OK - I've been using the trial 3 licences for a week or so - and we love it ! So - looks like I need to but some more licences :-) A couple of simple questions I hope: 1) I have seen there is a command line install - but what about configuration - assuming I want the same settings on each server can I copy across a config file from a server I have already setup 2) I haven't seen any option to email (as opposed to push alerts out to registered device) - so I assume it doesn't exist as an alternative ? 3) Sort of related to 2 - ideally what I'd like is some staff to be able to be notified of an alert - but not have the full app on their phone (with ability to…

Now that Pulseway has the ability to roll out Win 10 Feature updates, how do you configure the rules to allow for it? I have attached my rule, I know it is wrong, how do I adjust it to allow my 1909 machines to update to 20H2? Any help would me much appreciated. Thx

The latest version of the remote control app, no longer requires elevation when it's launched in a directory where the local user has full access to. New installations will also be placed in the Application Data folder by default for the current user, eliminating the need of elevation.

Hoping there is something here to do what I am after. I want to run the Pulseway RMM reports external to the web page. Maybe through the API? I have a number of reports that I want to run for each "client". Rather than schedule each individual report, I want to be able to run 1 report which includes all the reports that I'm after. Basically, the recipient will get 1 e-mail message which contains all the selected reports. Is this possible. Maybe through an API of some sort? Any pointers greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to run a simple inventory report. I'd like a report that shows endpoints for each client with some basic data like the Assets Overview Report or the Executive Summary Report, but broken down by client. These reports work great if you run one for each client, but if WE want a summary of ALL the systems we manage they get jumbled bu issue, or sorted by username. Is there a way to kick off an automated task based on a notification or alert. For Example, if we get a notification of a disk getting full, I would want the automation to run: <Open a ticket>--> <add predetermined note>--> <add 15 minutes>--><run task to clean drive>--><send notification that task has completed>--><close ticket> Is this possible now, or should this be a feature request? First off, hats off to the developer(s) who have created such a useful product for administrators of small home networks. It's top notch in usefulness, honestly. To me, PC Monitor and Teamviewer are the two software godsends of my home network. My issue is this. I have about 6-7 clients that I would like to monitor, ideally. Currently, I only monitor the 5 most important because that's where the free ride ends. Five clients is all you can monitor for free, which, honestly, is generous imo. The problem starts here. Hi Pulseway, I'm a noob using this platform and still finding my way around navigating and familiarizing in its functions. With that said, is there a way to tag machines to specific users and do a search using their name instead of the computer hostname? I find it easier to search via name when a customer contacts us just like in our previous RMM tool. Thanks in advance
