I had installed Pulseway and then wanted to delete it but I was not able to find Pulseway in the control panel uninstall feature and so I tried manually uninstalling files but that also did not work. I tried running the .msi installer again but an error came up saying that Pulseway is already installed but it still was not showing up. Please help me with this.

We have made take over from another hosting company. Now i got 130 servers without Disk-configuration notifications, as it has not been copied in deployment of Pulseway. Title says it all - new install on the first Authentication panel when entering account details. I am using my main pulseway account login detail as I did with the first system I registered which is working fine. This is a second system I am adding. Can someone advise it I am doing something wrong please as I keep getting: "An error occurred while validating the account - Invalid username and/or password (202)"

I've just deployed Pulseway on my office's workstations and configured the AV and patch management schedules, to run after the staff have left for the day. However we have a company policy, that came from the owner, that office computers need to be shutdown at the end of day, and stay shutdown till the start of the next day's shift. I know WoL could be used to turn the machines back on for the tasks to run, what I'm unsure of is how I can have the computers shutdown again when the tasks are completed. I'm new to pulseway and SNMP. I'm trying to set up SNMP to monitor a Synology RACKSTATION using their MIB guide, but every OID I try returns either NoSuchInstance or NoSuchObject. I really can't see why this is happening. I am using SNMP v3. Any ideas?

Hi all; it seems that my agent status is persistently 'assigning' with regard to assigning "patch policies." I attempted to delete the policy - however, I receive the error that the 'policy is in use.' I even unregistered the pc agents, then 're registered' to no avail. How can I set an alert so that when a Win10Pro Administrator level user account logins I receive an alert? Side request: does anyone know a way (Win10Pro) to give a Administrator Level User Account Runas ability while setting deny local login? I understand it might be possible via a GPO? I was just testing out Pulseway for my organisation. Wake-On-LAN works fine when on same network through pulseway app. I want this feature over WAN. I have already configured port forwarding in my router. But it gives error - wake-up command failed. Since this feature works on local network, I can simply assume that my network adapter and BIOS settings are configured correct. What might be the problem over internet? (Also: 3rd party WOL apps on Android do not even work on same WIFI. This can relate to some problem). Please assist me.

I've got a bunch of x8 and x9 series SuperMicro motherboards that Pulseway doesn't monitor the hardware on. Fans, temps, power, etc Both the SuperDoctor 3 and SuperDoctor 5 utilities detect the hardware as well as HWInfo. How can I get these monitored? Baring that, how can I get SNMP setup to check the local host to monitor the output from SuperDoctor 5?

Hi there, I'm currently evaluating Pulseway and one of the important features for our use case is to see the Command line of individual processes. (eg if you run Task Manager and right click the columns, 'Command line' is an option there.) This is due to one of the applications that we run spinning up multiple instances - the command line helps us differentiate which instance is running what as they are started with different parameters. Is there any way of achieving this? I did a quick search but it doesn't seem like this topic has come up previously that I can see. Thanks in advance! Dan

I'm trying to make a personal account for a home server, but it keeps asking me for a company name and business type. Is this intentional or am I doing something wrong?

The current remote software I use allows me to Blank the Client screen. I searched the forum and didn't find anything on this here. I also poked through the settings and couldn't find one in Pulseway. Is there an ability to blank the remote screen out while I'm working? For instance, on my work computer I have confidential information, if I am working remotely I don't necessarily want someone to be able to watch what I have on my screen.

I removed a system from our list of systems in the configuration tree. I reinstalled Pulseway on the pc (system) and registered it again but it does not appear as a system in the configuration list How can restore a system that has been deleted in configuration?

Hi all, I'm trialling pulseway on the Free plan - I only have 2 machines I want to manage, but remote desktop is the killer feature for me replacing LogMeIn. I know I need a paid plan for remote desktop, but in the case of 2 machines, do I simply add another workstation (to give me 3, which will be fine) which moves me to a paid sub under the "Pro" plan? On the website, there's Free/Starter/Team plans, but no mention of "Pro". Is that the same as the starter feature set? Cheers, S.

I would like to move away from using TeamViewer. LTT was just advertising Pulseway, I thought I would try it out. I installed the Remote Control Desktop client (6.6.3) and the Dashboard client (6.5.1), and proceeded to set up an organization, group, site, and policy. Then I downloaded the "Agent" client to the desktop I would like to be able to remote into. I installed, registered my product, assigned it to my group, and checked the "Enable Remote Control" box. I was under the impression this is all I had to do. Although both the Remote Control Desktop and Dashboard show the computer, I'm unable to "Start Remote Control Session". It's grayed out.
