Hi, Not sure if I am raising this question on the right forum so please let me know if I'm in the wrong place. Basically we host systems and application for a number of clients but we would like to allow some of the 3rd party administrators to see the status of their hosted server, either via the web app, mobile app, or email. However at the moment it seems to be a fairly all or nothing thing. Is there any way the I can provide a client with a sub-account or something that would then receive/see information on a limited number of servers and not be able to reboot them, etc? Thanks in advance...

Firstly - great product. This is just what I am looking for. Secondly, I am currently evaluating the free version. Looking to ugrading to the full version, are there any restrictions on multiple users/logons? Basically, there would be 2 people (myself plus one other), both with Android phones and using the desktop client. Is this possible with the "standard" version, or would we need the Enterprise version? Thanks in advance.

Hi Folks, Just making sure I'm not the only one still having problems since the outage earlier today? - My mobile app is showing me computers as not powered up, but I know they are up. People are looking for support, I tell them to turn on their computer and they are already on. - I tried to install Bitdefender, the options are: - Don't have the plus sign to add anything - Only option is Webroot - I select Bitdefender, make my selects and when I click Install, screen flicks and I'm back to the Web login page. Does anyone know if Pulseway can get UPS data from APCUPSD? http://www.apcupsd.org/ I have a bunch of USB connected APC UPS units I monitor with APCUPSD in both Linux and Windows. Primarily, they are APC SMC1500 2u units. No network monitoring available. If not, I'll stick this in as a feature request.

Hi, I am a new user and I can't find any info about this. Firstly, I need to get a report of all the installed apps on a single machine. Looks like I can only target a class of machines? Secondly, once I get that list, I need to be able to set a profile so only approved apps can launch, is this possible?

Hoping someone can help me find the right config option! When a server goes offline, Pulseway generates an "Offline" notification for the server being in an offline status. I need that alert to automatically clear if the server now online. Our Admin team is getting really frustrated with a constant bombard of app notifications when nothing is wrong, or has self-resolved

We get notifications of systems going off line and they generate a ticket in the Pulseway PSA ticketing system. But if that system comes back on-line and shows a normal status, it does not automatically complete or close the ticket out. Right now we have to manually go in to each ticket and close these tickets. Is there a way that the system can automatically close these tickets when their status changes to normal?

Hi, Just started looking at the scripts in Pulseway. I can't see any way to make Pulseway automatically run a script when a certain notification or event happens. Is this possible? EG: a client can't get a static IP address on one of their internet connections so we use a dynamic DNS service. We have Pulseway set up to notify us when the public IP address changes on that connection, and then we have to jump onto that machine and manually run a script to update the dynamic DNS record with the new IP. Would like to have Pulseway do this automatically when the IP address changes. I know you can schedule a task to run it but it needs to happ…

Each time we add 1 or more devices which take us over the licence limit we have to go through the process of emailing sales to get extra licences added, every other RMM i've used simply invoices for the number of devices you have the agent installed on at the end of each month and this is much simpler and quicker. If I'm on site with a client and they sign up on the spot and want us to do the install there and then we can't as it takes time to get the licences added to our account. Can Pulseway not just allow us to order extra licences online or just bill us for the number we have installed?

Is there any way to create an automatic - daily or weekly - report listing a particular type of notification? In my case, I'd like to report the ping notifications which I use to check connectivity of remote equipment. I see how to save them as csv files, but that needs you to remember to do it regularly and assumes that no-one has deleted the notifications.

I am using a script to install rclone on servers when they are onboarded. The URL for the preconfigured rclone package is defined as a Global variable. Hi all, I am having trouble getting MPM to work through AVG. I have added PM program(s) to accepted list of programs for firewall. I have also added these IP's : 69.39.237.16 and 69.65.39.32 but to no avail. (found on this post: http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/538-firewall-config/) The only time i can connect is if i disable AVG firewall or allow all connections through the firewall (which obviously isn't safe ) I have searched this forum and online (AVG's website) to see if anyone had, had issues with setting up MPM but i could not find anything.
