In my server I have NICs, one of them is connecting via LAN to internet the second one is routing all traffic via VPN router (with VPN available only at specific time intervals) and should be used for specific apps only. Pulseway client seems to use the second one, so every time VPN goes down I get system off-line notification, which is clearly not the case. Is there any way to force client to use only specific NIC or IP?

The current remote software I use allows me to Blank the Client screen. I searched the forum and didn't find anything on this here. I also poked through the settings and couldn't find one in Pulseway. Is there an ability to blank the remote screen out while I'm working? For instance, on my work computer I have confidential information, if I am working remotely I don't necessarily want someone to be able to watch what I have on my screen.

Hi, We have recently moved our email servers - and the sysadmin@ourdomain.com address that all our notifications get sent to no longer works. If I change that address to anything else it works That address works fine from anywhere else (inside and outside domain) There may have been a hiccup on that address during the migration (it took a wile to get created on new system) - so I am wondering if you block addresses at your end in some way if they receive too many NDRs? If so how do we get it unblocked please. I can't think of any other possible explanation ? Thanks James

I was just testing out Pulseway for my organisation. Wake-On-LAN works fine when on same network through pulseway app. I want this feature over WAN. I have already configured port forwarding in my router. But it gives error - wake-up command failed. Since this feature works on local network, I can simply assume that my network adapter and BIOS settings are configured correct. What might be the problem over internet? (Also: 3rd party WOL apps on Android do not even work on same WIFI. This can relate to some problem). Please assist me.

Installed the service on 5 computers, then I got message that I exceeded my 3 registered PC limit, I tried to remove 2 PC so I can test your service but the option to remove is dimmed when I select any of PC listed within the Manage Registered Computers option.

when signing in on my iphone it tells me, "invalid username and/or password (202)". what does this mean?

I have one customer workstation (actually a laptop) that I cannot assign a patch policy. All of the other systems in this customer group are fine. When I try to assign it via my mobile, I get "change OS patch policy command failed". Nor can I assign it via the Pulseway Web app - it shows "no actions available" for that one system. I tried remotely restarting the laptop, and I tried repairing the local agent installation, but no joy. Any suggestions? Thanks! Bob

I try to create a new account and when I hit the 'Create' button I get an error message saying: "Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'ws12.pulseway.com'." I don't seem to have any internet problems on my end. I turned off windows firewall to make sure it's not blocking the connection by any chance. Nothing. Windows 7 x64

Having problems getting WoL on my media server pc working. Before Windows 10 i was on windows 7 and all i had to do was turn on WoL Magic Packet and it works. Now, I enable it and cant get it to wake up. Plus, if I shut down remotely via the iOS app the PC shuts off and a couple seconds later powers itself back up. The PC stays off if I shutdown directly from the windows start menu. The only thing thats changed other than the OS is now im stuck with the generic drivers Windows 10 installs for my Intel LAN. I no longer have any drivers or configuration applications as they appear to have stopped releasing them for this adapter.

So I can't install the Pulseway Agent on a Windows 2019 Server. I installed it on 21 servers, but on this one fails. The error "The installer was interrupted before Pulsenay could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again." I tried installing the certificate, it changed nothing.

I'm trying to make a personal account for a home server, but it keeps asking me for a company name and business type. Is this intentional or am I doing something wrong?

After being unable to open the Management Agent looked like the installation was corrupt, I uninstalled the agent and then tried to re-install it. It fails with error 1001: the specified service already exists. Installation Incomplete. Is there a way round this issue? Regards Paul.

Hi, I've been using PC Monitor a while now but recently I've been uanble to use comamnds (lock, restart, hibernate etc) when a certain computer is on. I can use the wake up feature and it will wake up but I'm unable to use any further commands after this. Any idea what could be causing it? Windows 7 iOS 6.0.1

Hi again, I'm having difficulty in lunching a software.exe from one of my monitored PC's desktop via Terminal using the following command: START software.exe /max of software.exe START /max the prompt gets back to me with a blank replay (looking like it has lunched the software.exe). Hi, I installed the Version 3.7.1 on my Windows 7 64bit computer. When I start the service ( when i press the button "start service") i get an error from windows: "this service can't be started". I already tried to restart and i disabled my antivir program. Does anyone know how to fix this ? mfG Apfel

Hello, suddenly I am unable to uninstall KAV from some of the computers (they both are in the same group) as in the RMM the uninstall option along with change policy are greyed out with notification "disabled by policy". Not really sure what that should mean as I do not recall any changes in AV policy being changed lately. Also uninstall from within the Windows is not possible, greyed out too. What gives? Thanks

Hello, I tried to remove the agent, with this: Get-WmiObject win32_product -filter "Name LIKE 'Pulseway'" | Select-Object IdentifyingNumber; But it is empty. Try to reinstall the agent, but I get the error "Service already exist." In add/remove software is Pulseway agent, how can I remove it?

Hello, I was having an issue install the Kaspersky Anti-Virus on a machine, and decided to try uninstalling Pulseway from the system. I uninstalled the program, and deleted the service using the sc delete "PC Monitor" command under an administrator account. The issue I am having, is the re-installation fails, and hangs on the "scheduled tasks" portion of the initialization wizard (the part before the pc monitor panel comes up). After the installer crashes, it still shows the application as "installed" for the user, and most things work on the machine. (remote desktop does not from the pulseway dashboard). Pulseway forums members, I have a problem trying to install (re-install) Pulseway on a clients' Windows 8.1 Pro machine. When I initially removed this computer from a AD Domain everything seemed smooth. I forgot to uninstall Pulseway from my domain admin account before removing the machine from the domain. Now no matter what I do I can't seem to get Pulseway installed. Initially I tried to uninstall it, which failed, so I scoured the forums and figured out how to stop the service and wipe the Registry of it's presence. I am trying to install the Pulseway agent on a laptop that previously had it installed. I am getting a pop-up saying "The older version of Pulseway cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group". I removed the agent 2 months ago using the CMD command and deleted the folder as shown on the site.

Hi, i am monitoring a dozen computers without any problems but recently i was trying to add brand new pc to the list but i keep having problems. I have successfully completed: installation of 64bit app to the pc (64bit win7 home premium) config import from the file. after this i am stuck. for some reason the settings that was imported did not take effect (settings contains username and pass but they are not being uploaded to the system either.) I have set up 1 system with Server 2016 Std that i would like to monitor and remote control via the Pulseway features. Everything is setup fine and i can connect to the server via the Remote Desktop Client and the Dashboard. The only thing i cannot do is connect to the Console session because i cannot get the Send Command (from a Windows 10) to work. I can see the Servers Desktop but cannot send the CTRL+Alt+Delete command to start the login process. I have checked the manual and rebooted the system /Regards Daniel

The instalation was interupted and noew i cant re install, get an error 1001 specified server already exists. I have deleted files in program files and the kry from registry and still get the same, I am usimg windows 8 64 bit hope you can help

We have made take over from another hosting company. Now i got 130 servers without Disk-configuration notifications, as it has not been copied in deployment of Pulseway. The Policy in Pulseway is used to send critical alerts. How to configure over 130 servers without changeing notifications manualy?
