Hi, I have turned off 3 Client Servers and I want to remove them from my Billing. The Billing screen shows that I have 3 Server licenses and that I am using 0, when I try to reduce the number, I get a popup that says: You are currently using 3 licenses, you need to remove a server before you can decrease the order quantity. I have no problem adding licenses but removal is a problem. I've sent a two emails in the last two months to my Account Manager with no response. Anybody know how to remove the Servers? Thanks, appreciate it. Craig

Our US hosting provider will be performing storage maintenance on Saturday June 3rd. During this time, you may experience intermittent, short-term service disruption. This will only impact those SaaS customers hosted in the US data center. We do apologize for this service disruption and any inconvenience this may cause. Hi all, we do apologise for the inconvenience and service disruption, our storage provider had to reschedule the data maintenance works last minute and some instances might get affected. Most of the functionality should be working as normal, while the online billing portal is expected to be down till the maintenance works are over. We do apologise for this inconvenience and service disruption. Moreover, we have officially taken a decision to switch the data providers and we are in the process of migrating to a new datacenter provider. I can't get in on the web app. Machines that are online in the mobile app are reporting as offline and nothing is connectable I have had this service for a year now and the service has been down about 6-8 times in the last year. I have to pay for a backup service that, in the same period, has been down 1 time for 1 hour I opened the ticket and all I have gotten is the automated response and that was 40 minutes ago. Chances of renewal dwindling fast!

Our US hosting provider has announced planned storage maintenance for Thursday May 25th between 06:00am and 07:00am EST. This work will enhance our storage availability and will impact any Pulseway SaaS customers hosted in the US data center. There may be intermittent disruption to service during this time, but in the unlikely event of this happening, it will only be for a few minutes. Pulseway apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

My experience has not been horrible, but it hasn't been good either. The high pressure that they put on you during calls is definitely not appreciated but I don't blame the sales people, upper management is probably leaning on them pretty hard. Overall, I think I would give them a 3/10. As soon as we can move on we will. Just like others have mentioned on Reddit, We have licensing issues from time to time that we just ignore and they will be restored a few hours later. The RDC isn't very good in a mixed PC / Mac environment. TEST, TEST, TEST, before you become a customer. They are not easy to deal with if you have any complaints.

I have an issue logged with Pulseway support and we worked on it for about an hour or so with no resolve. Basically you run the Policy and Patch folder is not created... nor do any applications install or update, as well as Windows Updates. Anyone else having this issue? As a work around to re-install a corrupt application or new, I used the mobile app, %computername%, patch management and then click Install Applications. Not the best of solutions but for now a work around if you are having issues also.

I am trying to install a 3rd Party application, Elpha Secure. I have the .msi file saved to Dropbox and I am trying to install it from there. After doing some research I have gone in and set up a Custom Tile, but it was just spinning at Provisioning then "Failed to read metadata". Is there something else I need to be doing?

Recently we have started integrating the client portal and we are doing some tests, however when we send an invite email. It uses our custom email template from 'server admin' email settings. When I switch off using the custom template and send the invite again, it will send the regular email from Pulseway. How do I use our custom email template whilst also able to send client portal invites to our customers?

Last month a vulnerability was revealed in SQLite. It can be read about here: https://blog.trailofbits.com/2022/10/25/sqlite-vulnerability-july-2022-library-api/ Just curious if the version Pulseway uses is vulnerable, as I see Pulseway does use SQLite? If so is there any communication on when it is expected to get fixed?

Hello Everyone, We had a downtime yesterday, here is what happened, and how we are trying to avoid it moving forward. On November 2nd, we've received notifications that the database cluster has crashed and upon further investigation we've determined that the iSCSI storage was unresponsive. After reaching out to the hosting provider we've found out that they have experienced multiple drive failures on the SAN and that the disk got locked during the array rebuild process. They managed to get it unlocked but because the array was still rebuilding and operating at a lower I/O capacity, turning on the database cluster resulted in the disk locking again resulting…
