the Zendesk web app. Did I mention that this would be amazing?!!! 3. Global Zendesk settings. We are using several powershell scripts to set things locally for pulseway as we cannot do this (on a large scale) through the web interface or dashboard - ie set the group name for a whole scope of machines Our automation task works great for this, but only when computers are online. If a machine is offline when the automation task is set to run it does not get the settings. Some computers can go days/weeks without the setting changes. This could be rectified with a checkbox on the automation task, similar to the one on patching policies - see the screenshot below

Hey there. I think it would be useful for the "Screen" subscriber feature to display all monitors, and not just the Primary Display. As it stands right now, it feels half baked. In fact, the best would be to simply have the whole virtual desktop (all monitors) be displayed in the 1 screenshot.
