I only need to monitor 1 server but I only see an option to purchase a subscription for 5. How can I get a subscription for 1 server?

I've got a bunch of x8 and x9 series SuperMicro motherboards that Pulseway doesn't monitor the hardware on. Fans, temps, power, etc Both the SuperDoctor 3 and SuperDoctor 5 utilities detect the hardware as well as HWInfo. How can I get these monitored? Baring that, how can I get SNMP setup to check the local host to monitor the output from SuperDoctor 5?

Don't know if its allready in Pulseway (Was not able to find it) We would like to make Tags or Something based on Asset info. Like; All Dell Systems (Desktop/Laptops) All HP Systems (Desktops / Laptops) So we match on; Asset info: Manufacturer and OS Tag that should be made; Dell Systems with Windows 10 for example Filter: Manufacturer = Dell Inc. and OS = Windows 10

Dear Support, When installing the latest version of the agent I get an error only on the x86 version of the program. The x64 gives no problem. Hello, after installing Pulseway Agent on a Server I got following message when registering the machine: There was no endpoint listening at https://ourcompany.pulseway.com/Server.svc ...... There are other servers in the network where the installation did work without any problem. I have set proxy settings, without any success. I already uninstalled, rebooted and checked if a firewall blocks the traffic. no changes... Any hints on that? Thanks and regards Roland

With iPad Pro controlling Win 7 Pro PC I have no problems with connecting on my LAN. I am also able to connect over an external internet connection (WAN) If my PC is switched ON it is always available to the iPad Pro on the WAN. I can then Suspend or Shut Down the PC. However I then only have a time window of about 5 minutes for Wake Up to work. If I leave it any longer than 5 mins Wake Up will not work. Has anyone any suggestions for this problem ?

I have written a command-line python script to login to our access control system and unlock doors, then added a scheduled task for each door on one of our servers where PC Monitor is installed. I've then selected each task in System > Scheduled Tasks in PC Monitor Manager 3.2. I can run the tasks by hand from Task Scheduler, but not from Mobile PC Monitor. I've tried from four different mobile devices (Nexus 7, Samsung Infuse, Droid Razr and Droid Bionic) and the command is sent, but the task is never triggered. Hello Community, I’m trying to configure the Pulseway Manager on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition. The Problem is that upon configuring the processes, that I’d like to add on the notifications-system, they are not being correctly displayed, meaning I am getting 3 processes displayed and they are not the ones, I want. Using the free 4 computer setup. Had a problem with one machine - Windows 7. Got it back up running and installed Pulseway but cannot see the machine in the Manage Systems section on the machine or any remote client such as Android. Uninstalled Pulseway Verified dot net to be correct and reinstalled Striped registry of all PC Monitor and Pulseway entries Installed Pulseway again but still will not show in any Managed Systems Any help - suggestions?

Hi, I downloaded the App on my phone and agent on my node, but while trying to connect it with App on my phone I am receiving the following error message : "There was no end point listening at https://XX.X.XX.XXX/Server.svcthat could accept the message. Hi, im unable to install the dashboard....something about a missing dll.... Sofar, I have tried: 32 bit and 64 bit version dll repair - nothing found .net repair - not able to correct reinstall .net 4, or 4.5, allready installed message, I dont know what to do now. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I'm not able to register a new system with my existing Pulseway account. I am able to put in my user name, but password is greyed out so i am unable to enter it. I do not have a dedicated instance. When i click Authenticate, it gives me an error (attached)

After a fresh install on Windows 10, the Pulseway Agent installs, but does not allow me to sign in. Hello we have a PC that has been showing offline for over 3 weeks now even though its is on, i assumed there was a problem with PC monitor and follwoing other posts on this forum decided it may be best to uninstall and reinstall but when i try to uninstall from Add/Remove Programs i recieve the following error and it will not uninstall; Error 1001. Unable to get installer types in the C:\Programs Files\PC Monitor\PCMonitorSrv.exe assembley. --> Unable to load one or more of the requested types, Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information. I have an issue with WIndows Group Policy Unattended Installation. The initial package installed correctly, I created a transform file with Orca and successfully rolled out PC Monitor to the desktop PC's. I noted after a couple of weeks that not all of them seemed to be auto updating correctly,when a new release came out so I downloaded the up to date MSI and in Group Policy selected to redeploy the application (I tested this in a test envirumnet first and it redeployed Ok) however on this domain it appears to have partially uninstalled the application so the files have been removed from c:\program files etc but the PCMonitor still appears as a service although obvious…

Hey guys, Almost at the end of my trial period and liking almost everything I see so far, with two nitpicks. One is the lack of file transfer, but I'm told that's "on the roadmap." The other is "unattended installation." To me "unattended" means someone just has to run an executable and it works. For example, I'm coming from Meraki Systems Manager. They produce an installer that is account specific, so I just need the person at the remote machine to download and run that file, hit next next next, and then the agent checks in with home base. Hello, I created a windows agent config file by exporting from an existing installation with the Remote Desktop module installed, but when I use that configuration with a fresh installation Remote Desktop module does not install. Is this normal? Is there something else that needs to be done to have the Remote Desktop module install automatically?

We have two machines that we no longer have physical access to but do have MPM loaded onto it. We need to delete this machine from the MPM Dashboard but cannot find a delete option. I tried a net stop from command prompt via the console but it would not stop - I was hoping by stopping the service the machine would go offline and I would be able to right click and delete the machine. Any ideas on how to remove these two machines?

Hello, I've been trying to uninstall pulseway from Windows Server 2008 (not R2) from our fileserver since it is having issues with pulseway. I want to uninstall the agent and reinstall it but I cannot remove it. What are the steps to removing it? I cannot find it in program and features and I have tried by deleting the service and the folder but no luck.

Since upgrading to Windows 10 a local account that I did not create has been appearing on my laptop. I delete the account but it reappears after a couple of hours. Could this be a function of Pulseway monitoring?

I somehow downloaded and installed the 4.02 version of the agent. Now when I try to "Edit computer Settings" from the Dashboard it tells me I have the incorrect version and that I should upgrade. My question is can I just run the newer version on this server while I leave the 4.02 version on it or do I have to uninstall the old first?

HI, Am upgrading from Pro version to team and am following the instructions provided however I started to install the new agent on a system i didnt check had had the old agent removed first and it error on the install and now i can;t uninstall the old version or install the new one. I get the "feature you are trying to use is on a Network resource that is unavailable" error and find the source and click ok. It always errors. When i try to uninstall via control panel i end up with the same issue saying it cannot find the source. Then an error saying"the older version of Pulseway cannot be uninstalled) Any ideas how to force remove the app? Not sure how …

Hello All, I have PC monitor installed on a home system and the remote app on Android. I'd like to be notified when Windows goes into battery mode via UPS. I want to receive a notification that it's on UPS and how much battery power is remaining. I'm not using the Parachute suite. I didn't want the overhead of another app. Is it a service that I have to tell PC monitor to alert me too once the service changes conditions? Thanks for your time & attention..
