Hi, is it possible to monitor a mapped network drive and if the connection is lost (e.g. the drive is not accessable) an alert is created? I looked through the app but couldn't find anything.

If a workstation is offline when a task is scheduled to be executed - will the missed task be performed once the machine comes back online?

I spent a while trying to find this issue here but didn't so I need to ask: How can I ensure the Pulseway service stays on for each of the remote devices in my domain? I set them all up and now many of them are turning off all by themselves. Some won't stay on at all.

Hello, I have two devices that I need a notification when a ping to them is successful. In normal operation, both IP addresses are off. But if ther eis a problem the IPs may come on, and if they do I need a notification. Any Ideas?

I was installed Pulseway on 16 Servers 14 show online 1 show offline but it was online from yesterday dashboard flashing up offline so I was deleted from server group and no idea how could I add back this server again to dashboard.Last server I just installed pulseway 2 hours ago wont cameup in dashboard yet. Could any one help me to resolve this issue please. Thanks

Hey, If we receive monitoring emails from pulsway, they are blocked by the spam filter. Our spam filter is at normal level. I have had contact with our provider but that can not be changed. Hi, I've been using Pulseway for a few years. Never noticed any real issues. For some reason my monitored processes are not generating notifications when they close. Just for the sake of this post I've chosen the calc.exe process in windows server 2012 r2 and have pulseway 5.3 installed: If I start of by deleting any existing monitored processes then select "calc.exe" from TM..... Then restart calc.exe...it will generate an alert for the first start of calculator. But it won't do anything when I close calc.exe again. Then it won't work at all until I delete and re add the monitored process. Can someone please help me out and list reasons why th…

Hi Guys, Apologies in advance for the long post. I've been playing around with Automation Tasks and wanted to know what will cause the task to be flagged as failed or successful. Basically I created a test task with a test machine in a test scope, added a bunch of random scripts to the task and ran it. All looked good and comes back as executed successfully. It wasn't until I actually go into the Execution History and look at the output that I find that some haven't actually completed successfully at all. One example is the Clean Temporary Files powershell script in which it receives an "Access Denied" message but continues on, I'm guessing due to the "…

I am attempting to simply change the name of a client workstation form "Steve Doe" to "Brandon Doe" and it has so far been unsuccessful. I have tried from the client side, and from the dashboard manager. So far all attempts have not worked. When I attempt to do it from the client side, the client goes offline, and comes back up ~ 3 minutes later (it doesn't actually turn off, pulseway just detects it as offline). Doing it locally freezes application and forces it to be stuck at "Loading Scheduled Tasks...". I have ran into this before. I fear uninstalling will prevent a re installation. Each time we add 1 or more devices which take us over the licence limit we have to go through the process of emailing sales to get extra licences added, every other RMM i've used simply invoices for the number of devices you have the agent installed on at the end of each month and this is much simpler and quicker. If I'm on site with a client and they sign up on the spot and want us to do the install there and then we can't as it takes time to get the licences added to our account. Can Pulseway not just allow us to order extra licences online or just bill us for the number we have installed?

I am looking for a way to track windows user logins/logouts...but many users only lock/unlock their desktop rather than log out. Any other way to track this and receive notifications? If notifications are not possible, how about a report that would gather this info? Hoping to do this through Pulseway, but open to other options/apps as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm new to Pulseway, I have realized a few things and I'm wondering how to fix this so it doesn't happen again in the future. Some of agents on my list aren't always online even when I'm looking at them in front of me. Some of these agents are in the same locations where multiple agents are online but some stay offline. Some agents are also located at other locations and still have the same issue. Wondering if there's a fix for this? Best Regards, Bilal S.

I'd like to temporarily disable notifications for any account that is 30 days overdue. By switching on Maintenance Mode, does this stop support requests via the taskbar icon? Does the PSA have the ability to automatically trigger Maintenance Mode? Thanks,

Hi Just running a ping -t command via terminal on a remote device using Pulseway. Normally to halt it I would do Cntl+C to stop it, locally. Can't see how to do this using the Pulseway app. Sorry - have just found the close session command which terminates the Terminal session. Problem solved!

Hello Team Pulseway! Can we assign a ticket to a custom queue by scanning keywords in the subject line? For example, we have made some custom queues for Hardware, Email issue, Epicor, etc. and would like to create rules to scan the subject line for specific keywords and place them in a specific queue and assign them to specific users too. I tried under Admin -> Business process -> Workflow, but it didn't seem readily apparent exactly what I should be doing from there. I've been hunting for how I simply open up all systems to each user account, but the solution has evaded me. Thus far all I can find is the "Share Systems" which requires that I go in and change it every time a new system or user is added, which is obviously extremely inefficient and awkward to maintain. Hi, I'm currently using Pulseway for personal use, and I wanted to use remote desktop between my computers. I thought we got two computers with pro free, meaning we can use remote desktop on the two. I only have two computers connected to my account, so that's not the issue. Could you help me figure how to get Pulseway to allow me to use remote desktop?

Maybe I'm using the wrong search tags but I can't seem to find the answer here. When I restart my computer using pulseway, windows boots up and sits there waiting for a password. I can't seem to find a way to enter the password in the pulseway app. Is there a way to do this or a specific script to run instead of restart, or is the only way to remove the windows password?

Hello, I'm needing to know if there's an easy way with 6.0 to transfer agents from an On-Prem server with an MSP to my own SaaS Pulseway account without having to uninstall and reinstall all agents? I also use webroot on all devices. I wondered if this article "https://forum.pulseway.com/topic/1797-migrate-your-agents-from-professional-to-enterprise/" would be valid or could it be modified for version 6.0? Thank you!

This may seem trivial, but so far I am not finding documentation on how to push a third party application to a device. Is that a function Pulseway can do? Just need to remote silent install an exe or msi.
