  1. Let me start off by saying this is not meant with any kind of hate or ill will. I very much love the Pulseway product overall, and I have been using it for a quite a number of years now. I very much want to see Pulseway continue to improve and catch up to a lot of the other RMMs out there by addressing some obvious "misses" with certain aspects of the software.   3. We turned on Third-Party Patching with pulseway last week in our organization. It was immediately clear we had a problem as org wide the ability to join meetings via links was broken. the only way to join meetings now was from the teams app built in calendar. I dug into the issue and found that the installation location changed from the users directory to the program files directory, however it looks to have failed to update a registry key for the users url calls specifically URL:msteams. The field that needs to be update on each users machine to correct this was to point the default entry at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\TeamsURL\shell\open\command to…

  4. Before few days this capability is not anymore present on my iphone app, when i tap on monitored service all functions become gray for few sec and nothing happens. Is this something with free version. Because i was old ios demo user and have award option for free monitoring 10 systems on my account. I wasn't receive any info about change of my account status. Thank you for answer. ps on webapp everything working without any problems! I can stop, restart or start monitored services

  5. The latest version of the remote control app, no longer requires elevation when it's launched in a directory where the local user has full access to. New installations will also be placed in the Application Data folder by default for the current user, eliminating the need of elevation.

  6. We've greatly reduced the amount of time required to start remote control sessions from the WebApp allowing you to get to the endpoints without delay.

    Not sure if the last update has changed either Tasks, Scope or Tags but i have a few Tasks that i use each week that now report as Skipped and doesn't seem to matter if i change the script that Task is using or which Scope. Running the Script against the actual Device works. Anyone else noticed this??

    So, I'm currently dealing with a pretty urgent issue that unfortunately, I am at the mercy of whenever the devs look into it. None of my tasks will run which means I'm dead in the water for a lot of my custom automation. This is terrible. I assume based on talks with staff over time, that these are something like VPS instances that area spun up? I asked regular Support to reboot my instance for the sake of it as scripts run, but tasks to control them do not, they just immediately say skipped. It's amazing what reboot can fix at times, and then Support can dig in later to figure out what happened, if the reboot works. But I was told no can do, only devs have ac…

    There is currently a feature request in for Huntress to build a ticket integration for the Pulseway PSA. Whether you use Huntress or not, getting integrations like this with major products can only help the product and its community grow.     Its not very well documented but the following will work for removing Pulseway via the terminal tool in the Webapp. (note this is actually several commands strung together in one line) sudo launchctl unload /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper.plist && launchctl unload /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper && launchctl unload /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.PulsewayCommandHelper && rm -v /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.Pulseway*

    We are about to start working with a customer that uses (almost) only thin clients to connect to a terminal server farm. We need the ability to assist them remotely at the thin client level. The terminal server is no issue. Is Pulseway able to deal with the thin client itself? Thank you in advance

    Is there a way to receive a second notification within a timeframe when i allready got one? Example: RAM Usage is 90% and we receive an mail. Nobody had time for the notification and the usage stays high for 2 hours, is there a way to get a second notification?

    i have bios setting on and port forwarded udp 9 to the address and have ethernet setting to wake from lan on but still cant wake pc. i even tried wake me on lan program so im not sure what ive missed to get this to work.

  18. e.g. processor, ram, serial number Pulseway has gathered that information, it is stored somewhere, it is useful information for supporting customers (whether the machine is on or off), it is available via the rather cumbersome reports - so why is it not visible via systems or groups when the asset is offline?   19. Regarding the following in the recent security response statement: At what point with 2FA be required when adding or modifying scripts? We will be prompted when saving a script, or will the upcoming change jus check that MFA is enabled on the account that is updating the script? In relation to this, are there any plans to integrate Azure AD SSO into Pulseway? (appreciate it has pro's and con's in regards to security)

  23. Support, I have created a new Organization with the correct Site and Agent Group. No different to my all other Org setup. On my laptop, I can see the new Organization with the Agent. On my PC, the Organization is missing. I've un-installed and installed the Remote Desktop Client and is now on version 8.7.1 My current workaround is using Pulseway Dashboard to access the client remote agent/pc by right-mouse click and Remote Control option. Please advice how to refresh or how I can add the new Organization in my Remote Desktop Client on my PC.

  24. Hi, I only found out about this today when I saw it in the App Store and I'm impressed. Set this up initially for home use and may subscribe to manage all my PC's After finding out more I am also interested in seeing if I could use this for work too as it would make everything so much easier. Now here comes the question... Can the dashboard and mobile app handle multiple accounts one for personal and one for enterprise? If not, will there be plans to allow users to do this? Thanks Vinny
